我是一個性格開朗快樂向上，從小就喜歡唱歌跳舞。直到現在我還能清晰的記得我的啟蒙教師慈祥的笑臉、記得她教我跳的第一個舞蹈，或許從那時起：當一名幼兒教師就已經成了我兒時的理想。1989 年高中畢業的我選擇這個陽光下最快樂的職業，成了一名幼兒教師也圓了我童年的夢想!一直到今天，我在這個幸福的崗

位上奮斗了 23 個春秋!我把自己的青春和熱情無怨無悔的奉獻給了我所熱愛的幼教事業!

選擇就意味著奉獻，然而奉獻需要愛心與知識。我熱愛幼教事業，并深深的懂得參天大樹始于弱不禁風的幼苗，我們的職業是為幼苗澆第一滴水，施第一把肥。多年來為了更好的工作，我不斷提高業務素質，積極學習完善自我。在工作中我自學了電子琴和手風琴兩種樂器，于 1997 年順利取得學前中等專業畢業證，2004 年第一批考取幼兒教師資格證，2008 年正式加入中國共產黨，2010 年報名參加天津廣播電視大學學前專業的學習。從 89 年到 10 年，我分別在鄉鎮中心園和普園工作，并擔任普園園長。我在工作中摸索和領會《剛要》精神從健康、語言、社會、科學和藝術各個領域不斷進行探索和學習，我組織的教育活動，制作的玩教具作品和撰寫的論文曾多次獲得縣、鄉不名次的的表彰和獎勵。在這里由于時間關系，就不再一一列舉。一分耕耘一分收獲，我的工作得到家長和社會各界支持和認可。每年六一兒童節多家鄉鎮企業和所屬 7 個自然村的領導都會不約而至，帶著禮品慰問孩子和老師們，我們園使用的擴音器，打擊樂器，運動玩具等都來自社會各界愛心捐贈。2007 年六一兒童節，縣鄉各級主管領導和縣里多名退休老干部都慕名來到我們這個偏僻的普園，為孩子送來祝福和問候，并和孩子們一起載歌載舞歡度節日。我的工作再次得到肯定。真的!我陶醉了!陶醉在美麗的童話世界里!
