一、指導思想：

以學校總體教學工作為依據，以提高教研質量和教學質量為目標。增強教師的學習意識、服務意識、教科研意識、合作意識，充分發揮業務職能的作用。以更新教育教學觀念為先導，以課堂教學改革為重點，以培養學生的創新精神和實踐能力為重點，不斷深化課堂教學改革，全面提高我校初三英語備課組工作水平。

二、工作重點：

全面落實素質教育的各項要求，學理念、練內功、求發展，積極探索課改精神，更新教育觀念，以質量為中心，全面穩步地提高我校英語教育教學質量。

三、具體工作：

1、研究集體備課。

集體備課要定時間，有效率，內容切實落實。不僅備課堂教學，每天的練習, 考試都要做到教學內容相對一致，有針對性，讓學生有收獲，抓主題和重點。集體備課還要研究中考，把握中考方向，研究題型，做到早抓、多落實、多檢驗、找漏洞。

2、了解學生，心中有數。各班都有不同層次的學生，要求老師們做到對學生的學習狀況了如指掌，了解學生的弱點，有針對性地加以指導，注重面對面地的輔導。

3、針對中考題型，有目的、有針對性地有效練習，對學生進行解題方法和技巧的輔導，英語學科和其他學科有些差異，同樣的意思，1

2010---2011初三英語第一學期教學工作計劃

2010---2011學年第一學期伊始，本學期我擔任了我校九年級兩個班（共計83人）的英語教育教學任務，由于班級人數較多，學生的基礎參差不齊，英語學習習慣較好，但是學習方法還欠缺，隨著年級的上升，英語學習的難度逐漸加大，針對學生素質及心理特點，為了圓滿的完成教學任務，特制定以下教學計劃。

一、教學目的在本學期的教學中，要求培養學生學習英語的自信心，側重于學習能力的提高；在初一初二學識的基礎上，讓學生更加明確初三英語知識的整體與局部的關系，理清思路；不斷提高用英語獲取信息、處理信息、分析和解決問題的能力；加強學生語感的培養，通過各種任務和活動，多種手段的運用，提高學生綜合運用英語語言的能力，廣泛地與他人進行交流，開展多項課題探究活動。通過閱讀，培養學生的文化意識和跨文化交際能力，更深層次地了解西方文化歷史，對比中西文化差異，去粗取精，擇善而從之，使一切服務于中考。

二、教學方法

根據新課標新理念的任務型教學特點，在教學過程中以大量真實生活任務為依托，以課題探究為形式，倡導學生的主體性，教師參與的新型課堂教學；在教學過程中應該盡可能運用多種教學媒體優化教學，鼓勵學生積極參與合作探究學習，逐步培養學生的實踐能力和創新意思。多向兄弟學校的名師請教學習，不斷更新自己的教育教學新理念，以便更好地服務于今后的教學。

三、教材分析

人教版新目標九年級英語，從教材組織及學習形式上看，實質上是對初一初二課本知識的一個回顧重復和加深；從語言能力層次上看，其難度是更上一層樓。全冊共計15個單元，每個單元在原來section A和section B的基礎上加大了對閱讀的訓練，側重了對學生信息撲捉能力的考查。根據這兩個班學生學習上課的實際情況我計劃本學期完成前10個單元的學習，下學期完成后5個單元的學習。

四、教學措施

九年級英語內容豐富多樣，對學生的能力要求很高，根據這些特點，我主要采取一下措施：

1）狠抓教學常規，經常檢查學生課堂筆記，尤其作業的完成情況，充分利用晚自習多進行個別輔導，培養他們良好的學習行為習慣。

2）以落實書本知識為主，對知識重難點精講精練。

3）多組織單元測試，定期進行質量分析，發現問題，及時采取措施。

4）認真批改作業，加強作業講評，少一些批評多給予一些鼓勵信心。

5）注重培養學生學英語的方法和好習慣，多讀；多聽；多練；多說。

6）提高課堂教學效率，讓學生學有所得學有所獲。

總而言之，以上所有的準備都將服務于2011年的中考，我堅信有了學校校領導的重視和英明領導，有了教導處的精心安排與指導，有了我們英語教研組的全全支持和不斷努力專研，辛勤的耕耘定會結出豐碩的果實。

