國慶十天長假，給學生布置了一個學習英文歌曲5句的任務，教學反思之英文歌曲教學。在回來的這個禮拜，開辦了一個小型的singing party，學生的作業完成讓我真的是不敢恭維，當然也有認真的。不過普遍反映為好聽的歌都是學不會的。七個班里有首歌挺讓人公認的justin bieber的baby。不過就只會baby baby baby baby oh baby baby baby no，其實我更欽佩的是他的年輕有為啦！之后給學生就有一系列的簡單歌曲學習，省得他們叫囂著一首也不會，教學反思《教學反思之英文歌曲教學》。

其一為happy new year.其二為twinkle twinkle little star,其三為apple tree,歌曲一直在進行，我自認為其二這首教的還不錯，引申出去的還是蠻多的。will you marry me? a diamond ring!so funny!

英文歌曲也是一種很好的教學嘗試方式，只能作為調劑，不能作為主業啊，希望探索出更多好的方法！

淺談幼兒英文歌曲教學

在英文歌曲教學活動中，由于缺乏教學技巧，教師們往往使孩子陷入死記硬背的境地，特別是碰到內容復雜的歌詞，幼兒便無從學習。由于幼兒對歌詞記憶的負擔，削弱了幼兒對歌曲學習的興趣。經過自己的教學實踐，逐漸摸索出幾點方法。

1。用故事的形式幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。

我們都知道，故事對幼兒來說，具有莫大的吸引。我們可以利用幼兒對故事的興趣，將一些具有情節性的歌詞內容編成小故事講給幼兒聽。例如“Five little ducks”就是這樣一首具有故事情節的歌曲，它講述了五只小鴨子出去玩，它們走得太遠，鴨媽媽著急了就用自己的聲音喚回自己的孩子，結果卻少了一只。剛開始對這首歌教授時孩子并不是很喜歡?？墒钱斘腋某捎⒄Z故事時，孩子聽得津津有味而且要求我反復講。自始至終我沒有用漢語講述但孩子完全能理解故事的意思。由此孩子便很快記憶了歌詞，充分了享受了唱歌的樂趣，達到了很好的效果。

2。用畫面來幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。

我們可以用畫面來幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。將歌詞內容表現出來啟發幼兒通過畫面記憶歌詞，就像前面的例子Fivelittleducks也是通過畫面讓孩子理解記憶的。在畫面的幫助下，孩子們用眼看，用耳聽，用腦記，運用了多種感觀參與學習。結束后，孩子們曲調唱得很準，歌詞唱得也很準。

3。用動作幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。

好動是幼兒的天性，無論是說話還是唱歌，幼兒都是常常以動作相伴來表達自己的意思。根據這一特點，我們可以通過動作來幫助幼兒記憶歌詞。歌曲“Hello，good morning”曲調與歌詞對于幼兒來說記憶有些困難。利用動作，讓幼兒與自己的小伙伴一起表演而且動作針對男孩與女孩的不同，幼兒感到非常新奇，積極性特別高，即使信心不強的孩子也樂于參與其中，達到了很好的效果。

在歌曲教學中我們要不斷的變化教學的形式，根據不同歌曲的內容來確定教學方法。如：Fingerfamily這首歌當中有五個人物，有媽媽、爸爸、爺爺、奶奶、小寶寶，由于人物較多我采用了手偶劇表演，整節課中孩子都很認真，孩子在歡笑中不知不覺的學會了這首歌，回到家中還與爸爸媽媽一起表演。

這樣對幼兒來說沒有太多的負擔，有的只是輕松與愉悅，效果當然好

機械制圖課堂之探索

--------一次開放性作業的反思

內容摘要：

機械制圖的教學，也應隨教改的深入而有所思考，怎樣向理實一體化靠近，怎樣使學生成為教學活動的主體，怎樣找出一條符合與時俱進，同時又符合學情實際的教改之路，我們正行走在探索的路上。關鍵詞：

機械制圖，是大多中職學校開設有的一門專業課程，對于機械制圖的教學，我想，師生都有幾句話心里話想要說，在此門課程的教學習中，不管是學生對老師、還是老師對學生，總有那么一些期待的話語。為此，我們做了一次開放性的作業，通過這次活動，我們對機械制圖的教學就多了一些認識，多了一些感悟。學完軸測圖、組合體以后，就要學習利用投影的知識來識讀零件圖和裝配圖，本章節，對大多數職高生來說，就相當普高學生學習數理化，分析能力和想象能力稍差的同學，在組合體三視圖的學習時就心有余而力不足了，一時的困難沒有及時得到解決，久而久之他們就會喪失信心，心灰意冷，陷入學習的困境，最終只有敗下陣來，看圖似乎看不懂，作圖總覺做不來，隨著時光的流失，他們就慢慢被課堂邊緣化，最終成為旁觀者、局外人了。本章節的學習非常重要，大家必須共同努力，千方百計來度過這個難關，在這承上啟下的關鍵深刻，怎樣經過精心組織，順利完成好三視圖的識讀教學，就至關重要了。為了檢驗前期教學效果，同時為了激發同學們學習的積極性，我們開展一次———“真知棒，我最棒”的 識圖活動。

