In our modern times,people always have some misunderstandings about teacher.Most of them held the opinion that ,it is very easy to be a teacher.In fact,this point is totally wrong.Actually,to be a good teacher requires a lot of skills.Not just courages or an open mouth.With the higher requirements that the students’ parents to the teacher,it’s harder to be a good teacher,more than a satisfying teacher.First of all,to be a good teacher should have good personality.He should be kind to his students.whenever his students have trouble or problem,he can stand out to carry on his duty to help them.The teacher should be his students’ in-school parents.When his students make some mistakes,he can educate them patiently.A teacher can be the most important person during one’s life time,so please make himself an example to his students.Secondly,good ethic is a quite significant point to be a god teacher.The basic requirment is that he should be in class on time.Donot be late at any time.In some ares,there is a kind of bad atmosphere,which is during the summer or winter holidays,the teacher have his students made up their missed lessons or help them to explain the homework,and get some money from it.With the name of helping,the teacher gains the extra money.Last but important,to have excellent teaching skill is fairly important.A good teacher should be knowledgeable.the knowledgeable is not only in his field,but also in some other fields.When students ask,he can answer it out immediately.He can have his own teaching methord,has his own style.Students can be attracted in the class.Creativity in teaching is also good mathord.What’s more,if the students have an open-minded teacher,they will become open too.A good teacher can make his students feel full and happy.To be a good teacher is not an easy thing.But practice makes perfect,try it harder and you will becoming better an better.
