出國留學(xué)怎么帶錢？對于將要出國留學(xué)的學(xué)生，帶錢的方式有哪幾種？就由西安外國語大學(xué)的留學(xué)老師為學(xué)生介紹五種帶錢的方式：匯票、電匯、旅行支票、信用卡、兌換好的現(xiàn)金。

匯票

匯票是最經(jīng)濟(jì)的攜款方式。匯票的收款人可以開成學(xué)生自己的名字，這樣學(xué)生只要隨身攜帶匯票，在抵達(dá)國外后在銀行開立學(xué)生帳戶就可以兌現(xiàn)。

電匯

電匯費(fèi)用相對較高，一般需要幾百元人民幣的手續(xù)費(fèi)，但是劃款速度很快。就英國而言，電匯一般2至3天即可到帳，非常適合已經(jīng)抵達(dá)國外并開立了學(xué)生帳戶且又急需家里匯錢的留學(xué)生。

旅行支票

辦理旅行支票的手續(xù)費(fèi)用較高，優(yōu)點(diǎn)是永久有效且使用方便，可在境外酒店、商場、出租車等場合直接消費(fèi)，可直接向境外機(jī)構(gòu)和個(gè)人進(jìn)行支付，也可到當(dāng)?shù)劂y行或兌換機(jī)構(gòu)兌換當(dāng)?shù)噩F(xiàn)金。

信用卡

國際信用卡是非常便捷。學(xué)生可以在英國消費(fèi)，父母或資助人在中國進(jìn)行還款，低齡留學(xué)生的父母還可以通過辦理主卡和副卡的方式，及時(shí)了解孩子在英國的消費(fèi)狀態(tài)。但要特別注意的是，使用中國的國際信用卡在英國提取現(xiàn)金所需費(fèi)用較高。

兌換好的現(xiàn)金

同留學(xué)國家在研究生教育方面的特點(diǎn)各有不同。

赴英國、愛爾蘭、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢一是學(xué)制短，一般為一年至兩年；二是英語授課，學(xué)生較容易掌握語言。劣勢是學(xué)費(fèi)和生活費(fèi)相對較高，每年的學(xué)費(fèi)加生活費(fèi)約為17萬元～25萬元人民幣，尤以英國的費(fèi)用為最高。

赴法國、德國留學(xué)的優(yōu)勢是專業(yè)課程免學(xué)費(fèi)，每年的學(xué)費(fèi)加生活費(fèi)約為4萬元人民幣。劣勢是必須學(xué)第二外語。

申請留學(xué)讀研學(xué)生主要分三類

c、可用:這是我們遇見最多的問題.不是存在你名下或者你資助人名下的資金都是可用的.簽證官最喜歡的資金是存款時(shí)間長,存入間隔均勻,每筆金額小的資金.很簡單,因?yàn)檫@樣最一目了然地看出你的資金是由資助人的收入一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)積累的.不會(huì)是借入來應(yīng)付簽證的.我們每人考慮自己的資金的時(shí)候,就應(yīng)該這么想,我能不能說服簽證官,我的資金不是借來的.主要從兩個(gè)角度說服,時(shí)間長或者有資金來源.如果第一個(gè)條件不能滿足,那就要證明父母的高收入。

2、至于存款如何凍結(jié)，只要去銀行說明此筆款項(xiàng)是用于出國留學(xué)保證金用，銀行就會(huì)在自己給您按照相應(yīng)流程凍結(jié)，以便能輕松地從銀行拿到《個(gè)人存款證明書》。要想從銀行順利拿到50萬元至100萬元的存款證明書，那么必須提早6個(gè)月至18個(gè)月到銀行開立儲(chǔ)蓄存款賬戶，在儲(chǔ)蓄存款賬戶內(nèi)的本幣、外幣、定期、活期、憑證式國債、外匯理財(cái)產(chǎn)品，均可申請開具《個(gè)人存款證明書》。

讀書的擔(dān)保金是根據(jù)學(xué)費(fèi)和生活費(fèi)計(jì)算的。讀碩士可以從幾萬到幾十萬不等。你算一下，你的總學(xué)費(fèi)加上總生活費(fèi)就是你的擔(dān)保金要求。由于學(xué)費(fèi)上漲，匯率提高，現(xiàn)在讀授課碩士要40萬擔(dān)保，研究碩士一般要20萬以上的擔(dān)保。