1、活動要求：

給定三視圖，請你展示出讀圖結果。

2、活動準備：

課堂討論你完成任務的方法和途徑，然后按“志同者”進行分組。

推出小組長，讓他來分配任務，協商工作策略，并派人記錄此次活動的過程，小結本次活動的得失。

3、活動評價：

通過展示活動結果、上交操作過程和心得材料，評比出等級獎，按等級分發不同數量的“真知棒”棒棒糖。經過一周的忙碌，同學們都獻上了小組的厚禮，以不同的方式展示了讀圖的結果，用不同的方法完成了同樣的任務。其中尺規作圖組最為傳統，他們從諸多的圖紙中挑選了兩份A3紙幅圖畫，采用的是正等測作圖畫法，卷面規范，線條分明，清晰工整，立體感強，堪稱漂亮。模型組成員分工明確，大家采集泡沫板材，分析視圖線框，測量加工部件，檢測組裝成型，甚是精巧。媒體組分析多媒技術，討論作圖思路，設計三維動畫，編輯相關鏈接，打印演示結果，效果不錯。三個組都撰寫了本組作品的說明文，其中介紹作圖的方法步驟，包括途中困惑與企望，不乏事后感想與寄語。經過這次開放性作業的嘗試，我似乎感覺到大家的收獲頗多，學生在自主與合作，探究與創新，理論與實踐等方面都流露出了很多真實的感悟，很高興，這次活動有這等不凡的價值。作為專業課程的機械制圖，怎樣才使學生永遠保持那么一股始終如一的學習熱

情，永遠堅守那份克服困難的信心和勇氣，這是我們執教者苦苦尋覓的。怎樣能使課堂充滿趣味與活力，使教學更具質量與效率，我們就先得在自己身上多動腦筋、多花功夫，主動承擔提高課堂優化的責任。這里，對機械制圖教學我有幾點思考：

一、自主學習的倡導。機械制圖是一門手腦并用、理實結合的課程，需要一定的空間想象和轉換能力，如果學生只是一味的聽講或者簡單地觀摩，那么他們很難在知識的掌握中大有收獲。所以，學生能否在課堂中自主探索，能否在小組交流中動口與動手，都取決于學生的自主意識和老師的理念革新。在這次活動中，我們同學之所以能釋放自我，主動參與溝通討論，積極表現動手動腦，完全可以感受到這種開放性學習帶給他們的自由與激情，他們在小組的舞臺上展示個性，發揮特長，在活動中自信，在成功后愉悅。在今后的教學中，我們是否可以大膽一些，多給他們一些展示自我的機會，多給他們設計一些溝通交流的場景，多給他們布置一些動手操作的任務，相信他們，放手他們，鍛煉他們，培養他們。

二、直觀教學的價值。

掛圖、實物、模型這些輔助工具，它不但可以使我們的課堂形式不再單一，而且使我們的教學簡單明了，使空間和平面的轉換更為直觀，這些“看得見摸得著”的東西，將機件的輪廓清楚的呈現在你面前，不用你去琢磨位置的前后、線條的虛實、切口的模樣。這些僅憑想象難以獲得的東西，借助直觀就可迎刃而解。所以，無論是教師還是學生，我們都可以以模型為教具，也可以以模型的制作來作為作業的表現形式，手腦并用，在做中學。真正擁有一套系統而豐富的教學模型，對于大多數學校來說，不夠現實，再說擁有了也不是萬能的，使用過程中還是具有局限性的，如果我們想要有所擴展和發揮，那么就得靠自己動手“中國造”，這樣才能滿足應時之需，所以，我經常動員學生收集塑料泡沫、粘泥和紙板，課堂前后或課堂內外試做模型，以此豐富課堂教學的內容和形式。讓更多的用話說不清的東西，我們用一個模型就可以清楚交代。

三、電腦科技的魅力。

放下圓規三角板和粉筆，我們可以發揮多媒課件的優勢，以喜聞樂見的形式展示教學內容，以“看得見摸得著”的畫面突破教學難點。運用計算機技術，我們的學生可以用移動的鼠標代替手中的紙筆，在探究機械制圖的過程中鉆研3DMAX,AUTOCAD技術，激發利用軟件實現作圖的興趣，享受電腦科技的無窮魅力。作為通用的基礎課程，計算機可以為專業課程的學習提供支持和服務，從目前的教學來看，我們希望計算機這門課程還可以深入扎實一些，希望大膽涉及CAD、動畫和3D技術，讓孩子們視野開闊，思維開放，這些都為機械制圖的學習提供方便，促進了公共課和專業課有的機結合，體現了公共課為專業課的服務職責。這一點，在同學們在總結中也同樣有反饋。希望我們的公共課老師多為專業課提供這樣的服務，希望我們的學生多掌握一些畫圖的技能，在今后的學習和工作中大展自己的才能，大秀自己的圖藝。

四、教學生產的結合。

職業教育要實現五個對接，其中就是實現教學過程與生產過程的對接。我們的學生在本次練習過程中，就有一組學生在車間向師傅討教，直接要實現圖樣與實
