申請工程碩士專業(yè)學位論文答辯程序及有關要求

一、答辯時間：

學校每年組織兩次學位論文答辯，分別于每年的2月底～3月中旬、6月中上旬進行。

二、工程碩士專業(yè)學位論文答辯前后各階段流程

1.檢查課程學習、科研論文成果及學術論文發(fā)表情況

進入最后一學年，工程碩士研究生本人要認真按培養(yǎng)方案檢查是否已全部完成課程學習，所修學分是否滿足學科培養(yǎng)方案的要求。

按照各專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案的要求檢查是否滿足所有必修環(huán)節(jié)及科研論文成果及學術論文發(fā)表的要求。

完成個人培養(yǎng)計劃、滿足學科培養(yǎng)方案要求的碩士研究生，可以向研究生院領取研究生課程成績單（申請領取成績單需本人提前兩周與研究生院培養(yǎng)辦電話聯(lián)系），并可以提出碩士學位論文答辯申請。學校每年分兩批定期進行碩士生論文答辯及學位授予的有關工作。

2.完成論文初稿

至少在答辯前五周應完成學位論文初稿，由指導教師對論文的總體結構、內容、水平和論文格式進行審查把關，決定是否同意申請答辯。學位論文的撰寫請參照《華北電力大學碩士學位論文的撰寫及打印格式的統(tǒng)一要求》。

3.論文格式審查

經(jīng)導師同意申請論文答辯的研究生，至少于答辯前四周向所在院（系）研究生主管部門提出答辯申請。由各院（系）主管研究生工作的院長或主任負責安排對論文格式進行審查。論文格式合格后填寫論文評審及答辯材料，請從研究生院網(wǎng)上下載“工程碩士學位論文答辯及學位審批材料”。

4.申請答辯

攜帶“工程碩士研究生課程成績單”和“工程碩士學位論文答辯申請書”以及在學期間發(fā)表論文復印件到各院系審查。由各院系研究生教學秘書將各系申請答辯的申請書及成績單匯總一起交培養(yǎng)辦公室審批。

5.學科專業(yè)負責人審批，并擬訂論文評閱人與答辯委員會成員

同意申請答辯后，由導師會同教研室共同確定“工程碩士學位論文答辯委員會及評閱人審批表”，擬訂聘請答辯委員會成員和論文評閱人（參見論文評閱要求和答辯委員會組成），報請系學位評定分委員會批準后，由各院系研究生教學秘書交研究生院（籌）審批。

研究生院審批蓋章后返回給各院系研究生教學秘書。

以上審核過的表格都會返回給各院系，工程碩士向各院系研究生教學秘書索取并必須保存好，答辯后歸檔用。

6.論文保密的審查

對工程碩士學位論文應進行保密審查。審查工作由工程碩士生所在工作單位（或論文課題單位）的保密負責人審定密級并簽字。

當論文被確定為涉密研究生學位論文時，研究生應在導師指導下，分別寫成正本和副本兩個部分。論文正本內容可以公開，可用于送審評閱、論文答辯和正常報送材料。論文副本在封面右上角注明具體密級和保密期限，按《華北電力大學涉密研究生畢業(yè)（學位）論文管理辦法》處理。

7.論文評閱

至少于答辯前一個月將學位論文（含涉密學位論文正本）送三位專家和指導教師評閱，在答辯前10天收回評閱意見。

答辯秘書到各系研究生教學秘書處對“評閱人聘書”蓋章，并送審論文進行評閱。需注意：在“工程碩士學位論文評閱意見書”中的工程碩士生姓名、論文題目寫清楚后，再寄送給評閱人。

8.學位評定分委員會主席審批

收到同意答辯的評閱意見后，可準備答辯。

答辯前至少一周將學位審批材料（包括導師和評閱人的評閱意見、答辯委員會組成名單等）送所在學科學位評定分委員會主席審批。

9.準備答辯

答辯秘書攜帶“答辯委員聘書”和“工程碩士學位論文答辯表決票”到系研究生秘書處加蓋公章；答辯前兩星期將論文或中文摘要交到答辯委員手中；進行預答辯并做好記錄；答辯前三日將答辯時間、地點書面通知系辦公室及研究生院（籌）培養(yǎng)辦公室，并在學校櫥窗及各系部櫥窗里自行張貼公告。

