帶著一路風塵，帶著對青春的渴望和對五彩夢幻的追求，我們終于走到一

起來了，面對未來和自我的挑戰，只有讓理想在這里放飛，青春才可以變得色彩斑斕！帶著人生的夢想，懷揣著自己的希望，我來到了江西美術專修學院。在這里我將自己的夢想放飛，將自己的未來播種，我在等待著它的開花結果。

我是來自江西省九江市都昌縣一個農村的小伙子，活潑、開朗，和常人一樣對生活充滿著憧憬，充滿著夢想。2014年9月1日，那是夢想的開始，也是我人生的一個轉折點，那天我背起行囊來到了豐良，從此我開始了追求設計與藝術的生活！

青春如夢，歲月如歌，時不消逝，何爾復得？青春是人生中的一段難以磨滅的插曲，它應該是不平凡的，它需要我們用心靈和智慧去詮釋，它更需要我們用毅力和自信去充實，在江美，在每個期間都會有一個一個小的目標，小的夢，在剛入校園時，夢是團結友愛，與同學和睦相處，學了手繪后，夢就是把手繪學好，不斷地突破自己的極限。每

天都要爭取在進步，使自己每天過得都很充實，在特訓營，與來自全國各地的朋友們在一起，夢是認識他們，與他們成為好朋友，在每一次帽子考試，夢就是考到帽子。在特訓營，可能許多人都知道“小余工”這個人，但是還不夠，夢就是讓更多的人知道。

大家好！我是七號演講者，今天我演講的題目是《紅旗渠精神助力青春夢想》。敢想敢干、實事求是，是紅旗渠精神的靈魂；自力更生、艱苦奮斗，是紅旗渠精神的體現；團結協作、無私奉獻是紅旗渠精神的保證。紅旗渠，不僅創造了巨大的物質財富，而且是一筆無價的精神財富，留給了人們無窮無盡的回味與思索。

林州是個土薄石厚、水源奇缺的貧困山區。“水缺貴如油，十年九不收，豪門逼租債，窮人日夜愁”是舊林縣的真實寫照。新中國成立后，在黨的領導下，林州人民發揚“自力更生，艱苦奮斗”精神，以“重新安排林縣河山”的決心，先后建成英雄渠、南谷洞水庫、弓上水庫等水利工程。但由于水源有限，仍不能解決大面積灌溉問題，“引漳入林”是林縣人民多年的愿望。紅旗渠1960年開始動工，1965年4月5日完成長70.6公里，落差為1/8000的總干渠建設。紅旗渠以濁漳河為源，全部開鑿在峰巒迭嶂的太行山腰。就是這樣艱險的工程，生性倔強的林州人，硬是以“艱苦奮斗，自力更生”的韌勁在太行山腰上修建了一條人工天河，從此，多山的林州地圖上多了一條代表水的藍色曲線——紅旗渠。

在修建紅旗渠的過程中，無數青年用鮮血和汗水詮釋了青春與夢想，詮釋了紅旗渠精神，除險英雄任羊成就是其中的一員。

引漳入林工程動工后，任羊城轉移到紅旗渠工地劈山修渠，為保證施工安全，領導上決定成立除險隊，任羊城第一個報名，被大家推選為除險隊隊長，他終日帶領隊員們腰系大繩，飛崖下嶄，凌空除險，掃除障礙，被群眾成為“飛狐神鷹”。有一次，他帶頭爬到70多丈高的懸崖上除險，沒想到一塊石頭突然落下，砸在他的嘴上，三顆牙齒橫在嘴里，一陣麻木，鮮血順著嘴角流下來，任羊城沒有多想用隨身攜帶的鉗子將砸碎的牙齒拔出，忍著巨痛，一直堅持到任務完成。工地領導讓他去醫院治療，但他放心不下，惦念著自己不去除險，修渠民工就會多一分危險。第二天，戴著口罩背著大繩又上山嶄除險。

一個人正如一只時鐘，是以他的行動決定其價值的。作為一名國稅人、一名紅旗渠精神的傳人，我要立志高遠、塌實肯干，要具有“自力更生 艱苦創業”的勇氣，繼續弘揚“團結協作 無私奉獻”的紅旗渠精神。

俞敏洪老師說過，一個人要實現自己的夢想最重要的是要具備兩個條件，一個是勇氣，一個是行動；合抱之木，生于毫末；九層之臺，起于壘土；千里之行，始于足下。放飛青春夢想，不怕路途險阻；放飛青春夢想，不說遙遠山路；放飛青春夢想，讓汗水繪成人生的畫圖；放飛青春夢想，讓成敗譜寫人生的曲譜！今天，汪國真的一首詩歌作為我演講的結尾，送給在場懷揣青春夢想的大家。熱愛生命（汪國真）

有一次，他爬上通天溝除險，失足跌在圪針叢里，當掙扎著爬起來的時候，脊背上扎滿了尖尖的棗刺兒，忍著疼痛，又爬上山崖，繼續工作，堅持除險。晚上，房東老大娘和兒媳婦給他挑刺，一個鐘頭，挑了一手窩，他硬是一聲不吭。

