俗話說，希望是自信的動力，自信是勝利的源泉。馬，只有跑過千里，才能知其是否為良駒;人，只有通過競爭，才能知其是否為棟梁。海闊憑魚躍、天高任鳥飛。我堅信，學生會的工作鍛煉中，一只稚拙的雛鳥必將長起豐滿的雙翼;我堅信，通過今天的洗禮，明天必將受益匪淺!任何話說得再多都沒有意義，只有行動才敢證明一切。我將會用自己的實際行動來證明自己的實力。希望各位學哥學姐能給我一個展示自己才華的機會。

三、學生干部培訓常態化，強調人才交流、培養及延續 我們學生干部不是一定要有較強的工作能力，需要不斷地指導和培訓。要把學生干部培訓作為一種常態化機制來抓，要將學生會所有人都列入培訓范圍；要切實開展包括學生會全體人員、部門人員、部長級人員等在內的培訓工作；培訓的內容和形式一定是創新的、有實際意義的，對學生干部的工作一定能夠起到積極作用的。

四、改變生活部的工作狀態

新學期里，我系的衛生工作將面臨新的挑戰，在這一學期里，衛生區域將有所擴大，以上是我對學生會未來發展的簡要規劃，如果我能當選，我將會努力付諸行動，將規劃變為美好的現實，也請各位老師和代表提出建議。

我在高中階段已經擔任過一些班級職務，從工作中，我學到了化解矛盾的方法，為人處世的準則，待人接物的態度，懂得“少說空話，多做實事”的重要性。雖然初升入大學的我，對學生會的競選還是初次嘗試，但我對學生會的工作向往已久。我愿意用我的付出為學生會分憂，用我的行動為同學們服務。

對于生活部部長的具體工作，我雖未涉及過，但我認為任何事都

要經歷“從無到有，不會到會”的階段，通過以上的經驗，我相信自己已經具備了一定的能力。我知道，能否勝任這工作，主要是看個人如何去學習，去把握，去運用，更要互相幫助，學會使用大家的力量。我相信自己可以做到，所以，我敢站在這個講臺上。

我們生活部最重要的是要在生活上給同學們以幫助，要體察同學們生活上的難處，要滿足同學們生活上的需要。如果我當選了生活部部長，我會著手做以下工作：

嚴肅寢室紀律，組織部內人員輪值檢查衛生，紀律，就寢情況，適當的搞寢室美化大賽，寢室聯誼活動，讓同學們都得到最好的生活環境；

聯合校勤工助學優先安排困難同學的兼職工作，讓困難同學感受到“一方有難，八方支持”的溫暖；

聯合學習部組織過欠學分過多同學，幫助他們開展找原因，查過錯，向前進的活動；聯合體育部組織趣味體育活動，如踢毽子，跳繩，拔河等，特別要給那些不擅長體育的學生一個最好的參與機會；

參加這次競選無疑又是一次絕好的鍛煉機會，而加入學生會是一種榮譽，更是一種責任。我知道這條路上有許多挑戰，但我自信我有能力擔起這副擔子，因為我的熱情，我的毅力，以及我實事求是的工作態度。如果我有幸當選，我將以良好的精神狀態，大膽地管理生活部事務，使校園生活更加多姿多彩，真正做好本屆學生會的工作。

如果我是生活部（副）部長，我會積極的協助校教務處、團委搞好全校學生的管理工作，為同學們的學習創造一個良好的校園環境。中國石油大學提出“勤奮嚴謹求實創新”的學風，并打出“以學習為中心，走全面發展之路”的號召，是希望我們能夠努力的用先進的科學文化知識和德育體全面發展武裝自己。然而，達到這個目的，有一個良好的學習環境是必不可少的。我會利用我的優勢，深入到同學們的生活中去，了解同學們生活中的問題，積極聽取同學們的意見和建議，并向學生會及學校的有關部門反映同學們的正當意見和要求，為同學們排憂解難。

如果我是生活部（副）部長，我會協助院部搞好學生宿舍的管理工作，組織安排全院學生宿舍的清潔衛生工作，并負責檢查評比，采取向全院公布評比結果的制度。時刻督促同學們保持好宿舍衛生，使同學們有一個較好的休息環境，有更好的精力投入到學習中去。如果我是生活部（副）部長，我會完成院領導、學生會主席交辦的各項工作，協助校學生會生活部工作，并指導班級生活委員工作，期末負責班機生活委員的工作考核。組織安排各項勞動及院部各大活動的后勤服務工作。認真按時的制定本部計劃，并定期向主席團匯報工作總結和工作計劃。

在新的學生會組織中，內部建設以及與同學們交流將成為我們學生會生存及發展的基礎，只有做好這兩方面的工作，我們才能夠保持先進性，體現創新性。并把這種先進性和創新性，集中貫徹到即將到來的本科評估工作中，讓每一位老師和同學都能感受到，并且切身體會到。

示自己。對我來說，既是一個考驗，又是一次難得的機會。“青春無幾，時不我待”，我要抓住這次機會，通過競選，爭取成為校學生會生活衛生部的一員。我先作一下自我介紹，我叫王振，我是07公管班的，現在班內擔任學習委員。我來競選，是因為我有以下幾方面的優勢：

1）我熱心為大家服務。在中學的學習生活中，我一直是班委成員，熱心為同學們服務，認真做班級工作，得到同學們的認可。在大學，我還憑著一腔熱情和服務大家的心態，成功入選班委，為了能更好的服務同學，我才站這里去爭取！

2）勤懇。我不怕工作忙，就怕沒事做。既然是學生會的成員就應該不愧對這個位子，碌碌無為不是我想要的。總希望有點事來做，讓自己充實起來，讓歲月不蹉跎。所以，如果我能當選，我會勤勤懇懇的工作。

3）辦事有計劃、效率高。我的學習、生活、工作都按計劃進行。每天早上，我都會花一點時間安排當天要做的事。我做事不喜歡拖拖拉拉，總是在得到任務后，只要有時間，就立即處理。

以上是我的做事風格：熱心、勤懇、高效、有計劃。

如果我能當選，在以后的工作中，我將以我的處事風格做好以下幾方面的工作：

1）協助老師，當好助手。老師是做學生工作的主體，學生干部是輔助者。我們要利用身處學生群體之中，更了解同齡人的優勢，協助老師做好學生工作。

2）抓好團結互助，營造一種和諧的學校氛圍。學生會是一個大

團體，只有搞好團結，才能做好各項工作。在團結的基礎上，充分發揮每個學生干部的工作積極性和創造性，為我院的學生工作貢獻自己的一分力量。

3）重點抓抓好宿舍衛生。只有衛生了，干凈了，同學們才有健康的體魄，旺盛的精力去學習去訓練。

4）多傾聽同學們的心聲及時的反映問題。

以上是我暫時的工作構想，在以后的實際工作中，遇到新的問題，隨機應變，以切實可行的方法解決。總之，目標只有一個：做好本職工作。
