Good morning.Welcome to the lecture here today.I believe everybody may know or hear about nuclear power.Regarded as a source of power, nuclear power is an important element of a diverse, clean energy and an important source of low-carbon electricity.Increasing the amount of electricity generated by nuclear power is critical to move toward a more sustainable and securer energy in the future.According to statistics, nuclear power is the second largest source of domestic electricity in America, and the country is expanding nuclear power as a key energy source for long-term energy security.Regardless of what the U.S.does, the world is increasingly turning to nuclear power as a low-carbon electricity source.All in all, nuclear power plays a significant role in cutting air pollution, and protecting national security.Although nuclear power plays a growing role in meeting the world’s energy needs, nuclear power dangers will remain.The disastrous earthquake and tsunami in Japan, which led to the nuclear accidents at the Fukushima reactor, have brought safety to the forefront of the discussion on nuclear power.At the same time, terrorism is another threat to the development of nuclear power.Once the nuclear power plant encounters terrorist attacks, the consequences would be disastrous.We have known for years that a nuclear accident anywhere is a nuclear accident everywhere, which leave us many inspirations and questions worthy of consideration: what is the trend for the development of nuclear power in the future, and how rational to carry on the utilization of nuclear power?

We know that the nuclear accident in Japan has raised questions about the development of nuclear power plant in countries around the world.Some EU countries have announced the suspension of nuclear power facilities projects, particularly in Germany, Chancellor Angela Merkel intimated that Germany would not prepare to establish nuclear power plants.It should be said, however, that every choice is both narrow and wide, so in nuclear power.We must recognize that there is no major energy source that can be exploited without risk.As long as we prohibit the abuse of nuclear power, and improve security to make use of its favorable factors, nuclear power will take more active part in improving living conditions and the ecological environment rather than destroying our home.In my view, given the world's fast-growing energy needs, nuclear power should be properly developed due to its specialty in energy shortage supplement and environmental pollution reduction.Under the safe and security premise, site selection of nuclear power plant should be places away from the population centre and where there are few or no natural geological hazards, such as earthquakes.In the transition of energy utilization, nuclear power can assume a major role to supply the power generation, and its development can be constrained after the technology maturity of wind power, solar power and other new energy power generation.While working to encourage the peaceful use of nuclear power, we must seek the security of a world without nuclear weapons and a peaceful expansion of nuclear power.Working cooperatively and with a shared sense of commitment and obligation, we can succeed in building a clean and safer energy future, and without this support, nuclear power will not be able to play the right kind of role which it can and should play in the global energy future.I look forward to working with all of you gathered here today to turn this vision into a reality, and ultimately leave our children with a stronger, better country than when we found it.Thank you and I’m happy to take some questions.

大家好！我是四季文華酒店房務(wù)部李正波，今天我演講的題目是《核心價(jià)值觀》

從“最美媽媽”吳菊萍到“最美司機(jī)”吳斌，城市的美麗不再局限于山水風(fēng)景，更在這一批批道德模范的身上彰顯。從四季文華廚房部主管武春玲到宴會(huì)部傳菜員王偉，四季文華的魅力不再局限于建筑設(shè)施，更在這一批批任勞任怨的員工身上放射光芒。

那什么是企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值呢？踐行酒店核心價(jià)值觀是一件難事嗎？我？我們能做到嗎？這一系列問題纏繞著我，卻又極為簡(jiǎn)單的被身邊的同事一一解答。請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我稱呼身邊的同事為戰(zhàn)友，因?yàn)榫频旯ぷ魇且粓?chǎng)沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)，無私的奉獻(xiàn)是戰(zhàn)衣，汗水甚至淚水是炮彈，我們一直在用實(shí)際行動(dòng)捍衛(wèi)著四季文華的整潔與有序，美麗與尊嚴(yán)。

核心價(jià)值觀的體現(xiàn)比如肯德基的核心產(chǎn)品是炸雞，而麥當(dāng)勞的核心產(chǎn)品是漢堡和甜點(diǎn)。今天我到市場(chǎng)去要買雞蛋，但是市場(chǎng)里面只有賣牛肉和豬肉，怎么辦？買不成，那么，雞蛋公司進(jìn)駐市場(chǎng)，它帶來的就是它的核心價(jià)值。當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)五百強(qiáng)首位的沃爾瑪?shù)钠髽I(yè)核心價(jià)值觀是“要讓顧客有所收獲”（不能讓顧客空手離開）。美國UPS郵遞公司的企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀是“速度”，等等。企業(yè)核心價(jià)值觀，就是能促使企業(yè)永續(xù)發(fā)展的最基本的經(jīng)營理念，而且往往是企業(yè)創(chuàng)始人的最基本的價(jià)值觀。核心價(jià)值觀是員工普遍認(rèn)同的、指導(dǎo)企業(yè)運(yùn)營和員工行為的根本原則，它集中反映了企業(yè)管理者為有效經(jīng)營企業(yè)大力倡導(dǎo)并身體力行的主要思想理念。企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值觀是組織持久的和本質(zhì)的原則。它是一般性的指導(dǎo)原則，不能把它與具體的生產(chǎn)或經(jīng)營做法混為一談，不能為了經(jīng)濟(jì)利益或短期的好處而放棄它。

有人問了也就是說每個(gè)企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值觀內(nèi)容是不盡相同的嗎？答案當(dāng)然是肯定的，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、真誠、敬業(yè)、擔(dān)當(dāng)這種核心價(jià)值觀，與企業(yè)的發(fā)展和命運(yùn)是息息相關(guān)的。所以，任何企業(yè)的企業(yè)文化，都是建立在這種核心價(jià)值觀基礎(chǔ)之上的。這種核心價(jià)值觀，必須是能夠促進(jìn)企業(yè)永續(xù)發(fā)展的理念。否則，便要摒棄。

現(xiàn)在企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值還有就是---人才!我們四季文華酒店正是因?yàn)橛欣羁偂⒑慰偂堉魅巍⑼鯊N等等，還有各個(gè)崗位層出不窮的人才才會(huì)呈現(xiàn)現(xiàn)在一番欣欣向榮的景象。

人活在世，總要有人生目標(biāo)，總要有個(gè)發(fā)展方向，說的樸實(shí)點(diǎn)就是要有個(gè)謀生的依托。現(xiàn)在我們既然選擇了服務(wù)這個(gè)行業(yè)，就要把自己的理想、信念、青春、才智、毫不保留地奉獻(xiàn)給這莊嚴(yán)的選擇。就像魚兒愛大海；就像禾苗愛春雨；就像蜜蜂愛鮮花。怎樣才能體現(xiàn)這份愛，怎樣才能表達(dá)這種情呢？那就是“愛崗敬業(yè)，樂于奉獻(xiàn)”。古人說：“不積硅步，無以至千里。不善小事，何以成大器。”從我做起，從小事做起，從現(xiàn)在做起。這才是我們愛企業(yè)、愿為企業(yè)做貢獻(xiàn)的實(shí)際行動(dòng)。如果我們把工作當(dāng)成一種享受，把工作當(dāng)成一種使命。那我們四季文華一定會(huì)蒸蒸日上，興旺發(fā)達(dá)。
