堅持

大家好，我叫陸家誠。今天我演講的題目是堅持。

勝利貴在堅持。想要取得勝利就要堅持不懈地努力，堅定地朝著自己的目標(biāo)進發(fā)，飽嘗了許多次的失敗之后才能成功。成功是勝利的標(biāo)志，也可以這樣說，堅持才能成功。

古往今來，許許多多的名人不都是依靠堅持才取得勝利的嗎？

《史記》的作者司馬遷，從小就立志要寫一本史書，從十幾歲開始就游歷名山大川，收集寫作素材最終完成了這本曠世巨著。他靠的是什么？還不是堅持。要是他無法忍受收集素材的艱苦而沒有堅持下去，那么我們現(xiàn)在就再也看不到這本巨著，無法吸收他的思想精華，所以他的成功，他的勝利，最主要的還是靠堅持。

從前在美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)石油公司里，有一位小職員叫阿基勃特。他在遠(yuǎn)行住旅館的時候，總是在自己簽名的下方，寫上“每桶4美元的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)石油”的字樣，在書信及收據(jù)上也不例外。只要簽名，就一定寫上那幾個字。日復(fù)一日，年復(fù)一年。他因此被同事叫做“每桶4美元”，而他的真名倒沒有人叫。公司董事長洛克菲勒知道這件事后說：“竟有職員如此努力且關(guān)心公司的聲譽，我要見一見他。”于是邀請阿基勃特共進晚餐。后來，洛克菲勒卸任，阿基勃特成了第二任董事長。這是一件誰都可以做到的事，可是只有阿基勃特一個人去做了，而且堅定不移，樂此不疲。嘲笑他的人中，肯定有不少才華、能力都在他之上，可是到最后，只有他成了董事長。由此可見，獲得成功的主要因素不是才華和能力，而是堅持。

荀子說：“騏驥一躍，不能十步，駑馬十駕，功在不舍。鍥而舍之，朽木不折，鍥而不舍，金石可鏤?！边@也充分地說明了堅持的重要性。就好比龜兔賽跑的故事，大家都知道兔子跑起來比烏龜快得多，照理說，也應(yīng)該是兔子贏得這場比賽，然而結(jié)果恰恰相反，這是什么緣故呢？正是因為兔子不堅持到底，它自恃自己速度快，跑了一會兒就在路邊睡大覺，似乎是穩(wěn)操勝券，然而烏龜則不同，他沒有因為自己爬得慢而氣餒，反而更加鍥而不舍地堅持爬到底。堅持就是勝利，它最終贏得了比賽。

“水滴石穿，繩鋸木斷”，這個道理我們每個人都懂得，然而為什么微不足道的水滴能把石頭滴穿？柔軟的繩子能把硬梆梆的木頭鋸斷？根本原因還是堅持。一滴水的力量是微不足道的，不能撼動石頭一分一毫，然而許多滴的水堅持不斷地沖擊石頭，就能形成巨大的力量，最終把石頭滴穿。同樣道理，繩子也能把木鋸斷。功到自然成，成功之前難免有失敗，然而只要能克服困難，堅持不懈地努力，那么，成功就在眼前。

在高中學(xué)習(xí)，面對來自各個學(xué)校的精英，我們感受到了遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于初中的壓力，但我們不能放棄，而是要堅持下去。因為堅持就是勝利，只有堅持，才能獲得成功。
