2011年內地本科生入學計劃

8所港校內地招1300余人

經教育部批準，今年香港大學、香港科技大學、香港中文大學等8所香港高校，將繼續在內地20個省市共招收1300多名應屆高中畢業生。

●高考分須過重點線

去年北京共有170多名高考生去香港讀大學。他們的平均高考成績為520多分，高出當年北京市的內地高校重點線50多分。

香港科技大學內地招生負責人介紹，去年報讀該大學的內地考生的高考分數甚至都遠遠超過了清華、北大等高校的錄取線。而在香港高校排名第一的香港大學，去年的報名和錄取比例則達到了20比1，今年有望達到40比1。

●英語分得過110

據了解，香港的所有高校都采用全英語授課的方式，內地考生去香港讀大學，除了高考成績要出類拔萃外，英語成績也不能低于110分，否則很難適應以美籍、英籍教師為主的導師群體。其中，如果是報考香港中文大學的商科類專業，考生的英語成績必須在120分以上。

除香港中文大學和香港城市大學外，其余6所在內地招生的香港高校在考查學生的高考和英語成績的同時，還要加上面試的分數。

在京招生港校今年新增三所

從今年起，香港公開大學、香港演藝學院、珠海學院等3所高等學校從2006年起在內地招收自費生，赴香港修讀全日制經香港學術評審局評審的學士學位課程。

新增高等學校的招生錄取方式與香港6所單獨招生的高等學校相同。其中香港公開大學在北京、上海、福建、廣東、海南招生，總計劃30人。香港演藝學院在北京、上海、廣東招生，總計劃30人。珠海學院在北京、上海、福建、廣東、海南招生，總計劃30人。今年是8所香港高校(香港科技大學、香港中文大學、香港浸會大學、香港嶺南大學、香港理工大學、香港大學、香港城市大學、香港教育學院)在內地招生最多的一年，也是內地學生報考最多的一年。

與內地高等學府相比，香港高校在哪些方面吸引內地的優秀生呢？

出國機會多

陳燕玲透露說，在香港高校讀書，出國機會更多一些。從往年情況來看，有三分之一左右的內地學生會獲得出國深造機會。這些學校包括普林斯頓、哈佛等世界級名校。

獎學金高

以香港大學為例，港大給予那些綜合素質良好的學生每年3萬——10萬元港幣不等的獎學金。黃依倩表示，她并不希望報考他們學校的學生是沖著這些獎學金去的，港大開設獎學金的目的是不希望看到品學兼優的學生因為經濟原因而上不起學。

就業前景好

記者了解到，在香港的高校畢業后，去歐美等大型企業的機會相對多些，就業前景好。據香港大學2005年畢業生就業調查顯示，該校應屆畢業生就業率高達99%，畢業生薪金狀況也很不錯。另外香港政府還規定，內地人士只要在香港工作生活7年以上，便可取得在港永久居留權。

內地學生如何適應

香港高校怎樣看待有意赴港的尖子生？在采訪中，黃依倩認為，在香港讀書的內地學生，生活上的適應很快，但和本地學生相比，不可避免地存在一些文化上和思維方法上的差異。

黃依倩說，香港學生的分析、解決、判斷問題的能力較強，能獨立解決和安排事務，會策劃學習方案，尋找適合自己的課程。當然，這與學校的教育方式密切相關。

而一些內地學生剛進香港的大學時，往往獨立性和動手能力較差。另外，很多內地學生雖然英語考試考得很好，但在實際應用中有些捉襟見肘。

記者了解到，香港大學鼓勵學生在學好本專業之余，選修其他學科門類的知識。他們的老師中近99%有海外求學背景，非亞裔老師占50%左右。

黃依倩說，并不是所有內地學生都能適應香港高校的培養方案，每所香港的高校都有自己的優勢和教學特長，所以在擇校問題上，內地學生要根據自己的能力，“不一定選最好的，但要選適合的”。

香港大學

今年該校為內地入學新生提供了5000萬港元的獎學金，為歷年來最高，其中個人全獎每年最高13萬港元。

今年香港高校內地招生的熱度達到前所未有的高度。港大計劃內地招生不會超過300人，但前來申請的考生接近1.2萬人，為去年的一倍。港科大內地招生負責人曾表示，去年招去北京高考理科第一名后，該校在內地的知名度直線上升，今年招生的目標是內地最好的考生，即錄取率400人選一。

二零一一內地本科生入學計劃預計招生名額為二百五十至三百個(各省市不設名額上限,擇優錄取)。根據國家教育部于二零一一年三月十六日的最新指示,香港 高校在內地自主招生范圍可擴展至三十一個省市及自治區,包括:(按筆劃序)上海、山西、山東、天津、內蒙古、甘肅、北京、四川、寧夏、西藏、吉林、安徽、江西、江蘇、河北、河南、青海、重慶、海南、浙江、陜西、湖北、湖南、貴州、云南、新彊、黑龍江、福建、廣西、廣東、遼寧(招生范圍如有更改,將以國家教育部之指引為準)。

申請資格

根據國家教育部規定,應屆內地高考生均可申請報讀香港大學。港大的內地招生計劃不同于內地高校統一招生計劃,有其獨立的報名程序。在錄取過程中,港大會優先考慮以下因素:申請人2011年的高考成績

獎學金

為獎勵成績優異及具有多方面特長的內地學生,我校將撥款九百萬元設立入學獎學金,頒發給錄取名單中各科成績突出的學生。全額獎學金包含學費、住宿費及生活費,最高可達五十萬港幣。獲錄取學生將自動被納入獎學金考慮之列,無需個別申請。香港大學還設有約多項不同類別的獎學金/獎項供所有港大在校本科生申請,這些獎學金/獎項用以獎勵在學術、體育或社會服務等方面有出色表現的同學。

香港城市大學

對象：參加普通高等學校統一招生考試且成績達到一本錄取分數線的高考生。

生源：面向全國

錄取批次：通過提前錄取批次

錄取標準：從高分到低分調檔，提檔比例一般控制在招生計劃的120%；英語成績需達到（滿分150分）120分以上。學校將按照考生實際高考成績（不含任何加分），學院志愿，英語水平，配合相關學院具體要求，擇優錄取。

獎學金：成績特別優秀，報考城大且錄取者，將會獲得不同程度的入門獎學金。類別：狀元獎學金，分等獎學金，全國奧賽、國際競賽獲獎者獎學金；冼為堅少數民族獎學金；及張永珍民族團結獎學金。

目前，香港中學學制一般為7年，大學本科一般為3年。所以，內地考生得先休學大學本科基礎年課程，為期一年。獲得指定學分后，方可進行全日制本科學習。入學申請開始在每年的11月份左右。
