第一篇:節(jié)日主題英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)課演講稿
Chinese traditional festivals
As we know, we have lots of festivals, such as Spring Festival(春節(jié)), Lantern Festival(元宵節(jié)), Tomb-Sweeping Day(清明節(jié)), Dragon Boat Festival(端午節(jié)), Mid-Autumn(Moon)Festival(中秋節(jié)), Double-ninth Day(重陽(yáng)節(jié)), New Year's Eve(除夕)and so on.As for me, I likeNew Year's Eve the most, because only in that daycan Itake a party forall of my friends. We talk with each other sincerely, and we drink heartily(盡情地)。I enjoy this process very much。
Between Chinese traditional festivals and Western festivals, I prefer the The former.Because Chinese festivals Contain our traditional culture, we must Inherit and develop(繼承和發(fā)展)it.Recently, more and more Chinese would rather to celebrate the Foreign festivals, such as Christmas Day, Easter(復(fù)活節(jié)),Thanksgiving(感恩節(jié)),Saint Valentine's Day(情人節(jié)),Halloween(萬(wàn)圣節(jié))and so on.I think Christmas Day would not replace our Spring Festival.Because Spring Festival is our culture and Era of faith(信仰).In order to protect and develop our traditional festivals, I think
government should take more steps todraw people’s attention. For example, give people more Vacation in traditional festivals and pay attention to traditional culture education

第二篇:英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)演講稿 節(jié)日
Hello, everyone! My name is Tofu.Today, I ’m going to talk about how one can develop a good habit.Everybody here knows that it’s so important for us to form a good habit.Because since we are born, we have been being told over and over again that we are supposed to develop good habits, which are good for all our life. But the fact is that we always find that it’s so difficult for us to develop a good habit. So, what should we do? Don’t worry!I will give you some suggestions immediately.First, you can make a contract with yourself. For example, if you want to develop a habit of going exercise everyday, then ,you have to write down that if you success, you can award yourself a travel to your favorite place or else;but if you fail, you must punish yourself that you can’t eat your favorite food for a month or even longer.Do follow my idea, you will have both the pressure and motive power to form a good habit.Second, you can ask someone who likes exercise to be your partner. It can be your good friends, your roommates or even your teacher. Then, if one day you have the will to give up, your partner will push you to continue. With a partner, you can encourage each other, supervise each
other and you are supposed to success easier.Third, you have to stick to it.Always remember that willpower is the most important element for individual success. As the saying goes: work with perseverance, can be used in the stone. So, never give up, just do it!

第四篇:英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)課演講稿
As the development of our society, we are all under heavy pressure because of fierce competition, fast-paced lifestyles, and etc.Everyday we may face some kind of stress and difficulties from work, school or family. Some people think working under pressure keeps us motivated.Maybe a little pressure is good for us, but too much pressure is not beneficial to us.In recent years, there has been an increase in stress-related diseases amony college and high-school students. How to alleviate our pressure in an effective way? How to weaken the effects of stress?
Firstly, exercise regularly.Physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress.Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week.Second, eat a healthy diet.Well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress, so be mindful of what you eat.Three, get enough sleep.Adequate sleep fuels your mind, as well as your body.Feeling tired will increase your stress because it may cause you to think irrationally.Besides, I think that communication can help to reduce the pressure. When people share their worries with others, they will feel less stressed. At that same time, approprite encouragement will also stimulate people to work harder and feel better. For example, when feeling depressed because of the failure in an exam, I often choose to talk with my friends and
parents because they will comfort me, and I will be full of hope again. Also, listening to the gentle music or rock music is a good way to reduce our stress. In a word, people can use different ways according to different stress.everyone can find the best way that is suitable for himself
