2014年英語專業四級考試大綱

英語專業四級考試（TEM-4，Test for English Majors-4），全稱為全國高校英語專業四級考試。自1991年起由中國大陸教育部實行，考察全國綜合性大學英語專業學生?？荚噧热莺w英語聽、讀、寫、譯各方面。筆試形式考核，無口試。

考試目的本考試的目的是全面檢查已學完英語專業四級課程的學生是否達到教學大綱所規定的各項要求，考核學生運用各項基本技能的能力以及學生對語法結構和詞語用法的掌握程度，既測試學生的綜合能力，也測試學生的單項技能。同時，也是評估教學質量，推動校際交流的一種手段。

性質范圍

本考試屬于尺度參照性標準化考試。考試的范圍包括基礎階段教學大綱所規定的一至四級除讀音和說的技能以外的全部內容。由于目前尚未具備口試的條件，暫且只進行筆試。

考試時間

每個四月份的第三個周六。2010年考試時間為4月17日；2011年的考試時間為4月16日；2012年英語專業四級考試時間為：2012年4月21日；2013年的考試時間是4月20日。

考試形式

為了較好地考核學生運用各項基本技能的能力，既照顧到科學性，客觀性，又照顧到可行性以及基礎階段英語水平測試的特點，同時為

確保試卷的信度，本考試除寫作及聽寫部分為主觀試題外，其余都采取多項選擇題形式。主觀試題部分旨在較好地測試學生靈活運用語言的能力，從而提高試卷的效度。

考試內容

本考試共有六個部分：一.寫作 二.聽寫 三.聽力理解 四.完形填空 五.語法及詞匯 六.閱讀理解。前兩部分需時60分鐘。后四部分需時80分鐘，整個考試需時140分鐘。

及格標準
