尊敬的各位領導，各位同事： 下午好！我是新入廠的大學生xx，我今天演講的題目是“我和電廠一同成長”。

作為進入公司工作不久的新員工，今天我想就我作為一名大學生如何在中國華電公司貴港電廠這塊肥沃的土壤里成長發展談點自己的感受。我是今年的七月份才來咱們電廠，初到電廠的我接受了系統而全面的培訓課程，在這些培訓過后，我腦中即牢牢記住了“合和同生”這四個字，它不僅僅是四個字，還是咱們電廠人工作生活的目標，更是咱們所有電廠人的文化歸屬。這四個字的宗旨是要我們融入貴港電廠，并且學會和領導以及同事們合作創新，與貴港電廠一同成長，最終實現個人和企業的共贏。

培訓結束時正趕上2號機組小修，我就被派去1號2號汽機房0m中部吊運通道大門處做看守。雖然說這份工作不是很有技術含量，但是這樣卻更考驗我們毅力和工作態度。雖然有時自己一個人感覺有些孤獨，對工作崗位也有些迷茫，但慶幸的是我周圍的良師益友一直鼓勵我，給我無盡的動力。因此在那些天里我一直堅守自己的崗位，并且利用那個機會熟悉了現場，也鍛煉了自己的毅力。毋庸置疑，對于剛工作的我而言，心態的好壞起著至關重要的作用。正因有了良好的心態才能夠正確地評價自己，才能腳踏實地的投入工作。我深知，事業的成功與工作態度，就像車身與車輪一樣，如果不讓車輪著地，汽車就永遠不能駛向遠方。

“秉承價值思維理念、突出業績導向”是咱們電廠的發展思路。作為一名電廠職工，我的職責肯定就是保障電廠的安全運行，為電廠取得更多的盈利。在要求如此縝密和仔細的要求下有稍微的疏忽和失誤，都可能給公司帶來不可預估的經濟損失。而工作的枯燥和乏味，更要求我們必須以積極的心態去面對工作，面對生活。正如書中所說的的那樣---“積極的心態創造人生，消極的心態消耗人生；積極的心態是成功的起點，是生命的陽光雨露，讓人的心靈成為一只翱翔的雄鷹；消極的心態是失敗的源泉，是生命的慢性殺手，使人受制于自我設置的某種陰影。選擇了積極的心態，就等于選擇了成功的希望；選擇了消極的心態，就注定要走入失敗的沼澤。”我只有以積極的心態刻苦鉆研，提高自身水平，才能保證工作質量、更好地避免各種異常事故的發生，才能夠不斷地提升自我。

說實話，剛來工作的時候，我也有過失落和茫然，感覺現實不盡如人意，感覺與曾經的夢想總是有一些距離，一度陷入困惑之中。而現在，我感覺我的青春、我的工作是一把剛剛鑄好的利劍，不容得你有片刻的等待和遲疑。我決不能眼睜睜看著它這把慢慢氧化，失去光澤，隨即斑駁、銹蝕、風化，最后成為一塊廢鐵。我告訴自己：只要你是金子，就能發光，只要你斗志昂揚的面對生活、面對工作，你就會有所收獲。“路漫漫其修遠兮，吾將上下而求索”。我們選擇了華電貴港電廠，從某種意義上來說，就已經選擇了奉獻。遠離了都市的繁華，城市的喧囂，沉淀了心情，在這里駐足、扎根、守望、奉獻。我是失去一些東西，但我正用汗水見證著成長，用奉獻丈量著價值。我也會把這次演講作為禮物獻給自己，獻給所有為華電默默奉獻的同仁，讓這次演講化作誓言，吹響我們奮進的號角。

最近咱們電廠正在深入開展的“創先爭優、科學發展”主題活動，創先爭優、科學發展，依我的理解淺顯直白地說：就是要用科學發展的眼光看問題。當今的中國是一個改革開放、政通人和、百業俱旺的國度，科學發展觀像一具高懸的燈塔，照耀著我們各行各業去謀求和開創興旺發達之路。置身于這樣的時代，注定了我們年輕的創業者，要樹立并肩負起與時俱進、創新圖強、不斷趕超、追求卓越的人生目標和時代重任！古人云：“不積跬步，無以至千里；不積小流，無以成江海”，落實踐行創先爭優和科學發展觀，是一個長期的、浩繁的、系統的、艱巨的宏大工程。前景壯闊，任重道遠。未來是我們青年人的！我們不僅要跟跑，還要領跑；面對著這方面已做出榜樣的世界目標，我們不僅要追蹤而且更要趕超！

