客人必須提供的真實資料：

1.因私護(hù)照原件，護(hù)照末頁要有本人簽名；有效期至少要持續(xù)到申請人計劃從加拿大離境

5.公司空白抬頭信紙(加蓋公章)3張；

6.個人身份證復(fù)印件，全家戶口本復(fù)印件；結(jié)婚證復(fù)印件；

7.個人資產(chǎn)證明原件（1.10萬元以上銀行存折或存單清晰復(fù)印件 2.房產(chǎn)證明復(fù)印件 3.有價證券復(fù)印件 4.機(jī)動車登記證或行駛證復(fù)印件；顯示過去若干月/年中財政歷史的銀行文件原件，如果資產(chǎn)在配偶名下需提供相關(guān)結(jié)婚證明材料）

8.以往出國經(jīng)歷證明文件，如國外顯著風(fēng)景標(biāo)志照片和用過的簽證原/復(fù)印件。

9.其它輔助材料原件：職稱證書、榮譽證書、學(xué)歷證書等。

10.邀請人的公民身份證明的復(fù)印件（例如 IMM1000，永久居住卡兩面的復(fù)印件，學(xué)習(xí)許

可，工作許可）

11.說明訪問理由的邀請信

12.附有邀請人家庭成員的清單

13.邀請人的收入及財政狀況證明，須為來自于加拿大的獨立第三方性質(zhì)的文件，可靠并且

易核實（例如但不僅限于：加拿大稅務(wù)總局出具的評估報告，顯示收入情況的雇傭證明信，繳款存根，銀行對賬單，執(zhí)業(yè)專業(yè)人士出具的T4 或財務(wù)報表）。

如果邀請人在學(xué)，學(xué)校出具的錄取信及/或成績單。

14.與加拿大邀請人的關(guān)系證明（例如出生證/結(jié)婚證/通信證明的復(fù)印件）

15.如果退休，注明申請人退休金的退休證明

請注意，如果支付了多次入境簽證費用、但是簽證官只考慮簽發(fā)了一個單次入境簽證，費用差異不予退還。并且，任何撤銷或被拒簽的申請受理費也不予退還。

加拿大探親文件清單

申請人需提供：

01、兩份用英文或法文填寫的“臨時訪問簽證申請表格”，并簽名、注明日期。在每份表格上須親筆簽名。（注意：將雇主的電話和傳真號碼一并填寫在表格第10欄內(nèi)）。

02、一份用中文及英文或法文填寫的“家屬表/教育和就業(yè)細(xì)節(jié)表”，并簽名、注明日期。在 每份表格上須親筆簽名。

03、四張在近六個月以內(nèi)拍攝的護(hù)照尺寸的照片（彩色），并在每張照片的背面用漢語拼音清晰地注明該申請人的姓名和出生日期（格式：日/月/年）。
