其后，我每天的常規(guī)工作是要在盡量快的時(shí)間內(nèi)，瀏覽人民日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)系（包括人民日?qǐng)?bào)，人民日?qǐng)?bào)海外版，華東新聞，華南新聞，江南時(shí)報(bào)，市場(chǎng)報(bào)等）的電子版的評(píng)論文章，或是瀏覽閱讀20多份國(guó)內(nèi)報(bào)系以外的其他報(bào)紙（包括中國(guó)青年報(bào)、光明日?qǐng)?bào)、工人日?qǐng)?bào)、文匯報(bào)、各省市自治區(qū)的日?qǐng)?bào)、晚報(bào)、都市報(bào)等），把這些紙質(zhì)媒體上的好的評(píng)論文章轉(zhuǎn)錄到人民網(wǎng)編輯錄入流程系統(tǒng)中的“報(bào)系言論”或是“媒體言論”欄目中去；每篇文章按照人民網(wǎng)的統(tǒng)一格式編輯完以后，要根據(jù)文章的內(nèi)容起一個(gè)標(biāo)題。因?yàn)樵趫?bào)紙上，讀者是同時(shí)看到標(biāo)題和文章的，而在網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的頁(yè)面上，受眾首先看到的只是標(biāo)題，只有標(biāo)題吸引人，受眾才會(huì)點(diǎn)擊這篇文章。所以網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的對(duì)標(biāo)題的要求比報(bào)紙的要求會(huì)高一些，因此，編輯要著重修改每篇文章的標(biāo)題。

錄完這些之后，差不多已經(jīng)是午后。根據(jù)主編當(dāng)天的安排，會(huì)把當(dāng)日?qǐng)?bào)系或者報(bào)系外媒體比較出彩，預(yù)測(cè)點(diǎn)擊率會(huì)高的十幾篇來(lái)自各大報(bào)紙的評(píng)論做成集粹。我做過(guò)的集粹有《為什么休閑多的人反而富有》《大國(guó)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是什么》《港大拒錄“狀元”:未必就是素質(zhì)教育》《是招商還是為“紅頂商人”招魂？》《再筑一堵封閉大學(xué)的墻？》《發(fā)掘武則天墓為何要留待后人》《“面子工程”買(mǎi)不來(lái)“求職門(mén)票”》《解讀乞丐鄉(xiāng)他們?yōu)楹卧缸銎蜇?》《同是做官的，差距咋就恁大呢？》等。

同時(shí)，我負(fù)責(zé)策劃和制作了“評(píng)論靶子”和“一語(yǔ)驚人”欄目幾期專(zhuān)題。其中“評(píng)論靶子”有：《警察權(quán)力有多大，農(nóng)民屈死看守所》《“七月流火”啥意思?人大校長(zhǎng)引錯(cuò)典》《楊瀾被疑“裸捐”，冤不冤？》《多少抗日遺址被拆？誰(shuí)在忘記歷史》《女大學(xué)生可以結(jié)婚為啥不能懷孕》等；“一語(yǔ)驚人”有：《聲音：圍觀(guān)群眾：快點(diǎn)過(guò)來(lái)啊，又扔錢(qián)了！》《聲音：小崔:很多主持人光明正大參加商業(yè)活動(dòng)》《聲音：某村村民：村干部依靠權(quán)力，瘋狂撈錢(qián)》等。

在人民網(wǎng)實(shí)習(xí)期間，最充分感受到的就是網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體的互動(dòng)性和人民網(wǎng)的影響力。就我所在的觀(guān)點(diǎn)頻道而言，每天就能收到200多封網(wǎng)友來(lái)信。我第一次策劃專(zhuān)題的時(shí)候，主編說(shuō)：你看著，當(dāng)你下個(gè)星期回來(lái)，會(huì)有好多網(wǎng)友給你留言的。當(dāng)過(guò)完周末打開(kāi)電腦的時(shí)候，滿(mǎn)滿(mǎn)的十頁(yè)的留言，那種成就感是可能在報(bào)紙上發(fā)表文章是體會(huì)不到的。

