自由職業者準備材料的建議

對于自由職業者，收入項恐怕比較讓人頭大，收入的來源復雜，金額不固定，時間不固定等因素都讓會材料準備起來比較困難。幾點建議：

1.抓重點

金額大的某個項目收入或是長期合作的某個客戶的長期收入，重點做好這些項目的證明

2.材料上明確標識出收入項

支付寶現在推出了收支明細證明，可以直接打印出有公章的清單，這個很方便（但居然是全中文，還要自己打了出來翻譯，這個又很無語）。加上支付寶電子對賬單，還是能比較清楚的反映出收入情況。（建議收入項上用馬克筆重點標識出來）

如果你不用支付寶的話，道理也是一樣，要在對賬單上明確標識出收入項！

3.如果你的收入來源確實比較雜，建議寫一份收入情況說明

說明的格式不限，大致包括：個人情況、收入來源、收入年總額。在能說清楚情況的前提下字數越少越好，控制在半頁到1頁紙間。

4.強烈不建議掛靠朋友公司出假收入證明

身邊有人這么干有成功的也有失敗的。撒謊圓謊不是每個人都能做到的暗黑技能。誠實是準備簽證材料的第一法則。

第三篇：個人聲明英文翻譯模版

法國商務簽證材料

1.兩張沖洗近照（3.5 cm x 4.5 cm白底彩色近照（近6個月內）。

2.短期申根簽證申請表原件 ；

3.從中國出發和返回的飛機票訂單復印件 ；（我公司準備）

4.工作單位證明原件

由雇主出具的證明信(英文件,或者中文件附上英文翻譯),需使用公司正式的信頭紙并加蓋公章,簽字,并明確日期及如下信息: 任職公司的地址、電話和傳真號碼;任職公司簽字人員的姓名和職務;申請人姓名、職務、收入和工作年限;訪問目的；公司為申請人保留職位證明；費用承擔方以及準假證明。

(若原件為中文，則須提供法文或英文翻譯件)

5.營業執照/機構代碼/事業單位法人證書(或相似功能材料)復印件（加蓋公司公章）。
