在第一句里提到一個(gè)你和雇主都認(rèn)識(shí)的人的名字。
這是求職信理想的開頭方法,因?yàn)檫@讓你迅速從一大堆和雇主毫無關(guān)系的應(yīng)聘者中脫穎而出。
如果可以的話,講一個(gè)故事。
這對我們大部分人來說很困難,但如果你可以把你對這份工作的渴望和你的人生經(jīng)歷或故事聯(lián)系起來的話,就這么做。
在開篇簡單總結(jié)你的職業(yè)生涯。
用一兩個(gè)句子描述你的工作經(jīng)歷。
用例子來說明你的資歷。
用具體的業(yè)績來說明你會(huì)如何給公司帶來提升。
在結(jié)尾處說明雇主可以在何時(shí)怎樣同你聯(lián)系。
在最后一句告訴收信人何時(shí)期待收到你的回音。
不用簡單地從職位描述里復(fù)制粘貼。
如果你是申請一份公開發(fā)布的職位,記住職位要求,但不要逐字引用。
禮多人不怪
哪怕你的求職信是電子郵件的形式,也要讓行文有條理,除非你的收件人已經(jīng)和你很熟,你只是模仿她的非正式文體。

英語求職信應(yīng)包括的幾個(gè)要素

第四篇:寫好求職信的要素
一.說明為什么應(yīng)聘
對此,要列舉用人單位的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及引人之處,要表達(dá)自己對加盟到該單位的渴望和對該單位真誠的關(guān)心,你對單位歷史、現(xiàn)狀、未來的認(rèn)識(shí)或?qū)︻I(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心將贏得單位對你的好感。但要得體、中肯,不可采用過分吹捧和有意討好的言詞,以免對方討厭,反而不利求職。
二.要說清你希望承擔(dān)什么工作
這里應(yīng)說明你應(yīng)聘的專業(yè)與崗位,但無須過于具體,太具體了容易縮小求職范圍或與用人單位對不上口徑。行文中要有一定的回旋余地,以便使相類似的工作也有中選的可能。
三.要說明自己的條件、能力
表達(dá)對勝任工作的信心,這可以列舉自己的專長和曾經(jīng)獲得過的成績、榮譽(yù)等,表明應(yīng)聘的必備條件,增強(qiáng)對方的信任感。
第五篇:求職信的十大要素
要牢記這是一封推銷自己的信件,你應(yīng)該盡量突出自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)與長處,并且表示對這份工作很感興趣,而不是奉上一份個(gè)人自傳。
②到題:
內(nèi)容精簡到題,段落分明,不宜超過一張紙。若雇主收到你那長達(dá)三四頁的,只會(huì)覺得你缺乏決斷能力。
③簡明:
文字運(yùn)用簡明、直接,多用短句少用長句。一味販賣艱澀字句,只會(huì)惹人反感。
④正確:
留意文法的正確,切勿寫錯(cuò)字。一封滿是錯(cuò)字的,難以對寫信人委以重任。
⑤專業(yè):
格式整齊干凈,除非雇主列明要求手寫,否則以打字為佳,強(qiáng)調(diào)專業(yè)風(fēng)格--Businesslike,筆者曾收過一封以單行字手寫的,無論寫得怎樣出色,也會(huì)予人馬虎草率、沒有誠意之感,當(dāng)然不作考慮。
⑥ 風(fēng)格:
這是一封有關(guān)你的信件,最好能具備個(gè)人的風(fēng)格,但并不表示要嘩眾取寵、夸張大膽,而應(yīng)該就不同的申請職位而度身撰寫求職信,配合個(gè)人的特色,不可只抄別人的東西草草了事。
⑦ 用語:
大量使用Action Verbs,和directed,persuaded,coordinated等,以加強(qiáng)整封信的氣勢與感染力。
⑧ 準(zhǔn)備:
最好事前細(xì)心閱讀招聘廣告列出的雇主要求,逐項(xiàng)針對性地撰寫,另外,你所申請的公司是屬于什么類型?提供什么服務(wù)或產(chǎn)品?申請職位的主要工作是什么?你也應(yīng)事先搜集資料。
⑨提示:
使用普通大小(A4)的純白色信紙。
注意紙張質(zhì)料、打字質(zhì)素與字款的運(yùn)用。
行距不可太疏或太密。
保留副本以作翻查。
⑩ 檢查:
撰寫完畢后,應(yīng)反復(fù)檢查,確保無誤,才正式寄出。
因?yàn)橐恍┪⑿〉腻e(cuò)誤,也會(huì)予未來雇主一個(gè)不夠全面及不細(xì)心的壞印象,就算連日期、標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)也要檢查清楚,要記著你的求職信,便是你的求職代表。
撰寫求職信時(shí)應(yīng)針對雇主的立場出發(fā),盡量寫上雇主有興趣知道的資料。
大多數(shù)招聘官一般都相信,如果一個(gè)求職者連一份求職信與履歷表也寫不好的話,很難期望他在工作上會(huì)有杰出表現(xiàn)。
