尊敬的各位老師，同學(xué)們 大家早上好！

公元2008年5月12日下午2點(diǎn)28分，注定將永遠(yuǎn)銘記在中國人民的心中。四川汶川的地震震驚了中國，震驚了世界。一幕幕震撼人心的畫面讓我們至今心緒難平，感慨萬千。面對無數(shù)的生命被埋在廢墟中，失去孩子的父母們對著廢墟呼喚，撕心裂肺的聲音響徹夜空。山悲水泣天垂淚，星黯云淡地含愁。舉國哀悼，國旗第一次為百姓而垂降，汽笛第一次為故去的生靈而哀鳴。

同學(xué)們，下午2點(diǎn)28分，汶川地震到來之時，正是學(xué)校上課的時間，有近幾十所中小學(xué)校在強(qiáng)大的地震面前瞬間倒塌、摧毀，許多學(xué)生和老師失去了生命。2009年3月2日，國家減災(zāi)委、民政部發(fā)布消息，經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)，自2009年起，每年5月12日為全國“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)日”。5月7日至13日為“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)日”宣傳周。本周就是5.12地震十周年紀(jì)念日，今年防災(zāi)減災(zāi)宣傳主題是：“防災(zāi)減災(zāi)，從我做起。”面對地震我們該怎么做呢？

1．如果正在上課，地震來了，同學(xué)們一定在要在老師的指揮下，迅速抱頭，閉眼，趕快躲在自己的課桌下面。

2．第一次震感過后，大概也就是在幾十秒鐘，仍然在老師的指揮下迅速、有序的，抱頭，撤離教室，在樓道里不要驚慌，不要喊叫，不要擁擠，避免踩傷，摔傷，沖出教學(xué)樓，沖向操場。

3．如果正在操場上上體育課，可原地不動，蹲下或趴下，雙手護(hù)著頭部，注意避開高大建筑物。

4．應(yīng)該強(qiáng)調(diào)的是千萬不要跳樓！不要到窗臺邊上去！也不要到走廊的護(hù)欄邊上去，應(yīng)該迅速撤離教室、教學(xué)樓。

老師們，同學(xué)們，雖然我們現(xiàn)在無法避免地震的發(fā)生，但我們可以通過掌握預(yù)防和減少地震災(zāi)害的知識本領(lǐng)使損失降至最低。讓我們加強(qiáng)防災(zāi)減災(zāi)知識學(xué)習(xí)，共建平安和諧校園！

受汶川地震影響，四川省德陽市東汽中學(xué)教學(xué)樓坍塌。在地震發(fā)生的一瞬間，該校教導(dǎo)主任譚千秋雙 臂 張開趴在課桌上，身下死死地護(hù)著4個學(xué)生，4個學(xué)生都獲救了，譚老師卻不幸遇難。

他只是一位平凡普通的老師，卻用自己的雙臂護(hù)住了四條年輕的生命。然而，上帝在讓她得到那些學(xué)生的同時，把她的愛人帶走了。她痛哭的表情，撕扯的動作，都在說著人間最簡單也是最重要的那個詞：愛。是 啊，為了學(xué)生的安危，他獻(xiàn)出一份老師的關(guān)愛；而面對早已在世界那一方的丈夫時，她又是撕心裂肺的痛愛。
