同時(shí)，在教學(xué)過(guò)程中，我會(huì)刻意地去記住每個(gè)學(xué)生的名字，并叫出他們的名字，因?yàn)閷W(xué)生會(huì)覺(jué)得如果老師能記住他們的名字說(shuō)明老師重視他們。而且對(duì)每個(gè)學(xué)生的性格、特點(diǎn)我都大概有所了解。不管是上課提問(wèn)還是課后的交流時(shí)，我是叫他們的名字。班上有一名學(xué)生只有英語(yǔ)不好，其他都很棒，通過(guò)和班主任了解，我發(fā)現(xiàn)他是由于不喜歡英語(yǔ)，從而怕英語(yǔ)，所以就學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)，因此對(duì)自己就沒(méi)有了信心。于是，我利用下午放學(xué)的時(shí)間留下來(lái)給他補(bǔ)課，并引導(dǎo)他慢慢地主動(dòng)學(xué)英語(yǔ)，結(jié)果在第四次月考時(shí)他的成績(jī)提高了十幾分。他自己也很高興。在留言中，他希望我繼續(xù)關(guān)心他的學(xué)習(xí)。在幫助他的同時(shí)，也有很多其他本來(lái)不愛(ài)學(xué)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)生也主動(dòng)來(lái)辦公室要求要一起學(xué)習(xí)。張老師和王老師都說(shuō)現(xiàn)在他們的學(xué)習(xí)興趣提高了，并且，成績(jī)也有了進(jìn)步。另外，我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生對(duì)老師的評(píng)語(yǔ)其實(shí)是很重視的。而我發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在課上只會(huì)說(shuō)：very good, good，excellent這種評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生根本

不知道自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在哪里，甚至有可能對(duì)老師的表?yè)P(yáng)產(chǎn)生聽(tīng)覺(jué)疲勞，“麻木不仁”，久而久之，也就不當(dāng)回事了。因此每一次表?yè)P(yáng)一定要從具體的一點(diǎn)出發(fā)，確確實(shí)實(shí)地抓住學(xué)生的閃光點(diǎn)進(jìn)行表?yè)P(yáng)。因此我就盡量用各種方式表?yè)P(yáng)學(xué)生。如批改作業(yè)時(shí)，有進(jìn)步的學(xué)生，我會(huì)給他們一個(gè)笑臉，或?qū)懀河羞M(jìn)步哦，繼續(xù)努力！無(wú)論如何，我都會(huì)盡量想辦法找出他們的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，給與及時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)，并對(duì)錯(cuò)誤進(jìn)行正面反思。為了使學(xué)生學(xué)到的知識(shí)得到鞏固；在不增加學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)的情況下，精心設(shè)計(jì)一些合理的作業(yè)，難易程度適中；向?qū)W生提出明確的質(zhì)量要求和書(shū)寫(xiě)規(guī)格。做到全批全改，適當(dāng)批些鼓勵(lì)的評(píng)語(yǔ)，并且分析研究學(xué)生完成本次作業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，做到作業(yè)點(diǎn)評(píng)詳細(xì)。檢查學(xué)生是否聽(tīng)懂。在這次實(shí)習(xí)后，我學(xué)到很多知識(shí)，不僅僅是教師的技能；還有做一名合格老師應(yīng)具備的基本素質(zhì)，以前的我是緊張恐懼，而現(xiàn)在是從容大方，自信成熟，實(shí)習(xí)生活現(xiàn)在已畫(huà)上了一個(gè)圓滿的句號(hào)，但我們的教師還得繼續(xù)努力，有句話說(shuō)“路漫漫其修遠(yuǎn)兮，吾將上下而求索”。我將帶著滿懷的希望去追求人生道路的目標(biāo)。無(wú)愧教師這個(gè)職業(yè)。這在教學(xué)過(guò)程中是十分重要的。