隨著時間的推移，對工作內容的熟悉，每天我都在做一些細小的事，做一些點滴之事，我能感覺到自己的變化，在工作中也能獲得一種滿足感。然而，與越來越多納稅人接觸，開始發覺自己說話有些稚嫩，對業務的解釋不專業、不透徹。我不禁問自己：“我在做什么？篇五：放飛青春的夢想 演講稿

放飛青春的夢想

老師們、同學們下午好： 我今天演講的題目是《放飛青春的夢想》

我很欣賞這樣一句話“在最美的年紀，為最純真的夢想盡自己最大的努力”。曾經不止一次有人問我“你的夢想是什么呢？”我用這三句話來回答這一問題：當一個老師。好好的當一個老師。當一個好老師。

還記得，很小的時候，媽媽就在幫我規劃未來的人生路——今后當一名老師，而當時的我堅決不同意，我的理由是：老師太窮了，你看有幾個老師開好車、住好房了的？當時的我怎么也沒想到今天我會走上這三尺講臺成為一位人民教師。回想起來，這一切都緣自高三時經歷的幾件小事： 第一件事，高三上學期的那年春節，除夕夜吃年夜飯時，我堂兄突然說他很后悔，后悔當時沒能回儀隴參加工作，原因是漸漸的父母親上了年紀了，離家近一點才能更好的照顧到家里面。聽到這話我放眼看了看席上的兄弟，那時唯一還有得選擇的也就只有我了，為了家，我開始考慮兒時媽媽的話。

第二件事，高考前，一次放假回家，在釣魚的時候遇到了我們院子里的一位老師，他正好也帶著他的妻子、小兒子在那釣魚，他在釣魚的時候，他的妻子就在旁邊教他的小兒子數數，“兒子，來數數你爸釣了多少魚了”。看到這一幕，我心為之一震，這不正是我想要的生活嗎？有誰能說這樣的生活不是幸福的生活？雖然他們并沒有多少錢，沒有豪宅，沒有好車。就這樣，高考過后，我在所有的志愿欄里都填下了師范專業。也就是那個時候我明白了，我的夢想就是要當一名教師。

而今天，當初的夢想已經實現，大學畢業，我如愿以償回到了家鄉儀隴，走上了這三尺講臺。一轉眼，我從學生變成老師已經兩年了，兩年來，嘗盡酸甜苦辣，摸爬滾打中我也逐漸的熟悉了教師這個職業。以前只知道當老師不過是每天兩節課，改幾本作業本，如今才知道在這兩節課后是大量的備課、練習。朋友經常羨慕的對我說“還是當老師好，每年兩個假期，工作又安穩”。每當此時我都只能說老師其實就像橘子——外表光鮮，內心破碎。別人上班是朝九晚五，我們上班是朝五晚九。前不久網絡流傳著這么一句話“干得比驢都累,起得比雞都早, 掙得比民工都少，看上去比誰都好,五年后比誰都老”。這雖然是句玩笑，卻也反映出了教師的生活。上早自習時天還未亮，下晚自習已經夜深。在我們上下班途中陪伴著的沒有清晨的曙光，也沒有夕陽西下的晚霞，只有滿天閃爍的繁星和瑟瑟冷風。然而即使這樣，換回來的卻是少得可憐的工資，卻是那一張張不盡人意的學生成績單。再面對這極度物質化的社會，我不免有些動搖了，也開始懷疑自己當初的選擇。可每每看到娃娃們那一張張純真的笑臉，聽到那一聲聲“老師好”的時候，每當看到孩子們的點滴進步，心里便蕩漾起無邊的幸福的時候，我又堅定了我的夢想——好好的當一名老師。

能夠做一名學生心中理想的老師，這是每個教師孜孜不倦追求的目標，也是我的最終的夢想——當一個好老師。作為一個青年教師，我深知要實現這一夢想的路還很長很長，在這條路上有著太多的東西需要我去學習，首先是師德修養和責任意識，我們面對的是一群有血有肉、活生生的孩子，我們的點滴都會給他們留下永恒的印記。我時刻都不敢忘記大學老師的一句話“誤人子弟等于殺人父兄”。作為年輕教師，我需要真正為學生的終身發展負責，不能讓孩子在成長的過程中因為有我而留下遺憾。其次是經驗的積累，這就離不開反思，因為只有讓反思成為習慣，才能促進自我成長。這就需要我對自己的教學活動及時進行反思，積累經驗，不斷提高自己的教育教學能力。當然要實現這一夢想，還離不開虛心學習，取人之長，補己之短。我需要積極向同事們學習，向優秀教師們學習。青年教師是充滿希望、擁有活力的隊伍，青年教師也是需要努力學習和經受錘煉的群體，作為一名青年教師，我們擁有許許多多的機會，也會面臨不計其數的困難，我知道自己身上還有許多需要改進的地方，但我要說年輕就是我們的資本，我們有著不甘落后的進取心，我們會充滿激情地奮斗、開拓、進取，將青春揮灑在自己熱愛的教育熱土上。在最美的年紀放飛我們青春的夢想。
