富民縣羅免鄉(xiāng)大羅免小學(xué)六年級王燕晨
2010年是災(zāi)難頻繁的一年,我們云南省遭受了百年不遇的嚴(yán)峻旱災(zāi),連續(xù)10個多月滴水未降,人蓄飲水受到了極大的威脅。10個月不下雨,大地徹底變了模樣。原先生機(jī)勃勃的大地,現(xiàn)在就得凄涼一片。山上的樹一棵棵死去,就連堅韌完強(qiáng)的竹子都死了不少。因?yàn)楦珊担€發(fā)生許多起森林火災(zāi),造成了嚴(yán)重的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,大大小小的水庫、池塘都干涸了,許多山區(qū)半山區(qū)的人飲水相當(dāng)困難,有些地方飲水要靠人背馬馱,需要到五六公里以外的地方去取水。我的家鄉(xiāng)羅免也遭受了旱災(zāi),雖說不怎么嚴(yán)重,但也旱得不輕,我們這里盛產(chǎn)的楊梅、甜杏由于喝不到水,比前幾年減產(chǎn)了一半左右,農(nóng)民伯伯們辛辛苦苦種下去的玉米、麥子都干死了,即使沒死,生長速度非常慢,收成少得可憐,農(nóng)民伯伯們心痛不已,只能望天長嘆。由于沒有水,許多水力發(fā)電站無法正常發(fā)電,于是就經(jīng)常停電,我在電視上也看到其它地方的災(zāi)情,一位年近七旬滿頭白發(fā)的老奶奶一大早就跟著村民去很遠(yuǎn)的地方取水,她瘦弱的身軀在冷風(fēng)中微微顫抖,我看了非常心痛,當(dāng)電視臺的記者詢問老人時,老人難過地說:“今年天氣不好,我們每天都要到很遠(yuǎn)的地方去取水,取來的水才能基本維持一家人一天的飲水需求。”記者還從其他村民口中了解到:由于缺水,村民們都把自家的豬、牛等大牲畜賣了。記者還問村民們洗漱后的水用來干什么?村民們說:“我們早上洗臉的水留著晚上洗腳,洗過腳的水積攢下來挑去澆樹。”
但是,大難無情人有情,政府對我們非常關(guān)心,派了許多官兵來幫我們渡過難關(guān),他們幫我們 打井、拉水,必要時還打降雨彈,他們雖然幫村民們打井、拉水,但從不要村民的一絲一毫,這種無私的精神不是非常可貴嗎?
作為小學(xué)生的我們,要節(jié)約每一滴水,并且要呼吁社會各界的人們,你們一定要節(jié)約用水,千萬不要讓地球上的最后一滴水成為人的眼淚。

