一、本節課的成功之處:
本節課我運用“先學后教,當堂訓練”的教學模式,結合英語學科的特點,較好地實現了教學目標,減輕了學生的負擔,很好的培養了學生的自學能力。自學內容具體明確,自學方法靈活多樣。在學生自學時,教師一方面督促學生按照老師的指導自學,確保完成自學任務,既可及時表揚速度快、效果好的學生;也可給后進生說幾句悄悄話,幫助其端正自學態度,另一方面通過行間巡視、個別詢問,暴露學生自學中的疑難問題,并認真分析,進行梳理、歸類,為“后教”作準備。學生自學之后,教師與學生共同探討自學中的疑難問題并點撥釋疑。在學生掌握知識的基礎上,拓寬學生思路,拓展句型談論假期,將知識深化,將主題升華。利用小組評價調動學生參與課堂活動的積極性和主動性,聽課的兩位教師對小組評價很感興趣,向我了解日常評價的激勵體制。
二、由于自身水平有限和準備時間倉促,本堂課也存在一些遺憾之處:
1、自學指導的英語表示法不夠準確,我出示的是Learning guide, 在校長的指導下,才知道正確的表示法應該是Self-study instruction.2、檢查課件不夠細心。盡管課前已校正過課件,但還是有遺漏的錯誤,回答Where did you go on vacation? 課件展示的是She went to ?,而正確的回答應該是I went to?.3.時間控制方面有待提高。留給學生當堂記憶的時間還是有點兒短,如果在前面將時間調控的更緊湊點兒,學生會有更多的時間記憶,記憶的效果會更扎實一些。
三.改進措施:
1.注重重組教材,精煉教學內容。
2.語言要更精煉,精講多練。
3.精心設計自學指導,激發學生學習欲望,調動學習興趣。
4.加強自學的實效性。

本課以讀寫為主線,最后的中心任務也落實在寫。
首先以聽和看引入,主要目的在于:
一、回顧第一課時的主要內容,復習過去時;
二、營造較輕松的語言環境,緩解部分學生對于讀寫的畏懼心理。接下來,從看圖說話引入讀寫,給學生鋪墊知識的過程。讀寫并不脫離聽說,因為語言是交流的工具,因此,在讀的過程中適當穿插說,既練習口頭表達,又鞏固了讀的成效。最后,本課的中心任務選自于學生目前很感興趣的哈里波特,即是任務,又象游戲,最后的展示是以日記的形式,這一點是根據課文練習來設計的。課下任務承接課堂任務,讓學生自由查找神話故事,講給同學聽,是鞏固過去時的練習。二.課后反思:
學生是活動的主體,課堂上大部分的時間交給學生,教師的引導是關鍵。如何一層層的導入,由易至難的階梯狀任務何時引入,如何引入都是關鍵所在。同時要注意的是,學生活動之前的范例一定要明確清晰,要每個孩子都知道做什么和怎么做,活動才會順利的開展,學生才能在活動中有所得。
在課堂設計上體現了任務型教學的主導思想,以任務貫穿教師教學和學生活動的各個環節。學生活動的目的明確,每個步驟教師都給出了活動所需的語言知識內容,學生亦能準確的使用目標語言,在活動中學習掌握知識。
