水是生命之源。

水是生命的搖籃。地球之所以形成生命，一個重要原因就是因為地球上有豐富的水資源。原始生命首先在海洋中形成，后來才逐漸擴展到陸地上?，F在，科學家若想判斷某一星球上是否存在生命，最重要的標準之一就是看這個星球上是否存在水。

水是生命生存的重要保證。我們每天要喝水，不然就會死亡；我們種下的莊稼沒有水也不能活；我們身邊的所有工業產品，沒有水都無法生產??

水是我們所賴以生存的環境的重要組成部分。炎熱的夏天，走在海邊，海風習習，一掃酷熱煩躁的情緒；當寒冷的冬季到來時，海水把儲存的熱量源源不斷地送給它周圍的陸地。這樣的循環周而復始地進行，才能使環境宜人。這樣的循環若遭到破壞，自然的災難就將不斷上演。

也許有些人以為水是取之不盡用之不竭的，但事實并非如此。

地球表面大約有71%的面積覆蓋著水，但淡水只占2.5%；淡水中還有70%為固態水，大部分貯存南極、北極和高山上。因此真正可以利用的淡水資源，不足總資源量的1%，所以，水資源貯量是有限的。

中國GDP總值居全球第二，作為全世界最重要經濟體之一和最大發展中國家的中國的淡水資源卻處于世界中下水平，居世界第127位，只相當于世界人均占有量的25%。用水地區與供水地區水資源空間分布不均衡，用水與供水時間分布不均衡，又加劇了我國的水資源危機。

我國是世界上用水最多的國家，也是水資源浪費最嚴重的國家之一。就拿我的家鄉廣西來說——她是全國水資源最豐富的省份之一，但這也造成人們對水資源的毫不吝惜和肆無忌憚的浪費：水龍頭年久失修，水經常從水龍頭里流出；洗車場的排水溝像條小河；有些只管開水不管關水的人任“一江春水向東流”；未經處理的污水排進河中，魚蝦連片死亡??我知道，這樣的情況在全國——甚至是相當缺水之地，也不稀奇。

面對這樣的問題，我常常想假如我是一個記者，去采訪那些科學家們，我會這樣問：

“我們應當如何遏止浪費水的行為，樹立公眾節水意識？”

“面對日益嚴重的水污染，我們應當如何應對？”

“未來，我們應當如何利用和開發水資源，為人類造福？”

未來，這是一個多么讓人心潮澎湃的詞語，下面就由我來為大家暢想一下未來之水吧。

關于未來，我更傾向于對海洋的利用，因為海洋中的水資源比陸地上豐富得多。

首先，可用海水淡化的方式補充日益緊張的水資源。

海水淡化即利用海水脫鹽生產淡水，是實現水資源利用的開源增量技術，可以增加淡水總量，且較少受其他因素影響。目前，全世界有120多個國家和地區采用海水或苦咸水淡化技術獲得淡水，海水淡化系統與生產量以每年10％以上的速度在增加。隨著水資源緊缺形勢的加劇，海水淡化將可能是21世紀誕生出的一種新型的生產淡水的方式。我國目前在這一方面處于世界領先水平。其次，可以在海底建造城市。

我所構想的海底城市是這樣的：它大多用鋼鐵做成，中心是一座大廈。設有室內小花園、電影院，水電全部自己供應。它可以滿足海上采油工作人員文化娛

樂生活的需要。這個浮動“城市”是靠數根高大柱子托起的，把它們收起來，就可以當船行駛。將來許多海上工廠，將在原料生產地或市場附近的海域興建起來，為居民提供物質需要。那時，深邃的海底將會跟大陸一樣，變得熱鬧非凡，越來越多的人將去發掘它、建設它，用自己的智慧和雙手去描繪這張宏偉藍圖。

但是，節約水資源不能光靠暢想，我們還需要有實際的行動。下面我給大家推薦幾個節水小竅門，你將發現，節水只是我們的舉手之勞。

首先，一水多用。如洗臉水用后可以洗腳，養魚的水可以用來澆花，淘米水、煮過面條的水用來洗碗筷；

其次，收集廢水。家中應預備一個收集廢水的大桶，收集洗衣、洗菜后的家庭廢水沖廁所；

還有，樹立良好生活習慣。刷牙、取洗手液、抹肥皂時要及時關掉水龍頭；洗土豆、蘿卜等應先削皮后清洗；正在用水時，如需開門、接電話應及時關水。

總之，我們需要從現在做起，從身邊做起，從點滴做起，節約寶貴的水資源，才能讓我們的未來更加美好。

我曾看過一篇文章叫《桃花溪的傾訴》，故事是這樣的：在重慶西郊，有一條流淌了幾十年的小溪，名叫桃花溪。原先，溪水清澈見底，在小溪旁種了許多桃樹，樹上開滿了桃花，經常會引來成群結隊的蝴蝶、蜜蜂，所以，很多小朋友會在溪邊玩耍，一邊聽著溪水“叮咚、叮咚”地歌唱，一邊賞識著美麗的桃花，那是多么美好的事??！可是，無情的人類又是怎樣對待小溪的呢？他們把大量的生活垃圾投向小溪，再加上小溪附近的一些工廠排放出大量的污水、廢物，小溪由一個漂亮的小姑娘變成了一個丑陋的老太婆了，一條美麗的小溪就這樣被毀滅了。