“抗旱節(jié)水”活動策劃書
活動主辦方:云南經(jīng)貿(mào)外事職業(yè)學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)管理系
一、活動背景:
烈日炙烤!水庫見底!河水?dāng)嗔鳎∷珊裕×继镒兘雇粒≡颇蟼涫芨珊档募灏荆∵B日來,記者行走于云南的多個山村、水庫、農(nóng)田,實(shí)地采訪這場干旱給當(dāng)?shù)厣a(chǎn)生活帶來的影響。連續(xù)3年的特大干旱,已造成云南631.83萬人受災(zāi),已有242.76萬人、155.45萬頭大牲畜出現(xiàn)不同程度飲水困難;全省直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失23.42億元,其中農(nóng)業(yè)損失22.19億元。在羅平縣阿崗鎮(zhèn)的法郎村,記者看到村子的一個大池塘已經(jīng)接近干枯,位于池塘中間不到3平方米的水面也變成了墨綠色,各種顏色的塑料袋漂浮在水面上。保供水、保民生成為云南各級政府當(dāng)下的頭等大事。據(jù)悉,目前云南省已有195萬人(次)投入抗旱救災(zāi),投入2590眼機(jī)電井、2124處泵站、8.89萬臺(套)抗旱機(jī)動設(shè)備,臨時解決了315.4萬人、155萬頭大牲畜飲水困難,臨時澆灌農(nóng)田296萬畝。
作為當(dāng)代大學(xué)生,我們在學(xué)習(xí)書本知識的同時還應(yīng)該關(guān)心社會,關(guān)注民生。為此我們籌劃并組織此次活動,呼吁體師生加強(qiáng)全節(jié)水意識,共同節(jié)約用水。
二、活動目的:
1、通過我們的宣傳,讓全校同學(xué)了解到節(jié)水的重要性,樹立節(jié)約用水的觀念和意識。
2、讓同學(xué)們了解自己平時用水時容易忽視的一些生活陋習(xí)。
3、讓同學(xué)們了解更多關(guān)于節(jié)水的知識。
4、通過為期一周的宣傳和倡導(dǎo),使同學(xué)們逐漸養(yǎng)成節(jié)約用水的好習(xí)慣,形成節(jié)約用水的良好校園風(fēng)氣。
三、活動主題:
以“節(jié)儉光榮 浪費(fèi)可恥 節(jié)約用水 從我做起”為主題,通過校園倡議書、宣傳海報、校園廣播等形式,呼吁全院師生節(jié)約用水。
四、活動對象: 云南經(jīng)貿(mào)外事職業(yè)學(xué)院全體師生
五、活動時間:2012年3月11日—2012年3月15日
六、活動地點(diǎn):
1、圖書館旁邊小廣場。
2、云南經(jīng)貿(mào)外事職業(yè)學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)管理系各班級教室。
3、學(xué)院明博、明志教學(xué)樓。七.活動流程:
1、宣傳部在宣傳之前制作節(jié)約用宣水的傳海報。
2、宣傳部成員負(fù)責(zé)在男、女生各宿舍樓下和食堂張貼倡議書。
3、系學(xué)生會各部各派3名成員在教學(xué)樓的洗手間的水龍頭后的墻上以及經(jīng)濟(jì)管理系各班教室貼以“節(jié)約用水”為主題的宣傳語。
4、貼宣傳小紙條的部員要檢查水龍頭是否有漏水等情況,并報學(xué)院總務(wù)處,請專業(yè)人員進(jìn)行必要維修。
5、在校園圖書館旁邊小廣場開展節(jié)約用水簽名活動,呼吁同學(xué)們節(jié)約用水。
6、與校內(nèi)廣播站協(xié)商,廣播校園節(jié)約用水倡議書以及節(jié)約用水小常識。

九、注意事項及其解決方案
1、成立活動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組,負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)活動的整體進(jìn)程并處理活動突發(fā)事件。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組成員為:高翠(組長)、李谷寶(副組長)、李建安、孟樹萍。
2、每位成員必須服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo),提前做好準(zhǔn)備,熟悉相關(guān)內(nèi)容,在活動中要文明、熱情的服務(wù),不得與同學(xué)發(fā)生沖突,時時刻刻注
意維護(hù)經(jīng)管系學(xué)生會的良好形象。
3、參加各項活動的同學(xué)必須準(zhǔn)時到達(dá)工作崗位,不能參加活動的同學(xué)至少提前一天向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組提出申請。
4、活動若遇突發(fā)情況無法繼續(xù)時,在征求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組同意后活動可以暫時中斷或者提前終止。

抗旱節(jié)水倡議書
2009年9月至今,我市和全省、全州一樣遭遇了有氣象記錄以來60年不遇的特大旱情。截止2010年2月20日,全市受災(zāi)人口達(dá)47856人,因旱造成飲水困難45719人;全市農(nóng)作物受災(zāi)面積60630畝,其中成災(zāi)37635畝,成災(zāi)面積中絕收率達(dá)16.5%。預(yù)計全市因干旱造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失超過1678萬元。目前全市旱情急劇發(fā)展,干旱影響程度正迅速擴(kuò)大,抗旱形勢異常嚴(yán)峻。為此我們向全校師生發(fā)出倡議:
一、樹立節(jié)約用水光榮、浪費(fèi)用水可恥的價值觀念,牢固樹立惜水、節(jié)水意識。
二、愛水、惜水、節(jié)水,從現(xiàn)在做起,從我做起,從小事做起,提倡刷牙用口杯,洗臉用臉盆接水,洗浴少用一盆水,平時少用一滴水。
三、養(yǎng)成計劃用水、節(jié)約用水、重復(fù)用水的良好習(xí)慣,帶油膩的碗、盆等廚具先用紙巾擦拭一遍,然后再用熱水沖洗;堅持做到不開無人水;改沖洗式淘米為盆式淘米,將淘米水用來泡洗蔬菜瓜果,可有效降解蔬菜瓜果中殘留的農(nóng)藥;少量衣物提倡手洗,或者集聚在一起進(jìn)行機(jī)洗;備一只水回收桶,收集洗衣服等產(chǎn)生的廢水,用來拖地等,洗手、洗菜、洗碗水用盆接著,用來沖廁所,堅持一水多用。
四、希望我校每一個學(xué)生做節(jié)約用水的示范者、推動者。
