一、關于電影《舞出我人生3》

二、對舞蹈——街舞的認識

（一）街舞的起源與發展

1、街舞的起源

街舞是一種民間舞蹈，興起于20世紀80年代的美國黑人青少年，是美國黑人“嘻哈文化”（Hip-Hop）的組成部分。STREET DANCE是他們用來發泄自己對社會的不滿所創造的舞蹈。由于這種舞蹈出現在街頭、不拘于場地器械，所以稱為街舞，并且具有極強的參與性、表演性和競賽性，而隨后得到了許多年輕人的喜愛。

2、街舞的發展

街舞的發展是非?？斓?。從他開始在美國黑人青少年中流行，隨后由于街舞的獨特魅力，街舞便在美國受到了許多人的追捧，而現在街舞幾乎傳遍了世界各個國家，并迅速流行開來。

（二）街舞的種類及特點

1、以動作為標準，街舞分兩大類：Hip-Hop和Breaking。

（1）Breaking：

技巧型街舞，要求舞者具有較高的力量、柔韌性和協調性，屬于技巧性較高的體育舞蹈，所以最先為國內青少年所喜愛。跳這種類型舞蹈的青少年叫做B-Boy/B-Girl。

（2）Hip-Hop：

舞蹈型街舞，有Poping、Locking、Electric、Turbo、House等多種風格。它們都不如Breaking那樣需要較高的技巧，但更要求舞者的動作協調性和舞感，以及肢體靈活性和控制力。好的Hip-Hop舞者

同樣需要艱苦的練習。由于Hip-Hop Dance不如Breaking那樣技巧性強，也缺乏競賽性，以前沒有受到街舞愛好者足夠的重視，現在隨著舞蹈觀念的增強，這種情況得到了改變，甚至B-Boy也開始練習并出現了許多全能型的街舞好手。

2、街舞的特點

街舞（英文名字Hip Hop）最早起源于美國紐約，是爵士舞發展到90年代的產物，它的動作是由各種走、跑、跳組合而成，極富變化。并通過頭、頸、肩、上肢、軀干等關節的屈伸、轉動、繞環、擺振、波浪形扭動等連貫組合而成的，各個動作都有其特定的健身效果，既注意了上肢與下肢、腹部與背部、頭部與軀干動作的協調，又注意了組成各環節各部分獨立運動。

（三）街舞的作用

1、街舞不僅具有一般有氧運動改善心肺功能、減少脂肪、增強肌肉彈性、增強韌帶柔韌性的功效，還具有協調人體各部位肌肉群，塑造優美體態，提高人體協調能力，陶冶美感的功能。

2、跳街舞使人注意力集中，興趣濃厚，動作優美、隨意。同時，跳街舞還有瘦身功效，因為街舞是一種中低強度的有氧運動，在一個小時的運動中，消耗全身脂肪的作用是相當強的。此外，街舞是一種肌肉運動，經常練習能增加你全身的協調性，讓你的身材比例更趨標準。

每個人都有或曾有過一個美好的夢想，可是太多的時候，由于生活中的種種借口或是當下忙著的事情，這些美好的愿望總是被停滯或是永久地被遺忘。就這樣一天一天，一件一件的，我們忘記了自己本來的摸樣，遺失了自己最初的夢想。每個人都有或大或小的夢想，夢想并不在乎大小，而在于如何去實現它。每個人都有追逐自己夢想的機會，在實現夢想的過程中必定遭遇各種曲折，實現夢想的道路一般都是曲折坎坷，面對現實的阻力也很大，大部分人在世俗的現實中低下了頭，而夢想總是在天邊，始終遙不可及。而勇者敢于承受世俗的壓力，敢于面對挑戰與挫折，即使別人的全部白眼，都泯滅不了他們夢想的火光。或許如此，生活會比較艱難。但人生難得來這世上一回，何不組個真實的自己。
