一、本學期的指導思想:
在本學期的英語教學中,堅持以下理念的應用:
1、要面向全體學生,關注每個學生的情感,激發他們學習英語的興趣,幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心,培養創新精神;
2、整體設計目標,體現靈活開放,目標設計以學生技能,語言知識,情感態度,學習策略和文化意識的發展為基礎;
3、突出學生主體,尊重個體差異;
4、采用活動途徑,倡導體驗參與,即采用任務型的教學模式,讓學生在老師的指導下通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式,實現任務的目標,感受成功;
5、注重過程評價,促進學生發展,建立能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發展的評價體系。總之,讓學生在使用英語中學習英語,讓學生成為Good User而不僅僅是Learner。讓英語成為學生學習生活中最實用的工具而非累贅,讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中,體味到輕松和成功的快樂,而不是無盡的擔憂和恐懼。
二、所教班級學生基本情況分析:
本屆七四班的學生和以往學生相比在英語基礎方面很薄弱,他們在寫的技能方面基本上沒有得到過訓練,連音標和字母的拼讀都沒有掌握好。經過上學期我們幾位英語老師的不懈努力,學生的基礎知識得到了加強,學習態度也有所好轉。但是學生整體的惰性還是很強,自覺性很差。
另外,學生在情感態度,學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數同學沒有養成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。
三、教材特點。
初中英語第二冊(下)主要介紹了日常生活的交際用語以及一些西方國家的文化背景和風俗習慣,教材通俗易懂,旨在使初二級學生基本能用英語進行簡單的交流。
四、教學目標。
能聽懂有關熟悉話題的語段和簡短的故事。能與教師或同學就熟悉的話題(如學校、家庭生活)交換信息。能讀懂小故事及其他文體的簡單書面材料。能參照范例或借助圖片寫出簡單的句子。能參與簡單的角色扮演等活動。能嘗試使用適當的學習方法,克服學習中的困難。能意識到語言交際中存在文化差異。
五、具體措施:
1.每天背誦課文中的對話。目的:要求學生背誦并默寫,培養語感。
2.每天記5個生詞,2個常用句子或習語。實施:利用“互測及教師抽查”及時檢查
3.認真貫徹晨讀制度:規定晨讀內容,加強監督,保證晨讀效果。
4.堅持日測、周測、月測的形成性評價制度:對英語學習實行量化制度,每日、每周、每月都要給學生檢驗自己努力成果的機會,讓進步的同學體會到成就感,讓落后的同學找出差距,感受壓力。由此在班里形成濃厚的學習氛圍,培養學生健康向上的人格和競爭意識。
5.對后進生進行專門輔導,布置單獨的作業,讓他們在小進步、小轉變中體味學習的快樂,樹立學習的自信,盡快成長起來。
6.關注學生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。
7.實施“任務型”的教學途徑,培養學生綜合語言運用能力
8.在教學中根據目標并結合教學內容,創造性地設計貼近學生實際的教學活動,吸引和組織他們積極參與。學生通過思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學習和使用英語,完成學習任務。
9.加強對學生學習策略的指導,為他們終身學習奠定基礎。
10.要充分利用現代教育技術,利用計算機和多媒體教學軟件,探索新的教學模式,開發英語教學資源,拓寬學生學習渠道,改進學生學習方式,提高教學效果。
