重慶理工大學2014年會計專業考研復試（學碩）相關情況

一、專業綜合從高分到低分依次面試，面試官共四個，一個院長，兩個副院長，還有一個教授，面試時先自我介紹，然后抽題，抽的是數字，然后教授會給你念題目，回答后，其他三個考官會就你的情況問點問題，所有人都會被問到的兩個問題是：1：你畢業后的打算是什么？進企業、事務所還是留校？2：你愿意服從調配嗎？抽到的題目也是比較基礎的，今年參加復試的抽到的有利得和損失，權責發生制，利潤，歷史成本，可變現凈值等

二、英語

英語面試則是從低分到高分開始面試，面試官三個，面試時也是首先自我介紹，然后抽題，老師會念題目，念完之后就回答，沒聽懂可以再讓老師念一遍。

三、專業課筆試

專業課筆試參考書目是CPA教材，考完之后覺得完全和CPA的題目差了很多級，考得都很基礎，基本上都是每章的最基礎的概念或者的最簡單的計算。題型是

一、單項選擇題，二、多想選擇題，三、判斷題，四、簡答題，五、核算題，六、綜合題。今年的簡答題是，簡述負債的特征和確認條件。核算題1是銷售貨物現金折扣的各個日期收回款項的分錄，核算題2是母子公司內部交易的抵消分錄，不考慮遞延所得稅。綜合題是財務管理的，計算投資收益率，債券和股票的內在價值，判斷投資是否值得。
