一、要心無旁騖；而丘吉爾則告訴我在追求理想的路上，方法總比困難多，我一直在學習他們這種永不言棄的精神，我非常希望能像他們一樣，能在高分子塑料這一領域做出不一樣的自己。

我了解到現階段美國塑料產品的人均年用量大約是中國的3倍，也就是說中國在高分子塑料這一領域還有很大的提升空間，我認為中國塑料行業(yè)要想在未來取得更穩(wěn)固的發(fā)展，重點不應放在高端產品的研發(fā)上，而應放在常用產品的研發(fā)和質量保證等方面，我們只有把日用產品的質量、回收、環(huán)保等問題解決好了，才能更好的走向高端產品的研發(fā)生產，否則必定會留下后顧之憂。我們不能預測這種后顧之憂的危害有多大，但有憂患總會讓人覺得不安的。我最想做的就是為解決中國塑料產品的后顧之憂問題盡一分力。

就拿“白色污染”來說吧。多少年來口號喊的很響，但至今仍然沒有得到很好的解決。塑料袋收費、用紙質塑料袋代替、回收再利用等手段均為取得有效的進展。首先，塑料袋收費，收得太低，無關痛癢；而用紙質塑料袋代替僅是鼓勵手段，而沒有相應強硬的政策支持；至于回收再利用，中國的塑料袋回收率不到10%，利用率就更不用說了。其中，可降解塑料的研究是一個解決問題的很好的研究方向，我相信在未來一定會取得很好的發(fā)展，但現階段卻解決不了實際問題，重要原因是：一研發(fā)成本高；二國家政策扶持力度不夠；三可降解塑料的存放時間短，非常影響效益，很少有人愿意做。

我有個想法就是先回收、再利用，能組織專門的塑料袋回收人員將塑料袋進行分類回收，我們可以通過模壓等簡單的成型方法將其成型，這樣一可以節(jié)省空間，二可以減少甚至解除污染度，可以將其存放或者制成一些專用的產品先用著。現在解決不了的問題將來一定能解決，也就是說今天解決不了的問題可以先留著，等明天解決，但千萬不要讓它再產生新的問題。

當然，這種做法是從解除污染、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面出發(fā)的，其中的利潤可能不高，所以這個方案如果可以執(zhí)行的話，不需要用國家的積極配合與扶持。
