Should Firecrackers(爆竹)Be Banned

Smoking

It is well known that smoking does harm to the health.Today, however, so many people still keep smoking, which has drawn wide attention of the society.Smoking has so many disadvantages but no advantages at all.Firstly, the cigarettes with nicotine(尼古丁)in them do great harm to the health.Such diseases as pneumonia(肺炎), lung cancer may be caused or partly caused by them.Furthermore, the bad effects of cigarettes cost the smokers lots of money which could be spent on the meaningful things.Thirdly, the accidents of fire all over the world every year are mostly caused by the still-burning butts(煙蒂).The government has formulated(制定)the regulation(規章)of no smoking in public places.Yet its result is not so satisfactory.From my point of view, it needs the common efforts of the society.Not only the nonsmokers but the smokers should cooperate(合作)on this matter.24

On Making Friends

20XX年是引用了列夫·托爾斯泰一句富含哲理的名言“人生的一切變化，一切魅力，一切美都是由光明和陰影構成的。”引導學生能夠辯證地思考生活中的“變化”“魅力”“美”都與生活中的“光明”和“陰影”密切相關，任何事物都具有兩面性，看待事情應該一分為二，任何“變化”都有“好”和“壞”的因子，不要極端地看待生活中發生的事情;“光明”和“陰影”共同組成了生活的“魅力”和“美”20XX是命題作文，“這個世界需要你”體現了每個人都有自己的存在價值，每個人(當然包括自己)都對這個世界有著這樣那樣的意義，凸顯了每一個人的“重要性”，引導學生認識生命個體的擔當和責任意識。

20XX引用的是孫中山的一段名言，20XX的材料則用了文化名人鐵凝、莫言對待“批評”“找錯”的態度，這兩個材料雖然看起來離得較遠差別較大，但其宗旨依然還是緊緊扣住了“責任”“擔當”“氣度”“胸襟”，意在引導學生正確認識“生命的價值”和“責任感”。

綜上分析，近幾年的山東高考作文，雖然在命題角度和方法上各有所“變”,但在核心的命題立意上卻“一脈相承”——多角度解讀材料，理性地思考社會人生，突出人生觀、價值觀，彰顯責任感與擔當的氣度。

【命題材料解讀】：

1、注水肉對人們的生命健康有危害，這是人人皆知的事情，明知有危害，為什么還會有注水肉出現，屢禁不絕?從商家的角度分析，注水肉增加了商家的利潤，為了個人私利而不顧別人的生命健康，在他們謀了利的同時卻損害了別人的健康權利，圍繞這類思考，可以寫“良知”“職業道德”“操守”“底線”“誠信”“價值”??拓開一些，不光注水肉，假藥、假酒、假榮譽、假學歷，幾乎涉及生活的各個層面，都有鮮活的材料，也從另一個方面表現了問題的嚴重程度。

2、如果從消費者的角度分析，發現注水肉之后是自認倒霉，是退回商家了之，是有人出來甚至是人人出來較真，甚至舉報到相關部門來維護自身權利，也許會顯麻煩，也許不想一人出頭大家受利，也許根本就沒想這么多??從這個角度思考，可以寫“規則”“維權”“見怪不怪與見怪必究”“責任”“素養”“文化”。

3、如果從職能部門的角度分析，這樣的事件屢屢暴光，有沒有應對措施?有沒有相應的法律法規出臺?有了法律法規之后，有沒有落到實處?為什么屢查屢有屢禁不絕?這種“一陣風”式的工作作風到底是一種姿態還是一種“釣魚”謀利?從這個角度出發，可以寫“工作作風”“制度的健全與落實”“利益”“責任與擔當”。

在對材料進行解讀時，注水肉事件只是社會生活中的一個“點”，我們當然應該首先抓住這個“點”，但又不能僅僅停留在這個“點”上，要有所輻射，有所引申，要從事情的表面深入挖掘，要從材料出發，聯系社會生活，既要學會細致地觀察生活，又能對所觀察的現實生活有所思考，并最終能用自己的思考發出自己的聲音反過來干預生活：這應該是我們追求的方向，同時也理應是我們教育的終極目的之一。
