第一篇：酒吧萬圣節活動策劃方案

首先說宣傳部分：

1．對外宣傳，我們主要針對天大、南大、師大的韓國留學生。宣傳的方法很簡單，是面對面的溝通交流，讓他們對我們的萬圣節產生興趣。向其推銷的重點就是中國風格的萬圣節，并且要告訴他們可以通過這次活動交到中國朋友。但可能在溝通上會有些難度，不過應該可以克服。本階段需要裝備，僅是名片一盒100到200張即可，名片沒有其他要求但一定要在背面印好唐會的交通路線，并用文字注明。如果覺得這樣麻煩，還可用韓文印傳單，以派單的方法把消息傳達給韓國人。但如果這樣，或許效果不會像面對面說服效果那么明顯，而且費用會高出許多。面對面說服時還要注意一點，當他說想去時，給他在名片上安排一個座位號，這樣會給他們內心造成一種已經預定的壓力，這樣當天去的可能性就會更大提高。韓國人不宜太多了，因為座位有限。不過反想其實人去的越多造成的轟動效應越大。

2．對內宣傳

a、打出第一步的宣傳概念，就是以宣傳唐會將在萬圣節創造出一個激情四射的萬圣節，打出和外國人一起過萬圣節的口號。宣傳形式，派單。主要在濱江道 新文化 星巴克 必勝客發。讓人們初步了解唐會將準備一次與眾不同的萬圣節活動。什么樣的活動不提，設懸念。

b、狼的誘惑，本階段是以故弄玄虛的方式吸引注意。從萬圣節前一個星期開始，讓唐會傳出狼嚎聲，最好能清楚的傳入行人的耳朵。并印一份名為 誰在嚎叫的宣傳彈，再次給人們設下懸念，使拿到傳單的人都想問到底是什么在唐會嚎叫，唐會到底要舉辦一次什么樣的圣靈之夜。發單地點不變，但方式改變。在濱江道和新文化分別找一家或兩家代理發單店，在賣衣服的同時給光顧他店的顧客發單，并且需要錄音帶配合制造意境。作為對他們的報酬，可以是對店員的一次免費party酒水派送。即節約，效果也一定很好。

c、血色箭頭，這個點子較有轟動性，但絕對是處在法律的邊緣，實施難度比較大，有一定的風險性。但要是真的事實起來，相信絕對會吸引到很多人。方案很簡單，萬圣節的前兩或三天晚上在唐會正對著的衛津路段用紅色的油漆畫一個巨型的箭頭出來，第二天早晨人們上班時，可以清楚的看到血紅的箭頭直指唐會。第二天下午開始發傳單，傳單內容是以一個局外人的口氣夸張的描述箭頭突然出現給人再次制造神奇詭秘的感覺，同時向上次的宣傳一樣要配相應的錄音帶以講故事的形式向人們告知現象。

所有活動展開前的宣傳工作在此先告一段落，當然因為未來的不可欲知性，或許在活動進行的過程中會隨著事情的演變而改變。

當天的活動安排，可以分為活動前的等待 中韓交友…… 五個階段。活動前的等待，是指在活動開始前先有一個等待的概念，利用人們的好奇心。拖延入場時間，當晚的開門時間我覺得應調整到八點往后，萬圣節十二點鐘聲敲想的時候才會是活動高潮所在，如果等待的時間過久，有可能客人的好奇心會逐漸減退，取代的是厭煩的情緒。進酒吧前先送給每個客人一個簡易面具。

進酒吧后，首先進入眼睛的是吧臺四周裹著白色的布簾，里面傳出和幾天前一樣的狼嚎聲，聲音處理一定要真實，而且從白色布簾上還隱約看到一只狼的影子。又一次給人們感覺到奇幻，好奇心加重！dj宣布今天十二點前最高消費客人將（（抱））走唐會精心準備的一份神秘禮物！

