求職信開頭

首先告訴對方你是在那里得知應聘信息以及所要應聘職位的名稱，如：

(1)in answer to your advertisement in(媒體名稱，括號里只要按照實際情況填寫，下同)for(職位名稱),i wish to tender my services.(2)with reference to your advertisement in(媒體名稱)for(職位名稱),i respectfully offer myself for the post.自我介紹

通常在這段里介紹你的工作經驗，要特別注意的，和所應聘職位無關經歷盡量不要，如：

(1)i have been serving for over(數字)years in(以前供職單位).(2)i have had(數字)years'experience with(以前供職單位)as a(以前職務).說明原因

一是離職原因，二是申請新職位的原因，如：

(1)my reason for leaving my present employer is that i wish to get into the(申請職位的性質，如：advertising)business.(2)i left the office on account of the discontinuance of the business.證明能力——突出個人能力

非重重要，因為這不僅能體現你的個人能力，更能直接告訴公司你能為公司做什么事情，能給公司帶來什么，這點可以說是直接關系到求職的成功率，但是也要一定要用最少的文字表達最多的意思。和所應聘職位無關的能力（包括證書、資格等），堅決刪掉，如：

(1)i have received a special english education（你的專業）,and have a fair command of japanese（你的副業）.in addition,i know a little french.(2)during my education,i have grasped the principals of my major and skills of practice.not only have i passed tem-8（你所通過的水平測試或其它職業技能考核）,but more important i can communicate with others freely in english（你個人的能力，尤其是強項）.my ability to write and speak english is out of question.薪水問題

這個比較敏感的話題，如果必須在求職信中提到的話，也是可以應付的，如：

(1)i am willing to serve on trial（試用）for some months at a low salary.(2)i should require a salary of2,000rmb a month to begin with.結尾——切忌小心

結尾也一定要小心，結尾一般都提及面試的一些事情，所以，結尾一樣要引起重視，如：

(1)i should be glad to have a personal interview and can furnish references if desired.(2)i should appreciate the privilege of an interviews.i may be reached by letter at the address given below（如這樣使用的話，就要在后面附上你的聯系地址）,or by telephone at 88888888（你的電話號碼）.附件

這個可以具體情況具體分析啦，如果你充分的準備了詳細的簡歷，或用人企業需要的材料，附在求職信中時，需要注明，如：
