出國留學(xué)太早，易學(xué)“壞”嗎？

前段時間，對于“小留學(xué)生”出國留學(xué)的負(fù)面報道很多。受此影響，一些家長認(rèn)為，高考生太小出國容易學(xué)“壞”。先讓孩子在國內(nèi)“混混”，大一點再出國留學(xué)。

其實，早留學(xué)還是晚留學(xué)要因人而異。對于有意在國外發(fā)展的學(xué)生，在海外讀高中肯定是最好的選擇，孩子年齡小非常容易溶入社會以及形成西方的思維模式，實現(xiàn)國際化。這也是香港、臺灣等地在10多年前就開始把孩子送到國外讀寄宿高的原因。

而且伴隨社會發(fā)展，中國孩子思想成熟的很快，很多孩子在高中階段初期已經(jīng)具備了較強(qiáng)的迎接挑戰(zhàn)和完成自我發(fā)展的意識和能力。在我們的招生咨詢中可以看到，很多來咨詢的高中生都能夠?qū)ψ约簩⒁x擇留學(xué)國家和專業(yè)有了比較清醒的認(rèn)識。面對素質(zhì)不斷提高的中國學(xué)生，倒是中國家長對自己孩子潛力的認(rèn)知還是不夠的。

留學(xué)是家長為孩子投資未來買下的潛力股，但成功與否的關(guān)鍵卻在學(xué)生本人。中國的學(xué)校教育還是家庭教育，都以管教為主，而國外的教育方式大多側(cè)重學(xué)生個性的發(fā)展、獨立能力的培養(yǎng)，尊重學(xué)生的自我選擇與決定，老師和學(xué)校不會過多地干預(yù)學(xué)生的個人事情。那么可想而知，學(xué)生出國后突然無人管了，有了較大的自由，反差過大，可能一時無所適從，這時需要較好的心理素質(zhì)，及時調(diào)整心態(tài)，適應(yīng)新環(huán)境。所以說資金與語言是留學(xué)的必備條件，但學(xué)生自身的自立能力與較好的心理素質(zhì)是留學(xué)成功的先決條件。出國留學(xué)沒有早與晚之分。相比之下，對于真正想通過留學(xué)提升人生規(guī)劃的孩子，留學(xué)還是要趁早。

You are surrounded by English.Yes, you need to pay attention and do some

同留學(xué)國家在研究生教育方面的特點各有不同。

赴英國、愛爾蘭、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢一是學(xué)制短，一般為一年至兩年；二是英語授課，學(xué)生較容易掌握語言。劣勢是學(xué)費和生活費相對較高，每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為17萬元～25萬元人民幣，尤以英國的費用為最高。

赴法國、德國留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢是專業(yè)課程免學(xué)費，每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為4萬元人民幣。劣勢是必須學(xué)第二外語。

赴新加坡、中國香港留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢一是可用英文授課；二是學(xué)費相對便宜：公立學(xué)校每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為1.5萬元～3萬元人民幣，私立學(xué)校每年的學(xué)費加生活費約為12萬元人民幣。劣勢為：一是學(xué)制較長，一般是三年；二是約77%為華人，盡管用英文授課，但出了校門之后仍然無法完全找到英文環(huán)境和體會西方的經(jīng)濟(jì)文化生活。

申請留學(xué)讀研學(xué)生主要分三類

留學(xué)專家指出，國內(nèi)研究生報名日漸火爆，背后的一個重要成因是近年來大學(xué)研究生擴(kuò)招以及畢業(yè)后就業(yè)率低造成的。目前留學(xué)讀研的學(xué)生主要分為三大類，第一類是學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異的學(xué)生，希望到國外接受更優(yōu)秀的教育。第二類是學(xué)習(xí)成績不理想，無法滿足國內(nèi)讀研的需要，特別是一些熱門的研究生課程，國內(nèi)錄取率甚至可以超過70：1。而國外一些優(yōu)秀學(xué)校采用寬進(jìn)嚴(yán)出的方式，為這部分學(xué)子降低了國外深造的門檻。第三類學(xué)生是出于雙保險的考慮，對國內(nèi)讀研和出國留學(xué)并沒有明確想法，但很明確要讀研。

參加洋高考雖然在方式上有區(qū)別，比如通過、通過IFY等等，但在簽證環(huán)節(jié)上，都是一致的，比如今天要談的保證金問題，只是在國家上有區(qū)別。

b、合法: 是正當(dāng)?shù)氖杖?我們生活中的灰色收入,簽證的時候簽證官可以考慮到。但是,比如（1）私自出租的房屋,沒有合同和納稅.（2）私賣的房屋,只有一個合同,沒有上級房屋交易中心或者中介或者管理部門的證明.（3）不合法的兼職.（4）證券從業(yè)人員買賣股票

c、可用:這是我們遇見最多的問題.不是存在你名下或者你資助人名下的資金都是可用的.簽證官最喜歡的資金是存款時間長,存入間隔均勻,每筆金額小的資金.很簡單,因為這樣最一目了然地看出你的資金是由資助人的收入一點一點積累的.不會是借入來應(yīng)付簽證的.我們每人考慮自己的資金的時候,就應(yīng)該這么想,我能不能說服簽證官,我的資金不是借來的.主要從兩個角度說服,時間長或者有資金來源.如果第一個條件不能滿足,那就要證明父母的高收入。

2、至于存款如何凍結(jié)，只要去銀行說明此筆款項是用于出國留學(xué)保證金用，銀行就會在自己給您按照相應(yīng)流程凍結(jié)，以便能輕松地從銀行拿到《個人存款證明書》。要想從銀行順利拿到50萬元至100萬元的存款證明書，那么必須提早6個月至18個月到銀行開立儲蓄存款賬戶，在儲蓄存款賬戶內(nèi)的本幣、外幣、定期、活期、憑證式國債、外匯理財產(chǎn)品，均可申請開具《個人存款證明書》。

讀書的擔(dān)保金是根據(jù)學(xué)費和生活費計算的。讀碩士可以從幾萬到幾十萬不等。你算一下，你的總學(xué)費加上總生活費就是你的擔(dān)保金要求。由于學(xué)費上漲，匯率提高，現(xiàn)在讀授課碩士要40萬擔(dān)保，研究碩士一般要20萬以上的擔(dān)保。