中韓交友，韓國客人都拿有分發給他們的坐號，服務員領位時，直接帶到事先確定的位置。中國客人進門可以把他們帶到與韓國客人相鄰的桌子，以方便其交流。桌子坐滿客人都要酒水后dj喊口號，讓客人隨意更換座位，dj要強調今晚來到唐會的人都是朋友，都是兄弟姐妹，鼓舞大家換位子。放輕音樂，讓客人自己交流。這時的燈光最好不要太暗。dj要隨時間的推移，報時并提醒大家唐會給大家的驚喜越來越進！

神秘揭曉（高潮）十二點，dj宣布大家屏住呼吸，神秘馬上揭曉，停音樂，dj這時說話的聲音要處理的陰森一點！燈 “逐漸” 關閉！第一次開燈，吧臺中還是空無一物，給人們心理制造一些起伏！dj解釋說純屬失誤，要以滑稽的語氣說，給場上造成一次爆笑。燈又開始逐個熄滅，當完全黑下來時從里屋逐漸射出數條細小的光線，黑暗的四周好象有很多白影浮動，光線向吧臺移動，消失在吧臺里。雷射燈突然打開，照射吧臺方向，又馬上熄滅，但已經看到吧臺上站著好多做貞子打扮的東西。dj放一段比較恐怖的音樂。吧臺里的舞臺下燈打開照射在站在舞臺上的人身上，做特寫。慢慢周圍燈也亮了。看到舞臺上的人都罩著部滿血跡的白布。這時，音樂響起。舞臺上的人撤下身上的白布，有的穿著較現代感的服裝，有的穿著唐裝禮服。dj喊口號，舞臺上一段比較個性化的熱舞，熱舞后走下舞臺站在吧臺周圍。dj宣布目前最高消費者，里屋走出美女一個。dj宣布，今天的神秘獎品就是xx小姐。美女走上舞臺，對獲獎客人笑笑，在手提袋（大）里摸索。突然捧出一只小狗，它就是今晚的神秘獎品！再次造成場上爆笑，笑后dj喊口號，萬圣節happy！舞會開始。

dj營造氛圍是關鍵所在！

注：整個活動過程中，抽時間給客人們拍照，要來聯系方式以便以后可以送照片。讓客人體會到唐會的誠意是別人沒有的，要他們深深記著這次活動，為以后成為唐會客源打下基礎！

第二篇：酒吧萬圣節活動策劃方案

萬圣節

萬圣夜(Halloween)(又叫鬼節，萬圣節前夜)在每年的10月31日，是英語世界的傳統節日，主要流行于北美、不列顛群島、澳大利亞、加拿大和新西蘭。當晚小孩會穿上化妝服，戴上面具，挨家挨戶收集糖果。

萬圣夜英文稱之“Halloween”，為“All Hallow Eve”的縮寫，是指萬圣節(All Hallow's Day)的前夜，類似于圣誕夜被稱為“Christmas Eve”。“Hallow”來源于中古英語halwen，與holy詞源很接近，在蘇格蘭和加拿大的某些區域，萬圣節仍然被稱為“All Hallow Mas”，意思是在紀念所有的圣人(Hallow)那一天，要舉行的彌撒儀式(Mass)。

萬圣夜通常與靈異的事物聯系起來。歐洲傳統上認為萬圣節是鬼魂世界最接近人間的時間，這傳說與中國的盂蘭節類似。美國明尼蘇達州的Anoka號稱是“世界萬圣節之都”，每年都舉行大型的巡游慶祝。

1、恐怖長廊(咨客臺)

恐怖長廊，顧名思義就是在酒吧的咨客處搭建一個長廊，里面以魔幻的燈光(如深綠、深藍這一類型的燈光)、恐怖的音效、嚇人的道具(骷髏、蝙蝠、鬼怪等)布置一個令人心跳的環境，滿足現代年輕人獵奇的心態，使得員工在緊張的工作之余獲得心身的放松，完美的詮釋恐怖長廊的定義。