一、準(zhǔn)備階段 8月30日—9月8日為前期準(zhǔn)備階段。在這階段，我們九中實(shí)習(xí)組的全體成員在實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)老師曹老師的帶領(lǐng)下積極認(rèn)真地準(zhǔn)備著：熟悉教材、備課、試講及評(píng)課。在這期間，實(shí)習(xí)組的每一個(gè)成員都在認(rèn)真努力地對(duì)待每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，以便自己在教學(xué)上更進(jìn)一步，以全新的面貌進(jìn)入實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校。9月8日下午，我們實(shí)習(xí)組在曹老師的帶領(lǐng)下來(lái)到了九中。而我就在那天的下午來(lái)到了七年級(jí)131班，擔(dān)任他們的實(shí)習(xí)班主任兼實(shí)習(xí)英語(yǔ)老師，開(kāi)始了真正的實(shí)習(xí)生活。

二、班主任實(shí)習(xí)階段

從班主任實(shí)習(xí)的開(kāi)始，我就堅(jiān)持以一名真正的班主任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格要求自己，堅(jiān)持每天早到晚歸。最初的幾天，我基本上是想原任班主任何老師了解班上的基本情況，學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)情況等，并利用隨堂聽(tīng)課的時(shí)間老師點(diǎn)名回答、課間與學(xué)生聊天的機(jī)會(huì)及批改作業(yè)將學(xué)生與其名字對(duì)上號(hào)。記住學(xué)生的名字，不僅是拉近師生間關(guān)系的一種捷徑，更是一種尊重。為了記住學(xué)生的名字，我可是用盡各種辦法，功夫不負(fù)有心人，我很快地就記住了他們的名字。經(jīng)過(guò)最初的幾天，學(xué)生們慢慢的和我熟悉起來(lái)。有什么事情，也會(huì)跑到辦公室告訴我，請(qǐng)求我的幫助。每天的做操集會(huì)、眼保健操、小結(jié)課、大掃除等，我都第一時(shí)間與學(xué)生待在一起組織、監(jiān)督，讓我們班顯得特別的整齊、守紀(jì)律。每天大大小小的活動(dòng)都與學(xué)生們待在一起，我們的關(guān)系越來(lái)越親密，他們把我當(dāng)自己的姐姐。而在我的眼中，天真可愛(ài)的他們就如自己的弟弟妹妹一般。

在九中開(kāi)始實(shí)習(xí)后，我每天都穿梭在七年級(jí)的各個(gè)教師里，抓住每一次聽(tīng)課的機(jī)會(huì)，學(xué)習(xí)、借鑒不同老師的教學(xué)方法。在這段期間，熟悉課本，根據(jù)聽(tīng)課摸索適合自己的上課方式，并虛心向何老師請(qǐng)教上課的一些方法及技巧。

難以忘記初為人師的第一節(jié)課，星期三的第二節(jié)課，第一次踏上講臺(tái)，雖然

課前準(zhǔn)備得比較充分，但是還是有些緊張，但同學(xué)們完美積極的配合，讓我這節(jié)課順利成功的完成了。課后曹老師認(rèn)真的給我點(diǎn)評(píng)，讓我知道了哪些不足。在接下來(lái)的每一節(jié)課，我都用心的準(zhǔn)備教案，向原任英語(yǔ)老師請(qǐng)教，何老師老師看過(guò)以后，很認(rèn)真地為我指出教案中的缺陷，還有一些要注意的問(wèn)題及建議，對(duì)我的教案給以了很高的評(píng)價(jià)并鼓勵(lì)我，這讓我更加有信心。還有我堅(jiān)持上課之前先試講。每次在上課的前一晚，我一定會(huì)現(xiàn)在宿舍先試講，請(qǐng)室友聽(tīng)課并指出我的不足，這樣我能及時(shí)的更正，第二天就能表現(xiàn)完美了。除了精心準(zhǔn)備課以外，我還認(rèn)真仔細(xì)地批改了每一份作業(yè)，記錄下他們的易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)，并通過(guò)作業(yè)反饋學(xué)生掌握的情況，調(diào)整教學(xué)進(jìn)度。更進(jìn)一步在課余和課后幫他們補(bǔ)習(xí)。看到學(xué)生在慢慢的進(jìn)步，雖然有些疲憊，但心里卻十分的歡快。
