企業法人營業執照年檢所需材料一覽表

（一）企業申報年檢提交下列材料：

１、法定代表人或負責人簽署的年檢報告書(網上預審通過后打印)；

２、企業年檢指定的代表或者委托代理人的證明； ３、營業執照副本原件；

４、經營范圍中有屬于企業登記前置行政許可經營項目的，提交相關許可證件、批準文件的復印件(加蓋公章)，并提供原件核對。

５、企業法人應當提交年度資產負債表和損益表，公司和外商投資企業還應當提交由會計師事務所出具的審計報告。６、企業有非法人分支機構的，需提交分支機構的營業執照副本復印件（加蓋公章）。

７、非法人分支機構提交隸屬企業上一年度已年檢的營業執照副本復印件（加蓋公章）。

８、其他經營單位提交隸屬機構的主體資格證明復印件（加蓋公章）。

前款所列１、２、３、４項的材料及相關的清算批準或備案文件。

第二篇：營業執照年檢時間及所需資料（推薦）

內資企業，做工商年檢；

外資企業，須做聯合年檢。

通常營業執照年檢時間為每年的3~6月份，組織機構代碼證為1~6月份期間進行，具體時間可關注當地主要媒體的公告或直接咨詢當地主管機關，以其公布時間為準。

一、營業執照年檢：

二、組織機構代碼證年檢：

一般辦理組織機構代碼證年檢需提供：

1、公司營業執照副本原件及復印件。

2、法人身份證復印件。

3、經辦身份證原件及復印件。

4、銀行開戶許可證原件及復印件。

5、組織機構代碼證正副本和IC卡及副本復印件

6、公章。

現在一般都是攜帶如上材料直接到所屬地的質量技術監督局辦事大廳直接進行年檢。
