1.初賽時間：2014年4月13日9:00-11:00, 8:45開始播放考場指令，8:40停止入場。請同學(xué)們考試時帶上身份證、學(xué)生證或一卡通、2B鉛筆及黑色簽字筆.2.簽到時學(xué)號、姓名及其他信息錯誤請及時告知監(jiān)考老師。

各院系教務(wù)辦、學(xué)工辦、各年級本科生和研究生：

全國大學(xué)生英語競賽（National English Contest for College Students，簡稱NECCS）是一項全國性的大學(xué)生英語綜合能力競賽，對于促進高校英語教學(xué)改革，激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性，鼓勵英語學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)秀的大學(xué)生脫穎而出具有十分重要的意義。我校于2011年制訂的《湖南大學(xué)大學(xué)生學(xué)科競賽管理辦法》規(guī)定對獲得此項競賽全國總決賽二等獎以上的學(xué)生給與獎勵，并享受直推免試攻讀碩士學(xué)位研究生資格。

按全國競賽組委會通知，2012年全國大學(xué)生英語競賽（National English Contest for College Students，簡稱NECCS）初賽報名工作已經(jīng)開始。我校初賽由學(xué)校教務(wù)處主辦，外國語與國際教育學(xué)院承辦。請各學(xué)院做好動員和報名組織工作，具體情況和要求如下：

一、參賽對象

競賽分A、B、C、D四個類別，全國各高校研究生及本、專科所有年級學(xué)生均可自愿報名參賽。

A類競賽：適用于研究生參加；

B類競賽：適合于英語專業(yè)本、專科學(xué)生參加；

C類競賽：適用于非英語專業(yè)本科學(xué)生參加；

我省決賽只進行筆試(含聽力)，滿分為150分。競賽章程與樣題見中國英語外語教學(xué)研究網(wǎng)（.cn）。各高校按6‰的比例從初賽中選拔決賽選手參加全省決賽，全省決賽按1‰的比例選拔選手參加全國總決賽暨英語夏令營活動，總決賽包括英語演講比賽、英語辯論賽和英語風(fēng)采大賽。

三、獎勵辦法

本次競賽四個類別均設(shè)四個獎勵等級：特等獎、一等獎、二等獎和三等獎。

總獲獎比例為參加初賽人數(shù)的51‰。二等獎和三等獎通過初賽產(chǎn)生，分別依據(jù)各參賽高校參賽人數(shù)的15‰和30‰評選。特等獎和一等獎通過省賽區(qū)決賽產(chǎn)生，特等獎獲獎比例為1‰，一等獎獲獎比例為5‰。

獲特等獎的選手均有資格參加全國總決賽暨英語夏令營活動，總決賽設(shè)單項一、二、三等獎。學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)支付總決賽選手的參賽費用。

四、報名及繳費：

1、我校集中報名時間為2012年2月13日——3月12日，請所有學(xué)生以班為單位到所在學(xué)院教務(wù)辦報名繳費（25元/人），并填寫相關(guān)個人信息。各學(xué)院向聯(lián)系人索要報名表EXCEL文檔。
