你的夢想還在堅持嗎?

畢業后的第一份工作對于每一個大學生的成長都是非常重要的，所以我們在選擇第一份工作的時候都會特別的謹慎，選擇之后,總會幻想著今后執著于這一份工作能夠走多遠，到底有沒有發展空間，有沒有前途？作為今年剛畢業的大學生，我曾經也這樣思考過這些的問題。慎重考慮后，我最終選擇了放棄進入人員擁擠、發展空間小的國企（中航洪都航空工業集團）的機會，懷揣著出人頭地的夢想，毅然投入了鳳鋁這個大家庭的懷抱，非常榮幸地成為了一名鳳鋁人。

轉眼，來到鳳鋁已近百日，我也早已經逐漸習慣了公司的工作與生活。前段時間父親打來電話，除了關心我的工作和生活，父親還特意詢問我今后的打算，“考上重點高中、錄取大學、進入一家有發展前景的大公司，如今這些你曾經一直堅持的夢想都一一實現了，你接下來的夢想是什么，你有在努力，在堅持嗎？”父親的鞭笞給我的感觸頗深。當我們還是孩子的時候，大人們問到“你長大了想干什么？”我們會更熱衷于選擇“當兵、運動員、科學家、醫生、老師”等等，這些都是我們兒時單純的夢想，只是卻很少有人堅持這份來自生命最初的夢想并最終努力去實現它。當我們長大了，很容易就失去了兒時那種單純的激情和能量，失去了那份單純的對事物的熱愛，兒時的夢想也大部分在現實中妥協，為了所謂的“生活”和“生存”，而被金錢所控制和扼殺。我們不再選擇“當兵、運動員”等等夢想，而更多的選擇的是一份安穩的工作，固定的月薪，住房等等。夢想照進現實是如此的殘酷，為什么不作出改變呢？嘗試邁出一小步，給自己的夢想一個機會呢？重新拾起夢想啟程，堅持夢想，跟隨內心追逐夢想。