最讓我激動(dòng)的一次就是能夠出外采訪(fǎng)，在我的印象中，網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體只有發(fā)布權(quán)。主編告訴我，如果自己有一些想法，可以上報(bào)選題，選題會(huì)通過(guò)以后，就可以開(kāi)始獨(dú)立策劃一些項(xiàng)目，也可以外出采訪(fǎng)。和我在一起實(shí)習(xí)的是中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)的研究生，我和她一起就當(dāng)前備受關(guān)注的高等教育等諸多問(wèn)題，策劃了幾期“人民視點(diǎn)”。在我的主動(dòng)爭(zhēng)取下，主編同意我以人民網(wǎng)實(shí)習(xí)記者的身份外出采訪(fǎng)。出來(lái)乍到，連北京的路都還沒(méi)有摸熟，對(duì)著地圖，在北京高校幾個(gè)朋友的幫助下，花了一個(gè)白天時(shí)間走訪(fǎng)了北大清華北航等六所北京海淀區(qū)的高校，晚上回到宿舍已經(jīng)是疲憊不堪。雖然這類(lèi)稿件實(shí)效性不是非常強(qiáng)，而且主編也沒(méi)有要求第二天一定要出稿，不過(guò)覺(jué)得我還是要熬夜，盡快把它寫(xiě)出來(lái)。第二天當(dāng)我把稿子《中國(guó)高校怎么了?學(xué)子談高教》交給主編的時(shí)候，得到了主編的認(rèn)可。更沒(méi)想到的是，這幾期人民視點(diǎn)受到了教育部的重視。

作為實(shí)習(xí)責(zé)任編輯，通過(guò)一個(gè)月來(lái)深入接觸過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體，我深刻地感受到原來(lái)做網(wǎng)絡(luò)編輯遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)我所認(rèn)為的Ctrl+C（復(fù)制）和Ctrl+V（粘貼）。網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體，尤其是網(wǎng)絡(luò)評(píng)論相較與傳統(tǒng)媒體，其受眾的反饋更為直接。許多的網(wǎng)友的留言和文章言辭頗為激烈，針砭時(shí)弊，揭示問(wèn)題。編輯所發(fā)的每一篇，都有點(diǎn)擊量可以去衡量。在主編和值班編輯的指導(dǎo)下，加上自己的摸索和體會(huì)，我慢慢地有了一定的編輯經(jīng)驗(yàn)：如果話(huà)題是新近發(fā)生能夠引起注意事實(shí)或關(guān)注熱點(diǎn)的評(píng)論，加之較強(qiáng)的時(shí)效性的文章，才會(huì)有很高點(diǎn)擊率。標(biāo)題要點(diǎn)出能吸引人的關(guān)鍵詞，但又不能太直白，否則網(wǎng)友一看就知道要說(shuō)什么，也就不點(diǎn)開(kāi)看。

說(shuō)起來(lái)很容易，可是真的要做到文出必有人點(diǎn)擊，實(shí)在是太難。有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的編輯一出文章，點(diǎn)擊率就“巨高”（值班編輯對(duì)編輯的最高的夸獎(jiǎng)），有時(shí)候?yàn)榱艘粋€(gè)好題目，需要琢磨很久。

實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束的時(shí)候，主編對(duì)我說(shuō)了一番話(huà)，把我在人民網(wǎng)評(píng)論部實(shí)習(xí)的心得都點(diǎn)了出來(lái)：做輿論引導(dǎo)工作其實(shí)很復(fù)雜，得讓網(wǎng)友進(jìn)來(lái)看你的稿，然后才能談得上引導(dǎo)。高高在上的教導(dǎo)，說(shuō)網(wǎng)友不關(guān)心或者根本不看的話(huà)題。對(duì)那么多網(wǎng)友，還要對(duì)上，也有訪(fǎng)問(wèn)量壓力。一定要懂得把握，知道國(guó)情，國(guó)民的心態(tài)，這很重要。

在實(shí)習(xí)的這一段時(shí)間里，每天都很辛苦，有時(shí)為了完成選題，要加班到七八點(diǎn)鐘。但辛苦的同時(shí)也得到了許多難得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)也出了一些自己策劃，采寫(xiě)，編輯的作品，大致整理了一下，附在下文。
