少兒藝術培訓中心招生簡章

無數事例證實，從幼年開始學習樂器的孩子，入學后，在理解能力、接受能力、想象力和創造性思維能力等方面，都顯著高于一般孩子。應該說這很大程度上取決于孩子早期接受過良好的藝術教育。

少兒藝術培訓中心注重孩子的成長，針對4—16歲年齡階段的兒童特開設少兒樂器演奏課程。樂器演奏課程主要包括：鍵盤樂演奏（鋼琴、電子琴、手風琴）、民族樂器演奏（古箏、二胡、琵琶等）、西洋樂器演奏（小提琴、大提琴、長笛、單簧管等）。

鍵盤樂器演奏注重孩子學習鋼琴演奏的興趣和基礎，在快樂中學習到鋼琴演奏的技巧和方法。老師在課堂中教會學生應用性強的樂理知識，在音樂理論的指引下，能夠獨立分析曲目，獨立完成課后練習，“漁”“魚”兼得。授課目標是培養孩子對樂器演奏的興趣，提高彈奏技巧，讓孩子可以參加各類比賽、演出、考級等。

實習時間：2005年7月上旬－8月中旬

實習手記

我實習的部門是人民日報人民網評論部的觀點頻道。觀點頻道的欄目主要有人民時評（被譽為網上第一評）、人民視點、網友說話、網友文集、觀點碰撞、評論靶子、報系觀點、媒體言論、一語驚人、網友留言等欄目，主打時政類評論和社會熱點評論。

實習第一天，花了三個小時完成了主編給的突擊任務，完成了第一篇評論文章《透過中海油收購尤先科看美國政治》，開始了我的實習生涯。

其后，我每天的常規工作是要在盡量快的時間內，瀏覽人民日報報系（包括人民日報，人民日報海外版，華東新聞，華南新聞，江南時報，市場報等）的電子版的評論文章，或是瀏覽閱讀20多份國內報系以外的其他報紙（包括中國青年報、光明日報、工人日報、文匯報、各省市自治區的日報、晚報、都市報等），把這些紙質媒體上的好的評論文章轉錄到人民網編輯錄入流程系統中的“報系言論”或是“媒體言論”欄目中去；每篇文章按照人民網的統一格式編輯完以后，要根據文章的內容起一個標題。因為在報紙上，讀者是同時看到標題和文章的，而在網絡媒體的頁面上，受眾首先看到的只是標題，只有標題吸引人，受眾才會點擊這篇文章。所以網絡媒體的對標題的要求比報紙的要求會高一些，因此，編輯要著重修改每篇文章的標題。

錄完這些之后，差不多已經是午后。根據主編當天的安排，會把當日報系或者報系外媒體比較出彩，預測點擊率會高的十幾篇來自各大報紙的評論做成集粹。我做過的集粹有《為什么休閑多的人反而富有》《大國的標準是什么》《港大拒錄“狀元”:未必就是素質教育》《是招商還是為“紅頂商人”招魂？》《再筑一堵封閉大學的墻？》《發掘武則天墓為何要留待后人》《“面子工程”買不來“求職門票”》《解讀乞丐鄉他們為何愿做乞丐?》《同是做官的，差距咋就恁大呢？》等。

同時，我負責策劃和制作了“評論靶子”和“一語驚人”欄目幾期專題。其中“評論靶子”有：《警察權力有多大，農民屈死看守所》《“七月流火”啥意思?人大校長引錯典》《楊瀾被疑“裸捐”，冤不冤？》《多少抗日遺址被拆？誰在忘記歷史》《女大學生可以結婚為啥不能懷孕》等；“一語驚人”有：《聲音：圍觀群眾：快點過來啊，又扔錢了！》《聲音：小崔:很多主持人光明正大參加商業活動》《聲音：某村村民：村干部依靠權力，瘋狂撈錢》等。

在人民網實習期間，最充分感受到的就是網絡媒體的互動性和人民網的影響力。就我所在的觀點頻道而言，每天就能收到200多封網友來信。我第一次策劃專題的時候，主編說：你看著，當你下個星期回來，會有好多網友給你留言的。當過完周末打開電腦的時候，滿滿的十頁的留言，那種成就感是可能在報紙上發表文章是體會不到的。

最讓我激動的一次就是能夠出外采訪，在我的印象中，網絡媒體只有發布權。主編告訴我，如果自己有一些想法，可以上報選題，選題會通過以后，就可以開始獨立策劃一些項目，也可以外出采訪。和我在一起實習的是中國傳媒大學的研究生，我和她一起就當前備受關注的高等教育等諸多問題，策劃了幾期“人民視點”。在我的主動爭取下，主編同意我以人民網實習記者的身份外出采訪。出來乍到，連北京的路都還沒有摸熟，對著地圖，在北京高校幾個朋友的幫助下，花了一個白天時間走訪了北大清華北航等六所北京海淀區的高校，晚上回到宿舍已經是疲憊不堪。雖然這類稿件實效性不是非常強，而且主編也沒有要求第二天一定要出稿，不過覺得我還是要熬夜，盡快把它寫出來。第二天當我把稿子《中國高校怎么了?學子談高教》交給主編的時候，得到了主編的認可。更沒想到的是，這幾期人民視點受到了教育部的重視。

作為實習責任編輯，通過一個月來深入接觸過網絡媒體，我深刻地感受到原來做網絡編輯遠遠超過我所認為的Ctrl+C（復制）和Ctrl+V（粘貼）。網絡媒體，尤其是網絡評論相較與傳統媒體，其受眾的反饋更為直接。許多的網友的留言和文章言辭頗為激烈，針砭時弊，揭示問題。編輯所發的每一篇，都有點擊量可以去衡量。在主編和值班編輯的指導下，加上自己的摸索和體會，我慢慢地有了一定的編輯經驗：如果話題是新近發生能夠引起注意事實或關注熱點的評論，加之較強的時效性的文章，才會有很高點擊率。標題要點出能吸引人的關鍵詞，但又不能太直白，否則網友一看就知道要說什么，也就不點開看。

說起來很容易，可是真的要做到文出必有人點擊，實在是太難。有經驗的編輯一出文章，點擊率就“巨高”（值班編輯對編輯的最高的夸獎），有時候為了一個好題目，需要琢磨很久。

實習結束的時候，主編對我說了一番話，把我在人民網評論部實習的心得都點了出來：做輿論引導工作其實很復雜，得讓網友進來看你的稿，然后才能談得上引導。高高在上的教導，說網友不關心或者根本不看的話題。對那么多網友，還要對上，也有訪問量壓力。一定要懂得把握，知道國情，國民的心態，這很重要。

在實習的這一段時間里，每天都很辛苦，有時為了完成選題，要加班到七八點鐘。但辛苦的同時也得到了許多難得的經驗，同時也出了一些自己策劃，采寫，編輯的作品，大致整理了一下，附在下文。
