一、復試中的口試要求
1、評價標準：

同學們，新年好！考研結束剛剛30天，你們就能夠查詢到考試成績了。我們不得不感謝黨和政府的英明決策呀。由于國家教委考慮到同學們的就業問題，今年考研成績比往年提前1個月公布，為的是考研不與找工作相沖突，這也是未來考研學生的一大利好信息。最近，無數的同學發郵件詢問復試的有關情況。針對復試，我提醒大家，研招復試在政策上越來越注重對考生的思想素質的考核力度，同時重視創新人才的選拔和培養。但是，有一點是一直都沒有改變，并且始終被貫徹重視——就是對英語的考察。
英語的復試基本圍繞聽力和口語展開，不過部分985高校的復試也會涉及一些專業性的英語內容，復試老師也大都比較在意對英語水平的把關。針對復試大家可以著手從以下開始做起：
首先、從第一出發點的穿著說起，穿著比較忌諱的是過于隨意，過于流行的裝束。考官都是上年紀的人，所以你最好不要穿得非常前衛。不過也不要過于正式，穿西裝、打領帶、套裝、套裙或者職業裝之類的，這個是完全沒有必要的。你自己的定位要很清楚——學生。所以穿你平時最為舒服，最常穿的就可以，越簡單、越單純越好，不要弄得很復雜。

1、見到考官的第一句話，很關鍵，不用說的很復雜。可以是一個簡單句，但一定要展示出自信和實力。千萬不要來一句“sorry，my English is poor”。見面問候語：Good morning / afternoon, dear professors.I am XXX.(Nice to meet you。)。告別用語：Thanks for your time./ Thank you for giving such a chance.I hope to see you again and soon。
2、自我介紹篇(重點)。基本上每個院校每個專業的口試中都會涉及這一方面。考官其實是要借此了解你的口頭表達能力以及你的報名表之外的一些信息。自我介紹時間以2-3分鐘為宜。思路要清楚，要突出重點，口語盡量流利(不要太流利了，有背誦之嫌)。
1)考官要求你作自我介紹時，不要用?let me introduce myself briefly / please allow me to introduce myself to you等句子，重復、啰嗦。開頭可以只用一句話引入：Dear professors, I feel so glad to meet all of you here.然后就可以進入主題，介紹姓名、年齡等等。
2)自我介紹的主體內容
① 姓名。介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要準(南方考生要多加注意)。
② 年齡。年齡可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am XXX, 25 years old)。
③ 原來的院校、專業。注意：一定要把原來學校的英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨專業的學生)。
④ 性格、能力。可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。如果報考的是學術性的專業，可以說自己細心(carefully，detail-oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(steady)等;如果是研究性、應用性更強一點的專業，可以說自己負責(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。
其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不茍的), temperate等等。
在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.⑤ 愛好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.除了強調你的學習的重視，同時也要避免給考官一種“書呆子”的感覺。一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind?);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的愛好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。⑥ 你對報考的專業有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with?)，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常
看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication.That’s why I long for entering your prestigious university.3)結束時可以用說：That’s all about me./ Well, that’s who I am.Thanks for your attention.3、關于自己家庭、家鄉、原來的學校的一些情況，尤其要注意原來學校的英文名稱。
1)家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是為了做人口調查而提出這個問題的，所以應該避免流水賬似地介紹家庭成員;要盡量說明家人(尤其是父母)對你造成哪些方面(性格、職業規劃、做事風格等)良好的影響。可以參考以下句式結構：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history./ Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me.3)學校。如果是本校考生的話，在自我介紹中就可以點到(拉近跟考官的關系)。如果是外校，考官通常會問：Why did you choose our university? 那么我們就可以說說它與報考院校之間的異同，然后說明為什么你選擇這個學校(I do love the atmosphere in your university.It is full of youthful spirits.);要注意的是：一定要說明你對在原來的院校接受教育心存感激之情appreciation(從好的方面說一說)，著重強調希望能被錄取，表達自己堅定的決心、展望一下未來。

5、意外情況——沒聽清，你應該怎樣要求老師再說一遍(Pardon?/ Sorry, I can’t follow you./ Sorry, I lost you.Can you repeat that question again?);需要時間思考、整理思路的時候，不要出現沉默，可以用一些hmm, err, well等語氣詞;不會回答某些問題時，千萬不要不懂裝懂，可以明確地告訴老師你不知道(Sorry, but I have no idea about it。)。
6、跨專業問題——老師通常會對跨專業的學生問這樣一個問題：為什么會選擇這個專業?不要前篇一律地回答只說“我對這個專業感興趣”，可以把每個人都會談到的原因簡要地羅列一下，對具有自己特色的原因則可大談特談，詳細地闡述自己的觀點，讓老師印象深刻。
7、專業知識——在英語口試中(非英語專業)，如果老師提問專業問題，通常不會指望你能進行流利的、專業性強的闡述;但是一些專業術語的英文說法還是有必要了解一下的。
8、提出問題——在面試快結束的時候，一般老師都會問，你有沒有什么要問的(Do you have any questions to ask?)。一般不適合說“I don’t have any question。”可以問考官一兩個你關心的問題。