貴港電廠從正式生產到現在，僅僅過去了四年，在發電行業中，和我們這群剛來的大學生一樣，她也是一個新人。回顧過去幾年咱們電廠走過的路，我看到了公司在不斷發展壯大。我的崗位是平凡的，但我會盡自己的力量，接受每一項工作，努力完成每一項任務。能在這樣一個團結互助、相互鼓勵的環境中工作，我感到自己很幸運。感謝這個大家庭，使我的生活充實而美麗；感謝這個大家庭，給我提供汲取知識、充實自我的源泉；感謝這個大家庭，促我不斷的成長進步，堅強成熟。對于公司而言，我是一個新人，在以后的道路上無論是陽光還是風雨，我都會執著堅定、努力進取。我愿用我一生的時光，和公司同生產、同生活，伴公司一起成長。

他叫××*，是發電部燃運專業的運行班長。他的工作普通到近乎枯燥：每天接班交班，組織班員進行幾乎一成不變的卸車上煤和設備啟停操作，填寫著差不多像日歷一樣有規律的值班記錄。然而，就在這普通的工作中，卻有著他豐富多彩的事業追求，他正是在這平淡無奇的工作中，實現著自己的人生價值，展示著一位老黨員的風采和魅力。

1983年部隊入黨，1990分宜電廠燃運車間走上班長崗位，1995年招聘進入豐城電廠，干的還是燃運班長。黨齡25年，干班長崗位也有1xxxx年頭了，進入豐城電廠10年來，他多次被評為公司的優秀黨員、發電部先進和標兵，了解他的人都知道，這些榮譽是他用強烈的事業心和付出的汗水得來的。

他常說，要帶好一個班，先要自身過硬，以身作則。記得一個漫天飛雪的冬天，看著貯煤場覆蓋近一尺深的積雪，接班后他首先想到了輸煤#7號皮帶，由于積雪和結冰，皮帶肯定會因打滑無法啟動，四機運行每天1.xxxx噸的上煤量，如果不及時將積雪和結冰清除就會影響正常供煤，他來不及等待其它同志到來，一個人在#7皮帶沿線就干了起來，盡管是嚴冬臘月，他卻忙得一身汗。當積雪清除時，他滿頭滿臉都是煤漿，衣服也被冰冷的水濕透，寒風一吹透心涼。

干燃運的人都知道，遇上雨季，堵煤事件時有發生。一次晚班，雨水下個不停，他在翻車機待了近xxxx小時，現場精心指揮卸車8xxxx節，臨近下班時，終因煤太濕流動性太差，給煤機還是堵死，要是為了不影響全值人員下班，留給下一班次人員組織疏通也說得過去。可他二話沒說，調集所有力量，帶頭投入到清理落煤管的工作之中，捅條疏，鐵錘敲，堵死的落煤管還是無法疏通，時間一分一秒的過去，重車線還有4xxxx節煤等待翻卸，萬不得已，他穿上雨衣，拿上沖洗水管，站在給煤機皮帶從下向上沖刷落煤管積煤，煤泥順著水柱流入手臂，滲入脖子，經過xxxx多小時奮戰終于疏通，已經是凌晨2點半過去，這時他想到的是向全值人員道歉，說耽誤大家下班對不起了。大家那里知道，他3歲多的兒子這幾天流感高燒，第二天一早還要帶去輸液。他就是以許許多多這樣的小事，贏得了一個老黨員的威信。雖然已過不惑之年，但他的干勁許多年青人也不及。有一次大家發現林班長的腳崴了，原來火車來了一列普通煤，直接上倉他放心不過，親自爬上幾米高的重車檢

查煤質，下來時踏空不幸受傷。他說，配煤工作要從源頭抓起，作為班長又是黨員，只有親歷親為才能把好關。

還有一次，他很少見的發了脾氣，原因是程控員在分倉配煤工作中錯誤判斷煤種的揮發份指標，將無煙煤配入到#

3、4機的a倉，他狠狠的批評了程控員：“本廠鍋爐設計主要以燃燒煙煤為主，揮發份低于10容易造成鍋爐結焦；而且因磨煤機為中速磨，無煙煤比較難磨，所以也不對“胃口”，特別容易造成磨煤機出現石子煤，對于制粉系統的穩定運行會產生很大影響，目前我廠只有d磨比較適應無煙煤，配入a倉就有可能影響鍋爐穩定燃燒”。

作為燃運專業班長，能夠如此精辟的分析鍋爐燃燒特性，這位程控員被折服了，在以后的配煤工作再也未出現過類似的失誤。受他的影響，如今全體班員對各礦點煤種的三大指標都能做到了如指掌。每次班前班后會他都強調，“細節決定成敗，我們的配煤工作要經得起鍋爐穩燃的考驗”，因為林班長心中知道分倉配煤工作是重中之重，容不得半點失誤。他說，作為一名燃運班長和基層黨員，在當前煤質差分倉配煤工作非常因難時期，要認真領會“以差異定勝負，以長盛為終點”的真正內涵，保持共產黨員先進性最好體現就是帶好燃運四班這支隊伍，確保分倉配煤工作萬無一失。
