關(guān)于高中生提高英語學(xué)習(xí)效率的問題 英語一點都不難學(xué)，全世界都承認(rèn)英語是最簡單的語言，在美國、英國，三歲的小孩就會講英語，五歲的小孩則可以講一口流利的英語，就連美國、英國的傻子、弱智都會講沒有語法錯誤的傻話英語，英語怎么可能是難學(xué)的語言呢？ 中國人近百年來學(xué)不會英語，不是因為英語難學(xué)，也不是因為中國人不用功，更不是因為中國沒有英語環(huán)境，而主要是因為兩大問題：一是基本功的問題，二是學(xué)英語工具的問題。基本功的問題指中國人學(xué)英語多年來一直沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)和認(rèn)識到學(xué)英語的基本功是什么，有什么重要性；學(xué)英語工具的問題指多年來中國人所使用的學(xué)英語工具(如國際音標(biāo)、語法書、英語字典等)存在嚴(yán)重的缺陷，這些缺陷造成中國人即使發(fā)現(xiàn)了學(xué)英語的基本功是什么也難以學(xué)會它們。由于這兩大問題的存在，至使中國人學(xué)英語的過程異常艱難，從小學(xué)到大學(xué)也學(xué)不會英語，近百年來難以攻克英語。首先說說基本功的問題。學(xué)習(xí)任何東西都可以分成兩大塊，一是基本功的學(xué)習(xí)，二是上層能力的學(xué)習(xí)，且基本功的學(xué)習(xí)最為重要。比如要學(xué)會彈鋼琴，首先要學(xué)會樂理、識譜、指法等彈鋼琴的基本功，然后再去彈具體的曲子。若一個人不學(xué)樂理、識譜、指法這些彈鋼琴基本功，上來就到鋼琴上彈可不可以？也許可以，憑著感覺也許能彈出一兩個曲子，但要讓他彈復(fù)雜的曲子肯定就不行了，若逼他彈出貝多芬的交響樂，那對他來說就是折磨，因為他根本就沒學(xué)過彈鋼琴的基本功，怎么能彈得出來呢？再比如學(xué)跳舞，若一個人想當(dāng)舞蹈演員，他首先要學(xué)的就是彎腰、踢腿、劈叉、跳躍、翻跟頭等基本功，而且要花大量的時間來練習(xí)這些基本功，若他不學(xué)習(xí)這些基本功，一上來就跳舞行不行？跳幾個簡單的動作也許還可以，但要跳復(fù)雜的舞蹈肯定就不行了，要是讓他跳巴蕾舞簡直就是折磨，因為他沒學(xué)過舞蹈的基本功，根本不可能跳出來。學(xué)英語也是一樣，分“基本功”學(xué)習(xí)和“聽說讀寫”學(xué)習(xí)兩大塊，且基本功的學(xué)習(xí)最重要。沒有基本功的學(xué)習(xí)學(xué)不會彈琴跳舞，同樣沒有基本功也學(xué)不會英語。基本功就像一座大樓的地基一樣，在整個學(xué)英語中占有80%的重要性，扎實的基本功是學(xué)會英語的基礎(chǔ)，也是徹底攻克英語的前提。中國人學(xué)英語一上來就是聽說讀寫，一下子就聽說讀寫了多少年，分不出什么是基本功，也從來沒有想到過基本功的問題，因此多年來進(jìn)行的是一種完全沒有基本功的英語學(xué)習(xí)，就好像蓋了一座完全沒有地基的高樓，不僅蓋得極為困難，而且蓋到一定高度就再也蓋不下去了。那么學(xué)英語的基本功是什么呢？我經(jīng)過多年的研究后發(fā)現(xiàn)了學(xué)英語的四大基本功，即：語音、單詞(指單詞記憶法)、語法、語言風(fēng)格。這四大基本功表面上看來好像我們過去也學(xué)過，其實大大不然，我所說的這四大基本功，是我經(jīng)過多年研究后重新發(fā)現(xiàn)和定義的全新概念的四大基本功，它們不僅更完整、更科學(xué)、更系統(tǒng)、更容易學(xué)會，而且還發(fā)現(xiàn)和改進(jìn)了目前中國人學(xué)習(xí)這四大基本功中的眾多問題。