10.答辯

按照論文答辯程序進行學位論文公開答辯。參見“工程碩士專業(yè)學位論文答辯會程序”。

11.上網(wǎng)報盤及報送材料

參見“答辯后報送材料說明”。

三、學位論文的評閱的要求

論文答辯前一個月，將論文送到三位熟悉該論文內容的具有高級專業(yè)技術職務的專家進行評閱，其中必須有一位是學校和學生單位以外的專家。在收到評閱人同意答辯的意見后，方可申請論文答辯。當評閱人意見不一致時，若兩名論文評閱人同意，一名論文評閱人不同意，則由學位評定分委員會決定是否可以進行學位論文答辯；如

兩名論文評閱人不同意，則不能答辯，可修改論文后重新申請。

評閱人對論文應進行認真審查，實事求是地寫出學術評語，并在收到論文一個月內將評語送交或郵寄到我校研究生培養(yǎng)部門。

四、學位論文答辯委員會的組成工程碩士學位論文答辯委員會一般由五人組成。成員中的五分之三應是教授、副教授或相當職稱的專家，且至少應有一名是學校和學生單位以外的專家，有3人是碩士生導師。工程碩士的兩名導師中只有一名導師可以參加。答辯委員會主席由具有高級職稱的專家擔任，導師不能擔任答辯委員會主席。

答辯委員會設秘書一人，協(xié)助組織答辯工作的具體事宜，并擔任記錄及填寫有關表格等。

五、工程碩士專業(yè)學位審批材料的填寫及有關說明：

《華北電力大學申請工程碩士學位審批材料》一律用A4紙打印，審批材料中除應由工程碩士生本人填寫（一律用鋼筆或碳素筆填寫，直接打印時簽名必須手簽）的內容外，其它內容應由有關人員親自負責填寫。審批材料中有關表格的填寫說明如下：

1、“工程碩士學位論文答辯申請書”中的學分必須與工程碩士研究生課程成績單一致。在學期間發(fā)表論文和科研成果一欄中的作者姓名，寫前三名作者姓名，如工程碩士本人不在前三名作者中，可只填寫本人排在第幾名。

“工程碩士學位論文答辯申請書”必須和由研究生院加蓋公章的“工程碩士研究生課程成績單”一起交到各院系研究生教學秘書審核。如一直未交“工程碩士企業(yè)指導教師遴選審批表”的工程碩士生，提交答辯申請時將此表一起提交，否則不予同意申請答辯。

2、審批材料中的出生年、月、日一定要和身份證一致。

3、“學校指導教師（企業(yè)指導教師）對論文的學術評語”和“工程碩士學位論文評閱意見書”正面寫不下時可在背面寫并簽名。

4、“工程碩士學位論文答辯記錄”中答辯秘書將各答辯委員提出的問題記載詳細。

5、“工程碩士學位論文答辯委員會決議書” 正面寫不下時可在背面寫并簽名。

6、“授予工程碩士學位審批表”一式兩份，其中一份存學校檔案館，一份放在工程碩士生的人事檔案中。

7、審批材料中除涉及答辯情況的有關內容外，其它材料內容于答辯舉行前全部填寫完畢，否則學位評定分委員會主席或答辯委員會主席有權推遲答辯。

六、學位論文的答辯

工程碩士學位論文答辯應公開進行。在論文答辯前兩周將論文中文摘要送交每個委員。如有答辯委員會委員臨時因病或其它緊急事項不能參加答辯會，答辯會一般應改期進行；如僅有一位缺席者，經(jīng)學位評定分委員會同意，研究生院（籌）備案，可以另換一位答辯委員。