人類呀！你們還不知道嗎？水資源對我們有多么重要??！現在，無數的溪、河、湖、江、海正向我們訴求：“救救我們吧……”

地球表面的70%被水覆蓋，但淡水資源僅占所有水資源的2.5%，近70%的淡水固定在南極和格陵蘭的冰層中，其余多為土壤水分或深層地下水，不能被人類利用。地球上只有不到1%的淡水或約0.007%的水可為人類直接利用，而中國人均淡水資源只占世界人均淡水資源的四分之一。

有一次，在家中洗臉用了一盆水，媽媽說：“要勤儉節約，沒有看到我洗完菜的水不要倒掉，還可以用來澆花、拖地、沖茅房等?！蔽艺f：“以后不再浪費水啦！”媽媽又說：“全球性的水污染，水資源的過度消耗和管理不當已經造成可利用水資源水量和水質的大幅下降。所以一定要節約水即使我們擁有的水資源如此之少和珍貴，但我們還沒有認真地對待它?，F在，世界上每天有6000人因為得不到水或足夠清潔的水而死亡。如果這種趨勢不能得到有效控制，20年后，世界人口的2/3將面臨無水可用的危境?！蔽屹潎@不已。于是我給大家提幾點建議：

1、要從自己做起，做到不和別人一起破壞水資源。還要從家庭做起，讓家人了解到破壞水資源的危險，讓他們也不破壞水資源。還要讓別人跟你一樣保護水資源。

2、如果見到有人故意破壞水源，應勇敢的向他勸說，并說明破壞水源會給我們帶來極大的危險。而且讓他以后要保護水資源。遇到勸阻不聽的，并且情節嚴重的，要直接報告有關部門，用法律來懲罰他們。

4、在學校里，我們要做同學們的榜樣，做同學們的表率。讓同學們也有保護水資源的責任感。像拖地的時候，同學們在沖拖把的時候，浪費水極多。如果這樣浪費，得浪費很多水呀！應該在沖拖把的地方設立兩個水池，一個是沖臟物，一個是清潔的。同學們在拖完地時，上面有許多臟物，先到沖臟物的水池里把臟物沖掉。在到清潔的地方沖干凈。這樣就節約了不少水既節約了水，又把拖把沖干凈了，真是一舉兩得！

幸福的生活不止在于豐衣足食，也在于碧水藍天。同學們，如果水資源被污染了，那么有豐衣足食的生活也就會美中不足，請別讓最后一滴水成為人類的眼淚。

在學校里，就經常看見如白花花的銀子的水在不停地流著，可開水龍頭的人卻不知去向，并且沒有幾個人會主動去關掉；而有的同學開著水龍頭不是在洗手，而是在嬉戲，打鬧，玩無聊的打水仗。

我國水資源總量為2.8萬億立平方米左右，居世界第六。人均占水量為2100多立方米，占世界人均水平的四分之一，屬于缺水國家。西部地區缺水非常嚴重，那兒的人一生只洗三次澡，出生時第一次，結婚時第二次，死后第三次。所以有‘’滴水貴如油‘’之說

同學們，水對我們多重要啊！我們怎樣才能保護它呢？水資源徹底被污染了，水中的化學成份，毒物讓人類吸收了，那么人類的身體健康造成嚴重的危險。魚兒一生都生活在水中，污染的水資源會導致大量稀有魚兒死亡，給生態環境造成嚴重威脅。

我們應該從小事做起，隨手開關水龍頭。老師應該加強對學生保護水資源，節約用水的教育。也要要求老師節約用水，當老師在認真洗手時，卻不把水龍頭給關了，水就在那兒不停的流著。在家里，水可以多處使用，比如洗菜的水可以用來沖廁所；洗衣服后的水可以用來拖地板…

國家應對污染企業加大管理力度；對不達標的企業要堅決關停；工業廢水一定要處理后達到排放標準后才讓排除

提倡城市居民減少每日用水量，不浪費水。嚴查大量排放工業用水的化工廠，大量用水的洗車公司。
