導語：3月31日下午，錦江國際酒店澳大利亞總經理斯托迪先生，率酒店員工來到北湖街妙三社區參加義務勞動，斯托迪先生說，幫助轄區改善環境衛生，已成為酒店一件經常性的公益活動。

On Saturday, staff at the Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel, led by its Australian General Manager Bruno Storti, went to the nearby Miaosan Community to carry out a cleaning activity.The hotel has conducted such activities on a regular basis to signify their commitment in shouldering social responsibilities.Huang Baohua reports.畫外：放下酒店的忙碌，10名酒店的高管和普通員工，在斯托迪總經理帶領下，下午3點來到社區的一片老居民樓下。他們穿著統一的藍色工裝，攜帶刷子、鏟子等勞動工具，以及滿滿兩桶白漆。

這個擁有2千多戶居民的社區，墻壁上張貼小廣告的現象近來明顯減少，今天，這些志愿者就是要鏟除殘留的“牛皮癬”，還墻壁一片潔白。

（近些年來，錦江酒店每個月都有一次公益活動，或者是慈善捐贈，或者幫助轄區改善環境衛生。這是我們承擔社會責任的一種方式，也希望能喚起大家珍愛環境的集體意識。）

畫外：斯托迪先生說，3月31日，是當月最后一個星期六。錦江酒店將響應世界自然基金會“地球一小時”活動的倡議，當晚將所有客房燈光熄滅60分鐘。藉此呼吁公眾節省能源，愛護地球。

Bringing tools and wearing blue uniforms, the Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel staff arrived at the residential community at 3 o’clock on Saturday afternoon.It was their task to remove illegal advertisement posters on the walls and brush on white paint to make the environment cleaner and better.Mr.Storti said that in recent years, the Hotel has decided to carry out such activities once a month, either in the form of a public charity or cleaning the environment one kilometer within its vicinity.They hope that through such activities staff members’ awareness of social responsibility will be enhanced and that the public will pay more attention to their living environment sanitation.That evening, the Hotel also turned off the lights in all its empty rooms as their way to participate in the WWF activity titled “Earth One Hour”。
