各位領導、各位老師、同學們：下午好！

我叫劉興奎，1994年從山東理工大學畢業(yè)后，分配到勝利油田海洋石油開發(fā)公司工作，現(xiàn)任勝利油田埕島中心二號平臺經(jīng)理，石油演講稿。今天能在這里向各位領導、老師和同學們匯報我在海上的工作、學習和生活情況，感到十分榮幸，心情非常激動。我匯報的題目是“讓青春在大海上閃光”。

置身于茫茫大海，我才真正明白什么叫艱苦，石油工人戰(zhàn)天斗海、拼搏奉獻的精神給了我扎根海洋、獻身石油的信心和勇氣

石油行業(yè)的艱苦我在上學期間聽說過一些。我從小在農村長大，自以為吃過很多苦，感到世上沒有我受不了的苦。但當我坐著公共汽車前往公司報到時，車過勝利黃河大橋，映入眼簾的是一望無際的蘆葦和荒灘，沒有村莊沒有行人，點綴路旁的只有一簇簇紅色的灌木叢。想像中的油田與現(xiàn)實的巨大差距使我有些不知所措，隨著汽車在坑坑洼洼的公路上顛簸，我的心情越來越沉重。報到后在崗前培訓的那段日子，我的心情矛盾極了。到底我的選擇對不對?怎么辦?是走還是留?我一直在彷徨。

崗前培訓結束，第一次出海的經(jīng)歷我至今仍記憶猶新，演講稿《石油演講稿》。那天，我懷著復雜和好奇的心情登上了交通船。船離開碼頭時天氣還很好，但沒過多久海上就刮起了五六級大風，船開始搖晃起來。原以為自己不暈車也不會暈船，可過了一會兒，就感覺胃里像翻江倒海一樣，站也不是，坐也不是，臉色變得蠟黃，我終于忍不住開始劇烈嘔吐起來，趴在甲板上一動也不敢動，當時覺得真是生不如死。我們的井區(qū)離碼頭有30多公里，船航行需要兩個多小時。當有人拍著我的肩膀告訴我到了時，我抬頭一看，船已停靠在由幾根橘紅色樁腿支撐著的鐵房子跟前。難道這就是我們要在上面工作的海上平臺?帶班師傅攙扶著我登上平臺，把吐得快虛脫的我安頓在一張板床上休息。當天夜里，海上的風更大了。聽著海浪拍打平臺樁腿的聲音，躺在有些晃動、感覺隨時要倒下去的板床上，我突然感覺大海是那樣的猙獰，自己就像被拋入大海中的一片樹葉，是那樣的渺小、那樣的孤立無援，那一晚我徹夜未眠。下平臺后，當我把海上油田的艱苦環(huán)境和矛盾的心情告訴父母后，他們給我寫了封信，其中有一段話深深的刺痛了我，“一個年輕人，這點苦也吃不了，以后還能干什么?家里培養(yǎng)你不容易，你對得起父母，對得起國家嗎?”單位領導也給了我無微不至的關懷，給我講石油行業(yè)的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和老職工的感人事跡，講海上油田的美好發(fā)展前景，同事們給我講他們的經(jīng)歷和故事，帶班師傅也時時處處關心我，使我彷徨浮躁的心逐漸平靜下來。

經(jīng)過三四個月的鍛煉，我逐步適應了海上工作。11月的一天晚上，我已經(jīng)在宿舍睡下了，突然接到單位緊急通知，海上一口油井出現(xiàn)異常，要我立即參加搶險。我們頂風乘船趕到現(xiàn)場，經(jīng)過帶班師傅排查，確定是油井井下安全閥泄壓關閉，當務之急是要打開安全閥。但由于身邊沒有打壓工具，只好借用鄰井的壓力，用高壓膠管對它進行倒灌，于是我們四個人開始從船上抬高壓膠管，這種膠管有十米長、一噸多重，要從搖晃不定的船上扛到平臺上不是件容易的事。這時風越刮越猛，船隨著海浪上下竄動，一不留神膠管從我肩上滑了下來，眼看就要砸到我，在我身后的帶班師傅大喊一聲“閃開”，一下子將我推到一旁，膠管的鐵頭重重地砸在了他的腳上，他當場痛得抱著腳跌坐在甲板上，豆大的汗珠從額頭上掉下來。后來經(jīng)醫(yī)院檢查是腳骨骨折。師傅危急關頭舍身保護我的博大胸懷和犧牲精神，深深地感動和震撼了我，我內心愧疚極了，暗下決心要深深扎根這片大海，立志要做一個像他那樣的石油人。心境的改變感覺其他一切都變了。我覺得自己好像不再暈船了，海上的風變小了，天空變藍了，大海是那樣的遼闊，浪花是那樣的歡騰，一切都是那樣的美麗。我開始深深地愛上了這片藍色的海洋，愛上了這里橘紅色的平臺，愛上了這份崇高的事業(yè)。
