My view on...Nowadays，there is a widespread concern over 主詞(the increasing number of private cars).However, when it comes to this hot topic, people’s views vary from person to person.Some people hold that 觀點1（private cars should be greatly encouraged）.However, others list the opposite idea with regard to it.They argue that 觀點2（the increasing trend of private cars should be limited because private cars have lead to some problems such as pollution and cost, etc.）

2012年湖南科技大學大學英語演講比賽策劃書(修改)

演講主題： Change and Challenge

目的：為激發學生學習英語的積極性，培養學生的競爭意識和創新精神，提高學生的英語口語水平及演講水平，迎接湖南省普通高等學校第十八屆大學生英語演講比賽，學校決定舉辦此次比賽。

比賽內容與形式：

1、命題演講：選手按照規定的題目進行3分鐘（正負15秒）命題演講。

2、即興演講：選手按照比賽當場抽取的題目進行2分鐘（正負15秒）即興演講。即興演講的題目在第一位選手登臺比賽前抽取。

主辦單位：湖南科技大學

● 賽前準備工作：

一、比賽流程制定以及通知

1、確定比賽時間：

5月12日13:00—18:30（具體時間安排附后）