比如語音的學(xué)習(xí)，過去中國人僅僅是學(xué)學(xué)音標(biāo)，就算學(xué)過了語音，而我所提出的英語語音的學(xué)習(xí)中，不僅包括了音標(biāo)的學(xué)習(xí)，還包括了發(fā)聲方法的學(xué)習(xí)和口腔發(fā)聲部位的學(xué)習(xí)，包括英語8大語調(diào)的學(xué)習(xí)和變速發(fā)音的學(xué)習(xí)，還要知道國際音標(biāo)的缺陷和改進(jìn)方法。再比如語法的學(xué)習(xí)，過去中國人所學(xué)的英語語法，偏向于以用詞為主的“微觀語法”，瑣碎而繁多，難學(xué)難記，中國人從小到大也學(xué)不會微觀語法，而我所提出的英語語法，主要指“宏觀語法”，偏向于以句子零件和句子結(jié)構(gòu)為核心的簡潔明了的英語語法，它通俗易懂，小學(xué)生就可以學(xué)會，但卻是十分重要的語法。過去我們常說一個詞：“語感”，并且知道培養(yǎng)語感是學(xué)習(xí)外語的一個重要內(nèi)容，可語感究竟是什么，卻沒人清楚，因此我們只好糊里糊涂培養(yǎng)語感，在漫無目標(biāo)的聽說讀寫中模模糊糊地尋找語感。而發(fā)現(xiàn)了英語的四大基本功后，我給語感下了一個定義：語感是一個人對一種語言的基本技能和基本規(guī)律的認(rèn)知程度和掌握程度，就英語來說，就是對英語四大基本功的認(rèn)知程度和掌握程度。有了四大基本功的認(rèn)識，我們就可以清清楚楚地描述出語感是什么，目標(biāo)明確地去培養(yǎng)語感，就可以更快更好地培養(yǎng)語感，產(chǎn)生掌握語言的感覺。過

去多年來由于中國人對以上四大基本功沒有明確的認(rèn)識，便將它們與聽說讀寫混在一起學(xué)習(xí)，結(jié)果造成了基本功學(xué)不會，學(xué)來學(xué)去沒有語感，聽說讀寫也學(xué)不會。天生就說英語的外國人在兒童時期的母語環(huán)境里不知不覺地就學(xué)會了英語的四大基本功，就產(chǎn)生了語感，因此他們既不知道自己母語的基本功是什么，也說不清英語的語感是什么。而中國人學(xué)英語，就應(yīng)該靠我們自己去發(fā)現(xiàn)這四大基本功，將它們從聽說讀寫的學(xué)習(xí)中剝離出來，并且首先認(rèn)真扎實地學(xué)好這四大基本功，清清楚楚地學(xué)會語感，為聽說讀寫鋪平道路，然后再去聽說讀寫，這樣分兩步來學(xué)英語，就可以突飛猛進(jìn)，很容易就可以學(xué)會英語。其次說說學(xué)英語的工具的問題。即使中國發(fā)現(xiàn)和認(rèn)識到了上述學(xué)英語的四大基本功問題，并且下決心要學(xué)會它們，也會十分困難，因為中國人多年來(甚至近百年來)所使用的學(xué)英語工具(如國際音標(biāo)、語法書、英語字典等等)有眾多難以發(fā)現(xiàn)的嚴(yán)重缺陷，這些缺陷導(dǎo)致了中國人很難學(xué)會英語的基本功，甚至根本就沒有辦法發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)英語的基本功，因此多年來學(xué)會英語的中國人寥寥無幾。如果中國人能及早地發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)英語工具的這些缺陷，并改進(jìn)他們，就可以用改進(jìn)的工具來學(xué)會英語的四大基本功，從而輕松地學(xué)會英語，走出學(xué)英語的困境。