2、簽到、化妝處與道具發放處

在恐怖長廊的盡頭入口處設置一背景板，背景板前面是簽到處，簽到后可憑名片領取自己喜歡面具一只(80只)服裝一套(僅限表演參與者20套)，3名化妝師給愿意化妝的員工化妝(鬼妝)，化妝和道具的原則是主人在自己愿意的前提下可以保證其他人認不出來，所有物品可以寄放在存包處，準備好后進入。

3、活動大廳

活動大廳用燈光、道具和音效布置出萬圣節的氛圍，加一些恐怖惡搞的小道具。

一種是現場嘉賓評選出來的最嚇人著裝獎、最嚇人化妝獎、最雷人化妝獎、最雷人著裝獎、最優雅著裝獎、最優雅化妝獎六個獎項由現場嘉賓自愿上臺(覺得自己對這個獎項有信心的嘉賓)，讓其它嘉賓評選，由掌聲和歡呼聲大小決定誰是優勝者;

第二幕-DJ講話

DJ宣布今晚獎項的內容，有什么大獎等待著現場的所有嘉賓

第三幕-嘉賓自由熱舞

來場嘉賓20分鐘的自由熱舞(對大家來說相互都很陌生已經認不出對方

第四幕-員工自己助興活動

由SHANGHAI WIN員工內部組織的助興活動五個(唱歌、跳舞、魔術等)，讓員工更有參與感和整個公司團隊融為一體，使得整個派對顯得更活躍更激情;

第五篇-評獎

現場嘉賓評選出來的最嚇人著裝獎、最嚇人化妝獎、最雷人化妝獎、最雷人著裝獎、最優雅著裝獎、最優雅化妝獎六個獎項由現場嘉賓自愿上臺(覺得自己對這個獎項有信心的嘉賓)，讓其它嘉賓評選，由掌聲和歡呼聲大小決定誰是優勝者;評出優勝者后頒發獎品和定制獎杯。

第六篇調酒師表演

評獎結束后，在雞尾酒吧臺，我們可以觀賞到精彩的調酒師高超的調酒特技，品嘗著現場調試的“鬼酒”(為本次活動特制的飲品)。

第七篇-主題舞蹈秀

Shanghai win 為到場的嘉賓所設計的主題舞蹈秀，帶給你前所未有的震撼感覺。

第八篇-熱舞+自由活動

活動流程

一：到阿瑪尼門口，領取各類面具及道具，和五張交友胸貼。進入恐怖.刺激的現場。

二：8點活動正式開始。扮演成鐘樓怪人或海盜船長的主持人出場。開場音效及燈光。血腥天使表演，骷髏舞表演。

三：游戲環節：男.女各若干分2組。

1：蒙眼吃蛋糕

男女各一人都蒙上眼睛，再加一指揮員。

男女各一人蒙上眼睛，各自站在距離2米處，原地轉圈后，在指揮員的口令下把自己手上的蛋糕喂到對方嘴里，產生最有默契獎《最快的》，最高雅獎《嘴巴和手最干凈的》

2：男女并購

上來10名左右男女，把男的當成一元，女的當成0.5元。當主持人報上一價格，男女迅速按這價格抱成一團，沒有并在一起的或并錯的淘汰。最后會剩一對男女，最后得獎。

3：答非所問

準備5~10題問題及答案，把它們隨意打亂，2對都帶上耳機，有其中一對隨意說問題，另一對隨意說答案。錯得回答很搞笑，以巧合對的多者最后得獎。

4：口是手非

分2對，各派一人對抗，1~5數字，各自口說一數字，同時用手表示，手不能和口說的一樣，并不能同時說同一數字。錯者淘汰。最后留下的隊勝，有獎。

5：終極密碼及超級雞尾酒

主持人 先定下一數字，有2隊說數字，主持人會每次提醒是在幾~幾間，說一次，隊友就向酒杯倒上一種原料，最后，一隊友說到這終極密碼，有對方隊友分喝這杯五味的雞尾酒。

6：神秘環節

有一網友在對方不知情的情況下，向她求婚!活動內容內定!

