RESERVATION PROCEDURE:

-Prior reservations written on an official company letterhead will be required.Published rack rates will be extended to guests who check-in with prior reservations.Negotiated rates will apply only from the date of an endorsement from you or your authorized representative(s).-All reservations should be in writing,signed by the authorized representative of your company and sent to us by fax.We would appreciate it if you could provide us the name of your authorized representative and signatory specimen for our reference.-Negotiated rates will be extended to all corporate frequent individual traveler bookings made fax number 0535-6216313 to assist you in making your booking and be sure to mention your company’s name for ease of tracking your booking credits.預訂程序：

GUARANTEED BOOKING:

-Reservations may be guaranteed by:

*Credit card number with expiry date and name of card holder.*Written confirmation of guarantee on Company letterhead.-Please be informed that cancellation of grauanteed room reservation must be made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival.No-show of guaranteed reservation or cancellation made will be charged at the rate of the first night’s accommodation.有保證的預訂：

預訂的取消須在客人到達前的24小時前向銷售部作出，已有保證的預訂如客人未到將

NON-GRAUANTEED BOOKING

-Room reservation which are not guaranteed will be held until 6:00 of arrival day.-If flight details are provided, we will hold the room for 2 hours after estimated time of fight arrival for non-guaranteed room.沒有保證的預訂：

沒有保證的預訂房間會被保留到客人到達當日的下午六點整。

如果已提供航班的確切信息，沒有保證的預訂房間將會被保留到航班到達后的二個小

時內。

PAYMENT ARRANGMENT:

*All charges are to settled upon check-out in cash or credit card.For cash payment, we wouldrequest a cash deposit from the guest upon check-in.For credit card ,it is honored:

-These rates have been offered with the understanding that a minimum ofroom nights will be produced during the above stipulated period.In order

to extend the corporate privileges to your exteemed company, we would have to review the room nights production annually.And if your company’s room night production shows substantial and continues decrease, the above rates will be revised.-Furthermore, the above negotiated rates are confidential and extended to your company only.If rhe corporate account subsells the discounted room rates to other commercial firms, travel agencies or tour operators, we shall have the right at any time by giving notice in writing to the corporate accounts to terminate agreement.其它：

此優惠是由于貴公司所提供的房源數量而獲得，約為年，因此每年我們將回顧您的訂房情況，如果您公司提供的房源數量有所變動，以上的特惠房價會視情況而改動。

此特惠房價僅提供給貴公司，如發現貴公司將享有的商務折扣分銷到其它公司或者旅行代理商等，酒店將有權利即終止商務公司協議。
