I have a pen friend.Her name is Linda.She is in Beijing.She studies in No.3 Middle School.She has long black hair, big eyes and small nose.She is tall and very beautiful.She likes listening to music, reading books and drawing.And she is good at drawing pictures.She is very kind and always ready to help others.We often write letters to each other.Sometimes we also chat on line.We are not only pen friends but also good friends.

（2018-2019學(xué)第一學(xué)期）

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任六年級(jí)上冊(cè)四個(gè)班的英語教學(xué)工作。根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況，擬定以下教學(xué)計(jì)劃：

一、學(xué)情分析.六年級(jí)的學(xué)生對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣整體有所下降，兩極分化比較嚴(yán)重，加上多了幾十個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)來的插班生。所以本學(xué)期應(yīng)做好后進(jìn)生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作。激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，培養(yǎng)他們學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極態(tài)度，使他們初步建立學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有一定的語感和良好的語音、語調(diào)、書寫基礎(chǔ)，以及良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，使他們初步具備用英語進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單日常交流的能力。同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的觀察、記憶、思維、想象和創(chuàng)造能力。教師在教學(xué)過程中應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)語言的綜合運(yùn)用，注意學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)，突出對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣的激發(fā)，重視知識(shí)的靈活擴(kuò)展，真正將英語教學(xué)的目標(biāo)落實(shí)到實(shí)處。在五年級(jí)的對(duì)話的基礎(chǔ)上，增加了閱讀的內(nèi)容和難度。本冊(cè)中所涉及的一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)、一般將來時(shí)、過去時(shí)等句型中對(duì)人稱、是動(dòng)詞的變化、行為動(dòng)詞的運(yùn)用對(duì)小學(xué)生都是一個(gè)難點(diǎn)，要打好此部分的基礎(chǔ)，為六年級(jí)的畢業(yè)考試打好基礎(chǔ)。

二、教材分析

本冊(cè)教材注重學(xué)生語言應(yīng)用能力的培養(yǎng)，教材在整體構(gòu)思、內(nèi)容安排、活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)和教學(xué)方法選用等方面緊密聯(lián)系學(xué)生的生活實(shí)際，把知識(shí)和技能目標(biāo)融會(huì)完成任務(wù)的過程之中充分體現(xiàn)了交際教學(xué)的思想。本冊(cè)共6個(gè)單元，2個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)單元。每個(gè)單元分“ABC”三個(gè)部分，共10頁，復(fù)習(xí)單元為4頁。

三、教學(xué)目標(biāo) 1．能按四會(huì)、三會(huì)的要求掌握所學(xué)單詞。

2．能按四會(huì)要求掌握所學(xué)句型。

3．能使用日常交際用語，活用四會(huì)句型，進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的交流，做到大膽開口，發(fā)音正確。

4．能在圖片、手勢(shì)、情境等非語言提示的幫助下，聽懂清晰的話語和錄音。

5.進(jìn)一步養(yǎng)成良好的書寫習(xí)慣，能做到書寫整潔、規(guī)范。6．進(jìn)一步養(yǎng)成聽英語、讀英語和說英語的良好習(xí)慣，認(rèn)真模仿語音、語調(diào)，以培養(yǎng)語感。

7．能運(yùn)用相關(guān)的語言知識(shí)和技能，完成某項(xiàng)任務(wù)。8．能演唱已學(xué)過的英語歌曲，誦讀已學(xué)過的歌謠。

四、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)

1．能按四會(huì)、三會(huì)的要求掌握所學(xué)單詞。

2．能按四會(huì)要求掌握所學(xué)句型。

3．能使用日常交際用語，活用四會(huì)句型，進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的交流，做到大膽開口，發(fā)音正確。

4．能在圖片、手勢(shì)、情境等非語言提示的幫助下，聽懂清晰的話語和錄音。

五、教學(xué)措施

１.以活動(dòng)為課堂教學(xué)的主要形式，設(shè)計(jì)豐富多彩的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)生在樂中學(xué)、學(xué)中用，從而保證學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。

２.通過聽、說、讀、寫、唱、游、演、畫、做等形式，進(jìn)行大量的語言操練和練習(xí)。

３.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生拼讀音標(biāo)的能力，確保學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量。４.設(shè)計(jì)全面、高效的課外作業(yè)，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的書寫習(xí)慣，做到整潔、規(guī)范、正確地書寫。

六、后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化措施：

1.對(duì)后進(jìn)生要求要適度，應(yīng)懂得“大目標(biāo)，小步走”； 2.讓后進(jìn)生獲得成功；

3.讓后進(jìn)生充分發(fā)展自己的才能。

還是要狠下工夫監(jiān)督學(xué)生去完成課堂作業(yè)與課后作業(yè)，課后做到個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)，盡量減少差生的數(shù)量。做好與家長的溝通工作，與班主任多做交流，大家齊心協(xié)力完成六年級(jí)的教學(xué)任務(wù)。

七、優(yōu)秀生提高措施：

對(duì)尖子生加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)，發(fā)掘其潛力，設(shè)計(jì)更多的彈性問題，讓心有余力的優(yōu)秀生留有擴(kuò)展延伸知識(shí)的機(jī)會(huì)，積極引導(dǎo)學(xué)生獨(dú)立思考，主動(dòng)探索，尋求解決問題的途徑。

八、教學(xué)進(jìn)度

由于本學(xué)年教學(xué)時(shí)間緊張，學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容多，因此對(duì)本學(xué)年的教學(xué)作如下安排：

教材共六個(gè)單元。每單元6課，其中5節(jié)新授課，計(jì)兩周一個(gè)單元。書本知識(shí)共32課，不排除因?yàn)檎n文難，學(xué)生接受較慢而增加課時(shí)。教學(xué)中還穿插各種形式的小測(cè)驗(yàn)，豐富多彩的英語活動(dòng)，還有數(shù)次作業(yè)、考試的評(píng)析，同時(shí)由于放假、學(xué)生差異、教學(xué)容量、教師進(jìn)修、考試等其他客觀因素的影響，我將按實(shí)際需要對(duì)課時(shí)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整，力求達(dá)到最佳效果。

總而言之，這是六年級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)小學(xué)英語的最后一年，本學(xué)期英語教學(xué)的目的就在于要使學(xué)生愛學(xué)、樂學(xué)、善學(xué)。為中學(xué)的英語學(xué)習(xí)打下基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)教師充分利用“情景教學(xué)”這一重要方法擴(kuò)展教學(xué)形式，培養(yǎng)、維持和發(fā)展學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，提高英語教學(xué)的效果。
