一、做律師，要先學會做人

1、有容乃大，要有豁達寬容的胸襟。

容，不僅是要容下別人，更要容下自己。首先，與人相處要有顆寬容的心；通過一些心理學知識的學習，讓我了解到人有很多種心理機制，因此同一個問題，會有不同的解答，從每個人的心理機制來講自己的解答都是符合自己的內心原則的，所以，當你按照你自己的原則得出一個答案并且以為這就是正確答案，其它皆錯時，就陷入了一種以自我為中心的困境中，無法看清自己更無法拋棄自我而接納他人，以至于固步自封；對于別人不同的見解，要試著站在別人的立場去考慮，既能達到理解尊重別人又可以拓寬自己的思維，使自己更全面客觀的看待事物。其次，與自己相處，也要包容自己的各個方面。要對自己進行一個全方位的了解和剖析，清楚的認識自己優點和缺點，優點要充分予以彰顯，缺點呢要勇于承認且勇敢的去面對去修正，不要因為自己的缺點而對自己進行苛責甚至自卑，事物都有兩面性，正是有缺點才能讓自己看清努力的方向，通過不斷的努力去修正自己的缺點而使自己成長為一個更完美的人。

“見賢思齊焉，見不賢而內自省也。”您的文章中也多次引用孔老夫子的這句話，我也經常以此話來提醒鞭策自己，而真正做到如此真的需要豁達寬容的胸襟，雖然我尚不能夠時時刻刻做到如此境界，但是相信通過自己的身體力行，終將一步一步走向更完美的自己。

2、洼則盈，法律新人要抱有空杯心態

“上善若水，水利萬物而不爭”，在您的文章中多次提到“水”的尊貴品質，貴所甚至提出“法信天下，上善若水”的所訓，真是讓人為之一振，現在社會人都是急功近利，逆流而上，迷失了人生真正應該去的方向，哪里會懂得順流而下，最終歸于江河才是人生的大境界。當然，這只是我的一點拙見，還望老師不要見笑。

對于我們剛進入律師行業的新人，不僅要學習“水”的品質，也更需要知道“洼則盈”的道理。作為一個法律新人，通過幾年的法律專業學習，并通過還是有些難度的司法考試，不免會有意氣風發之勢，覺得自己已經具備了作為一個成功律師的基礎了，需要的只是一個平臺和適當的時機，這明顯是一種比較幼稚的剛從象牙塔里面走出來的人的一個不切實際的空想，從一個法律新人成長到一個可以獨立執業的律師直至成功律師，是一個循序漸進不斷學習進取的過程，所以一定要抱有一種空杯心態，積極的去學習法律實務，去學習前輩們的寶貴經驗，這樣才能夠成長起來，真正的達到“盈”。

3、要樹立正確的人生觀

“沒有正確的思維和寫作技能，沒有正確的人生觀，文書也只能成為你掠奪和占有財富的戰爭工具，而無法升華你的人生”引用《思維的筆跡》作者高云前記里面的一句話，樹立正確的人生觀，才能讓一個法律新人有勇氣用優秀的人格品質去面對律師成長道路上將遇到的種種困難與阻礙，才能讓自己得意時不忘形，落魄時不喪氣。同時樹立正確的人生觀將會如一盞明燈一樣一直指引著法律新人成為一名真正的律師。

“窮則獨善其身，達則兼濟天下”，本人視此為自己人生和職業的座右銘，希望自己能夠在這個社會大熔爐里面能夠堅持的做自己，成為更好的自己。這條路上少不了貴人的指點，比如老師您，不知本人是否能夠有幸得到您的指點。

二、精神財富比物質財富更能讓人享有幸福感

1、幸福的定義

最近本人在學習哈佛公開課之幸福課，在哈佛教授輕松幽默但又不失專業和嚴謹的授課中，自己對幸福的定義也逐漸的清晰起來。幸福其實是人內心中的感知，依賴于我們的思想狀態，更依賴于我們關注什么。老師通過一些研究調查總結出，外部環境、居住地等對增加幸福指數的影響很低，也就是外部因素包括但不限于金錢、地位、名譽等也許會暫時的提高一個人的幸福感，但是當得到的喜悅感退去之后，一個人的幸福指數又會回到原來的標準。真正能夠讓自己的幸福感有質的提升的關鍵是向自己的內心探索，改變自己的認知、心境、改變對世界的詮釋等等，具體方式如培養自己積極樂觀的品質、學會感恩、多做善事等等，使自己處于一種積極向上的環境中，這樣自己的幸福指數會不斷的增加，以至于長久的生活在一種幸福愉悅之中，這種狀態莫不是每個人畢生所追求的狀態。

2、律師的幸福在哪里

經常被人問起在哪里工作，當我回答在律師事務所時，接下來提問者就會講到，那肯定很賺錢吧之類的，目前的社會形態是金錢化物質至上的社會，也許這是社會轉型期都要經歷的，人們所關注的終點都和金錢物質有關，有錢就被人羨慕，甚至認為有錢就會很幸福，這個觀點正確與否不再累述。

當自己剛畢業時，決心從事律師這個職業，甚至是不顧家人的反對選擇這個不穩定而又前途未卜的職業，內心的期許其實也是和利益掛鉤，總覺得經過自己的努力，一定會賺很多錢的，會讓人刮目相看的。但是隨著對這個職業的深入了解，也隨著對自己內心的逐漸探索之后我仍舊選擇這個職業，但選擇的動機已經不那么膚淺了，同時也更加的堅定了。

在之前的工作中也許自己從事的都是一些輔助性的工作，但是通過自己的努力看到當事人臉上的笑容時，那一刻我覺得我是幸福的。精神上的愉悅比物質上的享受更能讓人產生幸福感。

以目前自己的認知，律師的幸福感不是絕對和業務量掛鉤的，更與做每一個案件時的內心狀態有關系，認真負責的做每一個案件，爭取讓當事人滿意，相信以這樣的心態去從事律師工作會讓律師覺得更輕松，更能體會到工作的樂趣以及自己工作的價值。金錢對于維持自己以及家庭的生活固然是重要的，甚至有時候亦是自我價值實現的一種表現方式，但是當自己用心工作，去增加當事人的滿意度時，客戶量的積累以及最終形成財富是水到渠成的事情。

對于一個法律新人，力量很薄弱，生存都將成問題，就如一個小雨滴，如果不努力流向江河，終將會被蒸發，所以，認清自己要去的地方，然后尋找機會融入一個可以讓自己存在并能夠成長的地方是至關重要的。
