My dream

Good afternoon everyone ,I’m Cheng Ming ,and I’m from Class One Grade Eight, Ma Miao middle school.Today, I'm very glad to stand here to talk about my dream.Different people have different dream.Some people want to be rich, others want to be famous.Of course,I've a dream, too.I love English very much.So I want to be a famous translator in the world.But I didn't study English at all when I was in primary school.And I didn't like English ,either.I thought it was impossible for me to study English well.But one day something changed.I fell in love with English.Then I began memorizing words, making sentences and doing some reading every day.I know “Confidence can be gained with daily progress.”

So I'll study hard in the next two years.There is an old saying “There is a will,there is a way.” I think my dream can come true.Beacuse I believe “Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it.”

At last ,I want to say to everybody“Hold on to your dreams firmly, no matter how big or small they are”.That’s all, thanks for listening.

Honorable Judges And Dear Friends, Good morning!It’s my pleasure to share my dream with you today.As we all know,everyone has a beautiful dream,so do I.my dream is to be a great translatorwhen I grow up.Because I like English very much ,and I love to communicate with interesting people as well.If I become a great translator ,I would be able to talk with many foreigners in English freely and fluently,like Li Yang ,Yao Ming and Li Na.they are all outstanding people of China.I really admire them ,they’re so cool!On the other hand ,if I become a good translator ,I could do many things for our country.For example ,Li Yang was once a member of Chinese delegation to bid for the Olympic Games.He did a good job for our China.I’ll learn from him ,I’ll study hard from now on and learn English very well ,only then ,can I make my dream come true!If so ,I could also translate more Chinese books into English ,and spread Chinese culture throughout the world.People will know more about China.At that time ,I hope more Chinese writers could win the Nobel Prize for literature , like Mo Yan ,a great Chinese writer ,who just won the prize this year.I know that the dream is beautiful ,but it’s not so easy to achieve the dream.I must hold on to my dream , try my best to make progress everyday.I believe strongly ,as long as I work hard , I will realize my dream some day!

most people would like to be popular with others, but not everyone can achieve this goal.what is the secret to popularity? in fact, it is very simple.the first step is to improve our appearance.we should always make sure that we stay in good shape and dress well.when we are healthy and well-groomed, we will not only look better but also feel better.in addition, we should smile and appear friendly.after all, our facial expression is an important part of our appearance.if we can do this, people will be attracted to our good looks and impressed by our confidence.銆€銆€another important step is developing more consideration for others.we should always put others first and place their interests before our own.it's also important to be good listeners;in this way people will feel comfortable enough to confide in us.however, no matter what we do, we must not gossip.above all, we must remember to be ourselves, not phonies.only by being sincere and respectful of others can we earn their respect.if we can do all of the above, i am sure popularity will come our way.
