在日常生活中學英語

語言是在不斷地聽、說、模仿、使用中豐富提高的，特別是幼兒的外語學習。比如堅持用英語問好“Goodmorning”；洗手時用英語“PleaseWashyourhands”（請你洗手）；吃飯時，告訴孩子米飯（rice）、雞蛋（egg）等名稱。這樣，幼兒不用刻意去學，在日常生活中聽幾遍，也就記住了。

在游戲中使用英語

少兒英語學習不能局限于專門組織的英語活動，更要注重幼兒在各項活動中對英語的使用與練習。比如在《老狼、老狼幾點了》游戲中，既能學習“現在幾點了？”（Whattimeisit？）等語句和數字1-12，又培養了奔跑的能力。

利用實物主動學英語

在一些具體物品上，相應貼上英語單詞卡，比如門、鋼琴、藥箱、杯柜等，通過長時間的累積，無形中增大了孩子的單詞量，引起對英語的反應和使用。而這些單詞在專門的教學中，孩子要學上很長時間才能掌握。
