第五篇：加拿大探親須知

客人必須提供的真實資料：

1.因私護照原件，護照末頁要有本人簽名；有效期至少要持續到申請人計劃從加拿大離境

后的一個月；如有舊護照請一并提供。

2.四張最近六個月內拍攝的護照相尺寸的照片并用清晰的印刷體拼音在每張照片后面注

明申請人姓名及出生日期（日/月/年）

3.清晰完整填寫報名表（報名表、家屬表、教育及就業細節表，詳見后附3套表格）

4.公司營業執照復印件和單位簡介（成立時間、性質、規模、產品、效益等）；工職人員

請提供單位法人代碼證復印件和單位簡介。（請在復印件上加蓋公章）

5.公司空白抬頭信紙(加蓋公章)3張；

6.個人身份證復印件，全家戶口本復印件；結婚證復印件；

7.個人資產證明原件（1.10萬元以上銀行存折或存單清晰復印件 2.房產證明復印件 3.有價證券復印件 4.機動車登記證或行駛證復印件；顯示過去若干月/年中財政歷史的銀行文件原件，如果資產在配偶名下需提供相關結婚證明材料）

8.以往出國經歷證明文件，如國外顯著風景標志照片和用過的簽證原/復印件。

9.其它輔助材料原件：職稱證書、榮譽證書、學歷證書等。

10.邀請人的公民身份證明的復印件（例如 IMM1000，永久居住卡兩面的復印件，學習許

可，工作許可）

11.說明訪問理由的邀請信

12.附有邀請人家庭成員的清單

13.邀請人的收入及財政狀況證明，須為來自于加拿大的獨立第三方性質的文件，可靠并且

易核實（例如但不僅限于：加拿大稅務總局出具的評估報告，顯示收入情況的雇傭證明信，繳款存根，銀行對賬單，執業專業人士出具的T4 或財務報表）。

如果邀請人在學，學校出具的錄取信及/或成績單。

14.與加拿大邀請人的關系證明（例如出生證/結婚證/通信證明的復印件）

15.如果退休，注明申請人退休金的退休證明

請注意，如果支付了多次入境簽證費用、但是簽證官只考慮簽發了一個單次入境簽證，費用差異不予退還。并且，任何撤銷或被拒簽的申請受理費也不予退還。
