躬耕杏壇育桃李，聯合辦學起新篇。在這春意盎然的四月我們懷著無比喜悅的心情迎來了美國華盛頓州和省市的貴賓與朋友，隆重 舉行大慶市東風中學與美國華盛頓州高等教育合作項目啟動儀式。

Devotion creates talents, and cooperation makes starts.In warm April, we have welcomed the honored guests, friends in or around Daqing to hold the starting ceremony of the Cooperation Program.2011年4月20日，注定在大慶市東風中學歷史上是意義非凡的一天。我們相信，此舉在大慶教育發展歷程上，也一定會書寫下濃重的一筆。

April 20, 2011 is meant to be a significant day in the history of Dongfeng High School.We believe that, this will certainly make a landmark in our memories and in the history of Daqing education development.首先，請允許我榮幸的向大家介紹今天出席的貴賓：