2、發揚備課組團隊協作精神，統籌安排各班的教學工作。各備課組要認真學習學科新課程標準，將課改的理念滲透到學科教學中，研究教材教法、學生學法，根據本屆初三學生實際情況制定本學科教學計劃，把教學研究工作落到實處。

3．加強教學常規管理，課上提高課堂教學效益，向45分鐘要質量。課下,根據學生的具體情況,做好分層指導。

4、多層次召開學生會議，談形勢，提要求，多鼓勵，調動學生學習及復習積極性。指導學生根據自己的學習現狀合理定位,明確初三學年各階段的學習目標和任務,指導學生合理地制定學習計劃和措施，教育學生端正學習態度，教給學生學習方法，引導學生開展良性競爭,幫助學生清除思想上、心理上和學習上的障礙。

5、認真抓好每一次考試,及時召開質量分析會，及時診斷，及時反思，及時研究制定調控方案，并在教學中及時解決。

6、認真抓好體育訓練，力爭體育會考取得好成績

二、德育工作：

1．狠抓學生的日常管理.注重對學生進行思想教育.開展理想、信念教育活動。抓學生的思想教育，以“勤奮創造奇跡，成功來自努力”、“知識改變命運、奮斗成就未來”激勵學生，促使他們樹立信心，鼓足勇氣，最后沖刺。

2．幫助學生根據自己的學習現狀，制定出短期和長期目標，樹立良好的人生觀、價值觀。

3．召開學習經驗交流會，指導學法，幫助學生提高復習效率。

4、關注后進生，我們初三年級的教師要在情感教育上多下功夫，要對后進生做到有愛心、細心、耐心；在教育教學上，提問優先，作業批改優先，表揚獎勵優先；要善于挖掘他們的閃光點，扶植起步點，把握反復點，促進飛躍點；對待后進生不歧視，從而有效地保證后進生提高，我們不放棄任何一名學生。

5、加強對學生的心理疏導工作，關注學生的心理變化，幫助學生正確認識自我，擺正自己的位置，從而使他們能夠確立正確的奮斗目標，和前進方向。

五、各月工作安排

九月份

1、配合學校組織好開學典禮總結表彰上學期三好、優干、標兵等

2、班級開展喜迎教師節板報（墻報）宣傳和迎國慶板報評選等活動。

3、制定年級、班主任工作計劃、制定班規。（第三周上交電子版B5宋體小4號）

4、抓年級行為規范。前兩周各班級自查和自我管理，以后按年級的制度執行相關要求。

5、建立年級“個別生”檔案；成立紀律委員會并做好相關的工作。

6、配合學校做好校秋季運動會（9月30日）年級和各班級的組織和策劃工作，做好學生的動員和安全教育的相關工作

7、在第一周進行“沖刺初三誓師大會”。

8、第二周召開年級家長會。

9、配合學校做好醫療保險錄入工作。

十月份

1、做好年級學生期中考前動員，考紀教育；增強學生做人的誠信素養。

2、配合學校做好 “行為規范示范”班（衛生免查）的申報工作

3、組織年級的月考，及時做好教學和學習方法的總結。

十一月份

1、召開區第一次統練得分析會，學生會，家長會。

2、法制教育廣播講座

3、繼續狠抓行為規范的管理。

十二月份

1、安排年級的月考，做好學生學習方法的交流工作，及時進行引導。

2、召開學生家長會。

3、召開學生會，再次進行沖刺初三動員

一月份

1、組織好區第二次統練

2、開好成績分析會和家長會

3、各班評選并上報三好學生、優秀干部、學習標兵、進步生名單
