The journey of life is very long, in this journey there may be rain, but also there will be sunny. 從大的方面看，英語演講詞實際上是屬于一種特殊的說明文或議論文，其基本組成部分是：

1)開始時對聽眾的稱呼語 honorable judges(評委)等等。

2)提出論題

由于演講的時間限制，必須開門見山，提出論題。提出論題的方法有各種各樣，但最生動，最能引起注意的是用舉例法。比如：你要呼吁大家關(guān)心貧窮地區(qū)的孩子，你可以用親眼看到的或者收集到的那些貧窮孩子多么需要幫助的實例開始。另外，用具體的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)也是一個有效的引出論題的方法，比如：你要談遵守交通規(guī)則的話題，你可以從舉一系列有關(guān)車輛、車禍等的數(shù)據(jù)開始。

結(jié)論往往是論文中最長也是最難寫的部分，主要原因是作者要對研究結(jié)果和發(fā)現(xiàn)進行分析、推斷、演繹和推理，要求作者具有很強邏輯思維能力和英語文字組織能力。此外，這部分時態(tài)比較復(fù)雜，要分清實驗過程和結(jié)果(過去時)與分析意見(確定：現(xiàn)在時不確定或假設(shè)：過去時)的區(qū)別他人研究結(jié)果(過去時或現(xiàn)在完成時)與本研究結(jié)果(過去時)的區(qū)別普遍適 用的結(jié)論(現(xiàn)在時)與只適用本研究的結(jié)論(過去時)的其別等。因此，對于however, may, might, could, would,possibly, probably, be likely to 等詞(組)的使用以及we believe(think/ consider)that, to our knowledge, in our experience(practice)等插入語的使用就顯得格外重要。
