第一篇:簡歷(Resume)的寫作格式及主要內容

簡歷是關于自己經歷的資料性文件。簡歷的主要特點是它的附屬性,它不單獨發文,而只是以附 件(enclosure)的形式出現。它可以幫助接收學校或招聘單位了解申請人的基本情況,因 此寫好簡歷有利于自己很好地抓住到來的各種機會。一 簡歷的寫作格式及主要內容標準的英文簡歷的寫法及內容一般包括以下各項。(一)標題簡歷的標題即在正文正上方寫上“RESUME”字樣即可。簡歷標題的英文寫法還有Curriculum、Vitae等。以“Resume”最為常用。(二)寫簡歷的日期一般在標題下一行,靠右邊寫上寫作簡歷的具體日期。如“Dec.12,2000”月份可以縮寫,月日同年之間要用逗號。(三)個人的姓名、住址和電話號碼個人的姓名、住址寫在信紙的左邊,從簡歷寫作日期的下一行開始,要分行寫出,上下排列 整齊。一般先寫姓名,姓名下寫自己的門牌號碼,所在的路或街道名,再下一行寫出所在的 區(州)或城市名。必要時還需寫上所在省或國別名。關于姓名的寫法,如果是寄到國外的簡 介,一般將姓放在名字后面,中間加逗號,如“Shaohua,Zhang.”或把姓放在前面,但姓 和名字之間也需加逗號,如“Zhang,Shaohua”;如果只是寄往國內的則直接寫出姓名即可,不必加逗號,如“Zhang Shaohua”。電話號碼可寫在地址下面,也可以寫在信紙的右邊,同姓名寫在一行,或同地址寫在一行。這里需說明的是個人的姓名、住址和電話號碼也可全部寫在信紙的右邊,其位置相當于一般 書信的信頭的位置。(四)申請的工作(position)申請的工作是那些作為應聘的、求職的簡歷必須有的,一般要寫上自己希望做的工作。位置 在左邊,同上邊地址要排整齊。(五)個人求學的經歷(Education)求學的經歷,即一般從中學開始,寫出自己曾就讀的學校名稱、地點、在校的年限,大學 的名稱、所在的科系、所學的專業,取得學位的情況,以及所學的主要課程內容、年限、成 績等。參加過在職訓練或培訓班的也可列出。(六)個人工作的經歷(Experience)同求學經歷一樣,該項要求寫出曾經工作過的單位名稱、地址,工作的性質、職位、起訖日 期等。(七)個人資料(personal Data)個人資料包括出生的日期、年齡、出生地點、身高、體重、健康狀況、婚姻狀況、愛 好、有何特長等。(八)推薦人或證明人的情況(Reference)應將推薦人或證明人的姓名、地址、電話、職位、頭銜等寫出來,有時也可省掉不寫。而寫 上“Available on request”(來信即附)字樣。以上各項內容要排列整齊,給人一種一目了然的感覺。