論文答辯委員會采取無記名投票方式，就是否同論文答辯和建議授予工程碩士學位進行表決。全體成員三分之二及以上同意為通過。決議經(jīng)答辯委員會主席簽字后，報學位評定分委員會。

學位論文答辯結束后，每人將“申請工程碩士學位審批材料”裝在一個檔案袋中。

七、學位論文答辯會程序

1、由秘書宣讀經(jīng)學位評定分委員會主席審批的答辯委員會主席及成員的名單；

2、答辯委員會主席宣布答辯會開始；

3、由秘書介紹研究生的基本情況，包括簡歷和學習成績；

4、由研究生報告論文主要內容（約三十分鐘）；

5、答辯會參加人提出問題，研究生回答問題（約三十分鐘）；

6、答辯會休會。

7、答辯委員會舉行內部會議，主要議程：

l）由指導教師和答辯委員會秘書宣讀評閱人《學術評議書》；

2）評議論文水平及答辯情況；

3）討論并通過決議書；

4）進行表決；

5）簽署《華北電力大學攻讀工程碩士專業(yè)學位(畢業(yè))論文答辯委員會決議書》。

8、答辯會復會，由主席宣布答辯委員會對論文的評語和表決結果。

9、主席宣布答辯會結束。

八、答辯后報送材料說明：

工程碩士答辯結束后，應協(xié)助答辯委員會秘書及時按照“華北電力大學工程碩士學位審批材料目錄”整理材料，嚴格按目錄上裝袋順序要求裝袋，并將目錄貼于檔案袋上，相應材料裝入檔案袋內，在規(guī)定的時間內提交所屬院（系、所）研究生教學秘書處。“華北電力大學工程碩士學位審批材料目錄”及具體表格要求請在研究生院主頁的下載服務中下載，文件為“工程碩士學位論文答辯及學位審批材料”。

目錄中裝袋順序號為第1－

13、19號的全部原件用于存學校檔案館，裝袋順序號為第14－17號的文件入研究生個人檔案。

1、報送論文說明：

系學位評定分委員會召開之后，工程碩士生須向學校圖書館提交論文印刷版3冊及電子版。

2、答辯后有關“學位報盤”的說明

工程碩士學位論文答辯后，須使用學位報盤系統(tǒng)報盤，并上網(wǎng)進行學位論文報盤。

網(wǎng)上報盤：網(wǎng)址為:http://nw.ncepu.edu.cn，選擇“研究生院”主頁，在用戶名中輸入學號，然后輸入密碼（與選課密碼相同）。報盤內容包括：

在科研上，我的研究方向是偏微分方程數(shù)值解，在導師的指導下，我很快確定了自己的研究方向，并有針對性的認真研讀了相關的書籍雜志，為自己的科研工作打下了扎實的基礎，并涉獵了一部分其它課程，開闊了視野，對本人研究方向的應用背景及整個學科的結構有了宏觀的認識。在導師的悉心指導下，通過自身的不斷努力，已經(jīng)取得了一些比較滿意的成果，現(xiàn)已在省級刊物定稿兩篇文章，另有兩篇已投到國內外權威期刊。并且在這期間，我的獨立思考判斷和研究的能力有了很大進步，這些對于未來的工作都是有很大幫助的。

在生活中，本人能做到自律，能和同學和睦相處，關系融洽，為人處世誠懇踏實，待人接物和善熱情，生活簡樸，平時能積極參加院校組織的各項活動，不怕困難，能關心身邊的同學，與周圍人結下深厚的友誼，被評為優(yōu)秀研究生，優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)研究生。

本人在研究生階段所獲頗豐，從思想覺悟、課程學習、科研工作到個人素質，都得到了充分的培養(yǎng)和鍛煉，這三年的學習生活是充實且有意義的，相信這些經(jīng)歷和積累都將成為我人生道路上的寶貴財富，在以后的工作和學習中，將繼續(xù)保持并發(fā)揚嚴謹治學的作風，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，爭取獲得更大的成績。