活動中間，有舞蹈和小魔術，變臉，唱歌等節目。

四：現場對自己中意的可以向他《她》貼上你的交友卡。到最后評出最有魅力獎，最嗨獎，最膽小獎，等。

酒吧萬圣節策劃方案

整個場地布置要全面，可針對不同的策劃主題來裝飾(酒吧活動主題可參考酒吧適用策劃部分的活動)，所有的地方和人員都要進行裝扮，門口的保安可身著萬圣鬼怪服，手拿仿真斧頭大刀道具各1套。

所需道具萬圣節拉花、萬圣鬼叫燈、仿真斧子、鬼服等

魔夜禮品：在前期宣傳時就可作為一個宣傳點，每個進場的觀眾均贈送“魔夜禮品”一份。禮品最好是訂做的上面標有場子名的小禮物，禮物要與萬圣有關聯。實在因為一些原因不能訂做的話，可以送魔鬼指甲、搞怪小玩具等贈品。

消費達到一定額度的客人，可獲得魔鬼拍照的機會，即立拍得活動相片。

將場子里的酒水及食品的名字都改為與萬圣有關的名字;或單獨提供一張萬圣節專用的“萬圣酒單”，比如經典的B52轟炸機、血腥瑪麗、惡魔子彈等。下面，360演藝網就提供一些適合演藝、酒吧在萬圣節推出的最新創意酒水和食品：

1、凝結的血：自制的荔枝啫喱表面滴上一層血淋淋的草莓醬，里面放入幾顆由軟糖制成的可食用吸血鬼牙齒。

11、食人狂的廚房(Q版)：紅色圣女果內插入骨頭狀的小糖，使其看起來像是一個Q版的雞腿狀。盤內點綴其他萬圣小飾品。

12、血爆腦漿：日本豆腐的做法烹制出嫩豆腐(沒有條件現做的場子購買現成的豆腐腦也可)，上面淋上紅色的草莓醬或番茄醬，可以放在南瓜盅里，也可以放在面包做的“棺材盒”里，甚至可以放到鋸開一半的塑料模特頭里。

13、人肉叉燒包：一盤普通燒賣，盤內用一層番茄醬鋪底，上面點綴蛆狀橡皮糖。

注意：飲品和食物上方的裝飾也要夠“恐怖”哦，可以用一些小金桔雕刻為黃色南瓜樣式，插上萬圣圖案的黑色小裝飾紙傘、海盜旗等。

互動小游戲：

1、挖南瓜比賽：

現場的觀眾可舉手報名參加這次活動，也可選擇本場消費在XX以上的有資格參加活動。報名的客人可通過猜寶箱的方式領取挖南瓜的器具(根據參賽人數準備幾個寶箱，里面放上不同的器具)：有橡膠手套、小勺、小木棍(有粗有細)、牙簽、小碗等。搞笑的一點就是在這個道具的領取上，每個客人要在猜完寶箱后自己親手在現場拿出道具展示給觀眾，有人拿到不錯的勺子、小棍，有人則拿到比南瓜直徑還粗的棍子，或者牙簽等，臺下的觀眾看到就會捧腹大笑。接下來參賽者每人可領到一只大黃金瓜(事先切開最上面的1/4處)，在固定的時間里，看誰先將南瓜挖干凈。(抽到小器具的參賽者就只能用手來挖南瓜，現場非常可笑)

2、萬圣貪吃鬼：

從觀眾中挑選10名參與活動，比賽吃南瓜，事先準備一些蒸好的南瓜，切瓣兒，像平時西瓜切出的那樣大一瓣即可，共準備50瓣兒，每人5瓣兒，看誰先吃完，挑選出前3名頒獎。前三名可以安排由漂亮的DS為其擦嘴巴作為獎勵。
