2004年，正式啟動人才培養(yǎng)工程，制定了人才培養(yǎng)工程五年規(guī)劃，把建設(shè)“三支隊伍”(經(jīng)營管理，專業(yè)技術(shù)，崗位技能人才隊伍)，培養(yǎng)“五類人才”(決策人才，管理人才，專業(yè)技術(shù)人才，市場營銷人才，崗位操作人才)，作為全含人才隊伍建設(shè)的重點。著力構(gòu)建全員學(xué)習(xí)，全過程學(xué)習(xí)，終生學(xué)習(xí)的組織體系&管理制度，不斷改善員工對于的整體素質(zhì)和結(jié)構(gòu)，努力建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型銀行。高度重視員工培訓(xùn)工作，不斷提高員工整體素質(zhì)。在組織開展全員培訓(xùn)的基礎(chǔ)上，重點抓好中高級管理人才培訓(xùn)&專業(yè)技術(shù)人才培訓(xùn)，全面完成高級管理人員EMBA核心課程培訓(xùn)，精心組織高級管理人員赴境外培訓(xùn)，通過各種途徑豐富培訓(xùn)方式，提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量，遠(yuǎn)程培訓(xùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)取得實質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。

二、實習(xí)經(jīng)歷及心得

7.2到8.2期間，我通過面試有幸進(jìn)入中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行萊陽市支行實習(xí)，雖然實習(xí)的時間不長，我卻在這寶貴的時間里學(xué)到了好多東西，豐富并實踐了大學(xué)的理論知識，同時也深感自己知識面的匱乏，鑒定了我積極學(xué)習(xí)的信念。在工作中，工作態(tài)度的轉(zhuǎn)變是我學(xué)到的重要的一筆人生財富。“技術(shù)水平只能讓你達(dá)到一定的層次，而為人出事的態(tài)度及對工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度才是提升你的真正法寶。”主任的一席話給我上了實習(xí)的第一課。在實習(xí)期間，我虛心學(xué)習(xí)，認(rèn)真工作，認(rèn)真完成工作任務(wù)，并與同事建立了良好的關(guān)系，得到了行里員工的一致認(rèn)可。在實習(xí)中，我學(xué)習(xí)了農(nóng)行改革的各案例，并發(fā)現(xiàn)了改革中的問題，結(jié)合本專業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)。

(一)跟主任學(xué)習(xí)相應(yīng)的理論知識，及各種文件

在實習(xí)的前幾天里，我主要跟主任學(xué)習(xí)，一方面要學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)的實務(wù)操作，其中會計占決大多數(shù)，既要強(qiáng)化已有的知識，還要學(xué)習(xí)新的知識，另一方面，還要學(xué)習(xí)人民銀行下達(dá)的相關(guān)文件。結(jié)合農(nóng)行金融報，金融研究等雜志刊物，了解銀行改革的方向，動態(tài)。今年是四大商業(yè)銀行改革的關(guān)鍵時刻，銀行改革舉措眾多，是什么因素引發(fā)的政策改變呢?實務(wù)操作上，農(nóng)業(yè)銀行對現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改革，從9.1，中國農(nóng)業(yè)銀行將開始使用農(nóng)行綜合應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)(ABIS)。業(yè)務(wù)操作上，加強(qiáng)對票據(jù)結(jié)算的管理，從7.1開始，啟用新版票據(jù)及結(jié)算憑證，同舊版相比，對票據(jù)用戶有什么要求?相應(yīng)的規(guī)定有什么變化?金融動態(tài)上，分析金融大家言論，關(guān)注人民幣匯率改革-自2005年7月21日起，我國開始實行以市場供求為基儲參考一籃子貨幣進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)、有管理的浮動匯率制度。人民幣匯率不再盯住單一美元，形成更富彈性的人民幣匯率機(jī)制。股權(quán)分置改革。其中特別是對吳敬璉關(guān)于股市五大觀點-中國股市黑不得;政府托市，國企圈錢禍國殃民;中國股市是泡沫;中國股市受政府決定，政策無人預(yù)測;千點不該托市，補(bǔ)償流通股股東不公平的爭論。產(chǎn)品經(jīng)營上，商業(yè)銀行是如何一步步進(jìn)行混業(yè)經(jīng)營的嘗試-銀證一卡-通，銀行基金號發(fā)行。信貸經(jīng)營上，關(guān)注身邊的變化，公司的兼并重組，同時，鐵礦，原油，勞動力成本價格上升，都會影響企業(yè)信貸質(zhì)量。

在學(xué)習(xí)中，我深切的感到，學(xué)習(xí)就是為了提高，提高素質(zhì)，加強(qiáng)對工作的負(fù)責(zé)態(tài)度，每一個員工都有權(quán)利和義務(wù)去學(xué)習(xí)!因為四大商業(yè)銀行中，農(nóng)行改革起步晚，存在的問題又多-資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率低，壞帳多。資產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備率也是最低的。因此，作為一名農(nóng)行員工都應(yīng)該積極對待改革，并在改革中，以實際行動履行一個員工的責(zé)任。

(二)跟業(yè)務(wù)員學(xué)習(xí)操作

在學(xué)習(xí)了各種相關(guān)知識的同時，我還積極向業(yè)務(wù)員學(xué)習(xí)。因為現(xiàn)在銀行是實行的柜員制，所以我并沒有機(jī)會去進(jìn)行操作，但是就是從旁邊的學(xué)習(xí)中，我學(xué)到了工作之外的東西。當(dāng)銀行提出從以產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新為中心到以顧客為中心轉(zhuǎn)變的原則時，就是對業(yè)務(wù)員最大的挑戰(zhàn)和考驗。業(yè)務(wù)員所要求的不僅是熟練的業(yè)務(wù)操作，更應(yīng)懂得如何同顧客交流，為顧客服務(wù)，服務(wù)優(yōu)于管理，一個好的管理者更是一個好的服務(wù)者。起初對于那種一張報紙，一杯茶的管理者的生活在這徹底改變，報紙是了解客戶，了解銀行的手段。茶是服務(wù)于客戶的。“創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)性組織，爭做學(xué)習(xí)性員工”每個員工勤奮學(xué)習(xí)的精神，帶動著銀行業(yè)務(wù)的廣泛開展。
